Items specific to dogs, for example, are not all in one area but rather in different parts of the store according to the function of the product. The new staff are more helpful in my experience and I find the store has more staff available to deal with higher volumes of customers. I can't speak to their product expertise. They were great the one time we had to exchange something, no problem. They do need another till, the check-out queue is way too long, especially if you're carrying awkward or heavy items. It also impedes customer traffic through the store as the aisles get blocked. I'm glad to have rediscovered the old in a newer, better form, and am happy to support a local business.
