For example, I had a 1:00 appointment for grooming, however, I arrived at 12:50, Madison, the manager informed me that I needed to wait in my car until the appointment time because I was too early. I never understood why the manager/groomer would behave in this manner. My inference was that Madison was on a supreme power trip. The absolute last time I brought my dog to this groomer; I was checking my dog in at the counter and usually the groomer will consult with the owner about the grooming needs. Another groomer asked Madison to come and consult with my dog and I. Madison turned around and stated. "I need to finish this dog, you do it". I was perplexed because Madison was the groomer scheduled for service. The check-in process is no longer than 3 minutes. The lack of professionalism. I called the store to express my dissatisfaction, and Madison told me she could not groom my dog because he was too anxious. Oh! how ironic.
