Will never be going back to the big box chains. This place is awesome, friendly staff & clean place. The owner can sometimes be found working alongside the his staff. The self wash station makes it so much easier and saves us the back pain of washing a short dog in our bath at home. They also carry everything you would need as a dog owner. read more

I just love PSP!! As soon as you walk in someone always greets you! The staff are always soo helpful too!! Today we used the self serve bath for our 2 fur kids! Wow! I love the new changes they made! They have a tall cabinet with great towels to dry your dog's, some spritzers to make them smell good and even big & small treats for our nervous & scared pups, great selection of shampoos & conditioner, a cool dog brush that worked great, mittens to de-shed AND very cool aprons so we don't get drenched!! This place is SOOO WORTH it!! The big water mess that we would make at home alone is worth it! Lol!! But the PSP Punch Card!! Super great Deal!! read more

This is a big store and the staff was very friendly but It is very much designed for dog and cat owners. They do not have a big selection for birds and what they do have, it is mostly for small birds. They do also have fishes and small selection for other pets but they mostly cater for dogs and cats. read more

We take our dogs to the Moon Valley location. Elle is a great groomer, and my dogs like going to get their nails done (Tuesday special nail trims) and bathed and groomed. Elle pointed out that the dogs get restless, one gets snippy when they're there for a long time. So I started talking them on Tuesdays for a nail clip/treatment. It's convenient to schedule on line. All the employees are very friendly. Highly recommend this location and Elle. read more

I have withdrawn my business from this company due to very poor customer service. I will not return unless they rectify the situation. I joined their rewards program when I started getting our dog groomed there... They claimed I didn't even though I showed the manager the proof in store. They also refused to give me the reward credits for the past three grooming sessions we purchased. So that on top of the manager treating me like I was a complete idiot, I have come to conclude this company does not care about their customers.
