Our dog Zoe loves Camp Bow Wow! The staff always take good care of her. She never has problems with the other dogs and has made several friends. It's great watching Zoe on Bow Wow's webcam have fun playing with all of the other dogs. Bow Wow's daycare and boarding programs are great and we would recommend to anyone who is nervous about trusting their dogs to a stranger.

Yep I vote Camp Bow Wow #1

I always have a peace of mind when I take my dogs because I know they are having a good time and are well taken care of.

Unfortunately, there have been significant changes this year that have completely changed our experience. All of the doctors we trusted have left, and the level of customer service has declined dramatically. For a period of time, there wasn't even anyone available to see pets on Saturdays. It has also become increasingly difficult to reach the office by phone, with calls frequently going unanswered. Messages are often not returned in a timely manner, if they are returned at all. Another major concern is the push to have prescriptions filled through Hillcrest's online pharmacy. We have been told that they will not provide prescriptions for us to fill through an outside pharmacy, which feels unnecessarily restrictive and is particularly disappointing given the significant prices we have paid for their services over the years. I was always willing to pay higher prices because I trusted the veterinarians and felt that Hillcrest provided excellent, customer-focused care. Unfortunately, with the loss of the doctors we trusted, declining customer service, difficulty communicating with the office, and the pressure to use their pharmacy, I no longer feel that the value is there. After more than 20 years as a customer, I am very disappointed to say that we will not be returning to Hillcrest.

I was very nervous but I picked this place for the live webcams and the good reviews. We forgot his toys and mentioned this at drop off and the young lady there said she would make sure he had a few toys in his room to keep him busy. I'd occasionally look in on him during his stay and I was very happy to see not only did he have toys, but he also had blankets, treats, and his tv going. I'd say this was as close to home as we could get. When I picked up, 2 people brought him up and they both were loving all over him telling me how much they all loved him and how he made everyone's day so much brighter. They even began to tell me a funny story about how he played with his toys which I knew right then that we had found a furrever place for our Bandit to stay. Thr same lady who I had spoken to at drop off walked through the front door and was more excited to see her than us! He was so happy he didn't want to leave. I could tell they had went above and beyond my expectations and for that we will remain loyal customers. Thank you Lanie, Jessica, Cameron, and all the staff who took care of my Bandit!

I've left my dog to stay at other places a handful of times before at other places in the city so I thought I was well versed on all things dog boarding, but clearly I was not. My dog has always boycotted her food during boarding and I've tried everything- I thought- from wet food, treats, even medicine. But little did I know that warm water is the trick but in a plastic bowl... like how did they figure this out? With care and knowledge I would say. The fact that they took the time to figure our girl out was so amazing. When I picked up they quickly mentioned that she ate so well and I was shocked. I will definitely be back and couldn't have asked for a more caring place. Thank you to all the people that took care of my dog.

In the last 11 months I "discovered" he is smart, curious, but also stubborn! He is not particularly fond of other little dogs. On day 1 - I saw him nervously walking around until he bonded with another dog and they started to play! The indoor outdoor arrangement by size is just wonderful as I watched him play in & out side. I checked in with the FurBabySitters and they said he was nervous at first. I watched him for the rest of the day and saw him do his "prance walk" around the indoor perimeter and I knew he was home! The FurBabySitters are really dog folks!! They are invested and courteous and treat their FurBaby guests as their own. I was unable to see Aléjandro's room camera and due to my asthma I did not personally visit the area though I was offered the opportunity during intake. The cameras did not work consistently-at times I could see other areas, but not the little dogs'. At the end of his stay the FurBabySitters confirmed by phone the scheduled pickup date & time and when I wanted him bathed. Upon pickup he was happy and well taken care of. He had not been overfed and was surprisingly calm and jumped into his wheeled carrier only to snooze on the way home. My only concern is the lack of human folk overnight; though I was reassured they had a great camera system for employees. Staffing one person who would be allowed to sleep and be paid 1/2 (as they are sleeping) would cost a little, but not too much... The owner/operators might be as to who would actually l volunteer for the overnight shifts. Overall, this facility is a well thought out and executed. The extras far outweigh my concerns and included a stocked area of doggie supplies if owners forgot to bring something. The FurBabySitters are exceptional and seem to enjoy working with FurBabies!
