My aunt passed away and her cat doesn't like the litter we purchased. Corvin was very patient with my questions as well as knowledgeable and helpful with identifying the, likely, correct brand and its availability. He has great depth of knowledge. This is such a refreshing change from my experience of making other customer service-like calls. Someone has trained him well or he is evidently invested in his role at Pet Supply Plus. If the other staff are likeminded, I would not hesitate to venture over to Pet Supply Plus in Natick to get my pet supplies and any questions answered. Thank you for your assistance!

We have been going to see Matt for about a year now to groom our Samoyed. If you've never seen one…read moreof these before they look like a giant puff ball of cotton. We had heard great reviews about Matt but that barely scratched the surface for how we feel about him. He always does exactly what we ask with extreme care and precision and Peeka is always really excited to see him! He is so attentive to our asks and always encourages us to come back within a few days if there is anything we want adjusted. We've never had a single thought of going back because he gets it right every time! Samoyeds are very docile so they are not difficult to groom but we've had some terrible groomers in the past that don't understand their coats so "risking" her beauty by just anyone wasn't in the cards for us. We will forever be Matt's clients!

They treat him so well, he loves them! Everyday when I bring him in his tail starts to wag as I check him in and he see's the manager. I swear he loves them as much as he loves us. They do fun photos monthly and even celebrate his birthday. We've even started to use their dog hotel when we go on vacation. He always comes home tired from all the playing he gets done there. I would suggest this doggie daycare/hotel to anyone in the area. That's how we started going by coworker who had a great experience as well and suggested I take Max. We also did two courses of dog training with an associate named Julia. She ran really great classes and had so much patience with all owners and puppies.

Apologies in advance for kvetching but sometimes Gen Z employees make me want to scream. I am well…read moreaware that if I ask for a help in PetSmart, I will pretty much always either get help from a knowledgeable, customer service oriented, animal loving employee OR I will get nothing from an employee who is working hard at doing the minimum required to not get fired. By now you have likely guessed that today I got the latter. After closely searching the aisles for the item I needed, I rolled the dice and asked a cashier for help. Me : " where can I find a poop bag holder that..." Gen Z employee: *cuts me off mid sentence* " in the toy aisle." Me: " which toy aisle? there are more than one." Gen Z " the one over there" *gestures vaguely* Me: " I looked, so where exactly in the aisle is it?" Gen Z: *frustrated look* " OK I'll just show you." I follow Gen Z to location and she gestures to an area with I have searched already since there are similar items there. I ask her where exactly and she points to everything and says "all of these," clearly having zero clue what I was looking for since she stopped listening before hearing what I needed. I say I looked already and it's not here. Gen Z : "Then we don't have it" and walks away in a snit. She stole my snit! She wasted my time, gave me attitude and may as well have flipped me the bird to top it off. So I was irked. So, dear Yelpers, I came here to have my snit. Many thanks for indulging me. Now I'm over it. Have a lovely day.

From the ease of the booking process to the day-of execution, the entire process was 10 stars. Hannah and her team went above and beyond (which I now understand is their standard MO.) They effortlessly managed all of our decor, seemlessly and joyfully wrangled 12+ children (and twice as many extremely excited adults.) The experience was educational and extremely interactive (We decorated mini horses! We held/pet so many incredible animals! The kids rode unicorns!) Even the coloring pages had our daughter's name printed on them. There was not one aspect of the day that felt like an after thought. The attention to detail and the care they show is so amazing. I really can't thank Hannah and her crew enough for hosting (far and away) the best birthday party my daughter has ever had. Core memories were made by all of us.

I've been to other locations before, but I was thrilled when the Sudbury store opened. Although I typically prefer online shopping to find the best deals, this store keeps bringing me back because of its unbeatable prices and great service. On my most recent visit, I saved nearly $200! My dog's food, which normally costs $89, was heavily marked down--a rare find--so I couldn't resist grabbing more than one bag while it was on sale. I often bring my puppy along, and the staff is always friendly, personable, and makes us feel welcome. The store is clean, well-stocked, and the deals are fantastic. While I wish there was an online shopping option instead of just in-person or third-party delivery services, the savings and great in-store experience more than make up for it. If you're looking for amazing deals on pet products, I highly recommend stopping by Pet Supplies Plus in Sudbury. It's truly worth the visit!
