The room was clean and they saw us quickly - waiting only 10 minutes tops. The tech was awesome and the vet was solid as well. Didn't catch either of their names, but both ladies were patient, kind, and informative. We left with an anti-inflammatory as well as a recommendation to monitor the limp and come in for an x-ray if the issue didn't gradually get better. The Petco store itself was a pretty good size in a nice area of other businesses. They had a variety of animals for adoption as well as aisles and aisles of food, treats, training equipment, comfort, etc. The store was clean, their bathrooms were well taken care of, and the staff at the front table was polite. No complaints with the store, but didn't spend much time in it because we were there for the Vetco

Grooming is just not good. I do not know why it is so difficult for them. We have brought our dog…read morein multiple times to get groomed and nearly every-time they forget or just neglect an area. This time we put in the notes "focus on paws and sanitary" since that's what they always seem to neglect. I even told them face to face when we went in to focus on those areas. When we picked him up his paws were awful. They said he peed while they were blow drying him so they had to stop. Why would you wash, blow dry, and then come back to trim the paws? That was clearly a lie since we were the ones to bring it up in the first place. He did not get a sanitary trim either and I'm guessing they didn't do the anal gland expression since he left streaks on our couch a day later. When we brought him back so they could finish, the lady behind the counter was pretty rude to the other employee. "Well are they going to pay for it??" The other employee seemed to be taking the blame when she wasn't even the one who trimmed and bathed him the 1st time. I can tell you the reason he peed is because he was caged up for 3 hrs. Yes, he is anxious going in there but the blow dryer didn't scare him. He puts his face right into a leaf blower at home. Then when we brought him back we had to wait 45 min. We have had horrible grooming experiences here. Pay lots of money for minimal effort. Employees seem to be doing the bare minimum and no one is held accountable. Go to Chews 4 Paws down the street and they will take care of your dog 10x better than Petsmart. Plus they don't have attitude.

All of the trainers are wonderful, however John has been exactly what I was looking for. He is incredibly knowledgeable, not afraid to be direct to ensure I'm training correctly, and is always taking the time to individually meet our pups needs even in a group setting. Having a Malinois is challenging, but with the proper guidance and training - has made all the difference. I would recommend this place to any dog owner, new or old!!

Unfortunately I trusted the Zoom Room website that their trainers would ensure a safe environment…read more My 11.4 pound puppy attended a puppy playgroup and less than 10 minutes into the session was stepped on by a very large Great Dane puppy. My puppy screamed in pain and the "trainer" started yelling at me to "get out!" and as I carried my screaming puppy out he mockingly shouted to all the other owners "She's just a drama queen!" My puppy would not bear weight on the injured foot. X-rays showed there were no broken bones, so the veterinarian bandaged her leg and we waited a week until the bandage was removed to find out if she needed an MRI to assess ligament injury. Fortunately when her bandage was removed she was no longer lame so no ligament injury. We had an almost $500 veterinary bill from her injury at the Zoom Room and the owner/manager never contacted us. The "trainer" said he would refund our $25 puppy play group fee and did not.

While I don't blame Aquaholics for this, I blame the young man who sold it to us for not educating us about the possibilities because there is no way we would have taken a chance with our boy's life. But like I said, it was a 1 off incident and James, the owner of Aquaholics reached out personally to offer his condolences and help. He treated me like a grieving friend and I appreciate that from him. He has a wonderful shop and is a kind man.

I waited in my car by front door as it was my first visit. I went in when called and another customer came in behind me and I waited patiently for awhile but this other customer was booking several dogs. I asked the rude receptionist how long it was gonna be before I could pay my bill as I was holding my 20+lb dog and he kept slipping out of my grasp she said in a condescending manner that she had to finish the other lady's booking and I could put my dog in the car. #1 it's against the law to leave a dog in the car (running or not). I stood there and watched them negotiate the different appointments and dates!! Finally I took my dog to the car and told her to call me when she had a chance to take my money. She called, I went in and I informed her that this was my last visit and she just looked at me like I was crazy. Don't go here. I have tattoos and have owned many shops and I feel like she was discriminating against me. I will never go there and I will refer people to other groomers. I feel sorry for the groomers who are there. Customer service is key!!! This is in return to to your response on my review. I was the first one that came in the door that day. I was before the lady that I had to stand there and wait for 15 minutes for and yes, you're your front end person is very very rude. I did not hang up on you. I said goodbye and have a good day.
