Grooming is just not good. I do not know why it is so difficult for them. We have brought our dog…read morein multiple times to get groomed and nearly every-time they forget or just neglect an area. This time we put in the notes "focus on paws and sanitary" since that's what they always seem to neglect. I even told them face to face when we went in to focus on those areas. When we picked him up his paws were awful. They said he peed while they were blow drying him so they had to stop. Why would you wash, blow dry, and then come back to trim the paws? That was clearly a lie since we were the ones to bring it up in the first place. He did not get a sanitary trim either and I'm guessing they didn't do the anal gland expression since he left streaks on our couch a day later. When we brought him back so they could finish, the lady behind the counter was pretty rude to the other employee. "Well are they going to pay for it??" The other employee seemed to be taking the blame when she wasn't even the one who trimmed and bathed him the 1st time. I can tell you the reason he peed is because he was caged up for 3 hrs. Yes, he is anxious going in there but the blow dryer didn't scare him. He puts his face right into a leaf blower at home. Then when we brought him back we had to wait 45 min. We have had horrible grooming experiences here. Pay lots of money for minimal effort. Employees seem to be doing the bare minimum and no one is held accountable. Go to Chews 4 Paws down the street and they will take care of your dog 10x better than Petsmart. Plus they don't have attitude.

He is incredibly knowledgeable, not afraid to be direct to ensure I'm training correctly, and is always taking the time to individually meet our pups needs even in a group setting. Having a Malinois is challenging, but with the proper guidance and training - has made all the difference. I would recommend this place to any dog owner, new or old!!

We were impressed with how clean the place smelled. Most places involving dogs, there is always a faint or not-so-faint smell of dog, but with zoom room, you never could tell dogs were in there when it came to smell. Also a bonus is their amazing selection of dog treats and toys! The staff is very friendly and helpful. We met Colin, the owner and trainer, for orientation and he was awesome at explaining everything from training to their philosophy to what is expected of dog owners and what we need to do to see results with our puppy. With our schedule, we have been mostly in training classes with Ray (sorry, if I misspelled that!) and she is amazing! Gatsby loves her and so do we! We and Gatsby are always learning something new with each class that we never would've picked up from online or trying to train by ourselves. The trainers are very passionate about dog training and it definitely shows in classes. The best and most important part about Zoom Room, that we love the most, is their philosophy on only using positive training techniques and avoiding negative ones at all cost. We highly recommend this place if you're looking for a clean, safe facility with friendly and kind staff, and passionate trainers for your pup!

Ive used them for both my freshwater and saltwater tanks and have never had a bad experience. I also appreciate the fact that they truly care about their fish! I was told I had to wait until the next week in order for the guy who makes them, to come back from out of town and remake a new one. The store had a whole basket of the same item "Except those were double magnets" and I only purchased the single magnet". To make things right and avoid customer frustration. No one offered to upgrade or anything else, I had to ask options to just upgrade and be done with it. What a JOKE, I was offered a discount to upgrade. Basically, around the same price if I'd just purchased the double magnet mount. Pay Double The $$ for a product that only lasted 1.5 months. I DON'T THIONK SO. I only purchased it because I was told the store made these. I was trying to support a small company. Not After This. I'm done dealing with this place. I waited in my car by front door as it was my first visit. I went in when called and another customer came in behind me and I waited patiently for awhile but this other customer was booking several dogs. I asked the rude receptionist how long it was gonna be before I could pay my bill as I was holding my 20+lb dog and he kept slipping out of my grasp she said in a condescending manner that she had to finish the other lady's booking and I could put my dog in the car. #1 it's against the law to leave a dog in the car (running or not). I stood there and watched them negotiate the different appointments and dates!! Finally I took my dog to the car and told her to call me when she had a chance to take my money. She called, I went in and I informed her that this was my last visit and she just looked at me like I was crazy. Don't go here. I have tattoos and have owned many shops and I feel like she was discriminating against me. I will never go there and I will refer people to other groomers.
