The prices are very reasonable too! They usually give me some at home grooming tips to do between grooms with them. I've taken my big husky pit mix in for a bath a brush out. The groomers always do such a great job of getting all his undercoat brushed out. I've also taken my long hair dachshund mix in for a full groom a couple times. Never had any problems. My dogs always come out super happy and smelling and looking great! I definitely trust them with my dogs.

My dogs had the same mobile groomer for years, and after relocating, I realized that building a…read morerelationship with my new groomer would obviously take time... I had a great experience with Hunter. My dogs seemed comfortable with him, and he was extremely gentle and understanding of their apprehensiveness. Clearly from the pics you can see they turned out super cute! However, the pricing was the main reason for my decision to lower my rating. It was quite expensive--almost $300, including the tip--whereas I'm usually accustomed to paying around $180, which was a huge adjustment for me. I guess in California everyone grooms so the demand is great and supply is plentiful making for low competitive pricing. Here in Tennessee, Memphis specifically, mobile groomers seemed hard to come by. Additionally, I didn't realize that the hair between their toes was missed. It may not seem like a big deal at first, but after two weeks, it became an issue as they started sliding around on the hardwood floors because their paw pads were furry. That was on me for not communicating or checking and raising my concerns. Overall, they provided great service and were very convenient, especially compared to the alternative of having my dog caged for hours at a Petsmart. I'm definitely going to continue using them! I loved how my pups turned out!

I recently got a Mini Aussie puppy from this establishment. He was originally from a breeder and…read morewas sold to the store. I called and set up a meeting with the puppy before making my decision. DO NOT be fooled by the niceness of the staff!! Over the phone they mentioned that the puppy was going to be between $1,500 and $2,000, with monthly payments. after I had gotten there and been playing and loving on the puppy for over two hours they told me he was going to cost $3,600 with monthly payments of $100, which is an EXTEME difference to what they told me over the phone. They had me fill out an online form, without telling what I was filling out. the whole time i though i was filling out a form to be approved to take the dog home. Proof of income, Proof of housing, ect. in reality, I was filling out an application FOR A LOAN. No one made it aware to me that i was applying for a loan and by the time i submitted the form it was too late. I didn't figure out it was a loan until i complemented the working helping me how it was good they make everyone fill out those forms. Then he informed me that yes everyone has to fill those out to be approved for the loan. i said "loan?". I have the puppy at home now and was doing research on his lineage when i found out the the breeder he came from was not only being bashed on the internet for mistreatment, changed their name to avoid bad press, but were also selling these puppies for $500. Puppy dreams added another $3,000 to his cost. I am extremely pissed off how badly they ripped me off. I genuinely feel bad for the puppies that are still in that place, and for the people going their to find their best friend for life but instead they get deceived and taken advantage of. I am a 20 Y/O college girl who was looking for a dog to help with my mental health and anxiety; they knew that and still decided to rip me off. I am so ashamed of not only them but of myself for trusting the very "nice" guy helping me through the process.

However, for his second haircut, it was completely the opposite of what was done the first time. They took him extremely short, like probably as short as you can. They practically removed his beard. Was not happy at all with how the second groom went. Was also disappointed on how they took the criticism. When we said we wanted our dog done like he was last time, we were told it wasn't the same person...do you not talk to each other? Would you not check prior to beginning? They also said "well it is summer"...does not mean you take artistic liberties on my dog. Who removes a beard from a schnauzer?
