While inside waiting for our dogs, a woman in the back was heard screaming, "Shut the f^*+ up" presumably to dogs who were barking. I now worry that my dogs have not been treated well and that is why they have recently started shaking and not wanting to enter when we arrive. We would not return to this business regardless, but we also requested a refund as the services. they were paid for were not completed or not done well. The business refused.

They contacted our previous vet for us to get records and even patiently waited when "put on hold" to get further details about previous treatments. All questions were kindly answered, our input was welcomed, and we were included in all of the treatment (drawing blood, administering fluids...). Just a couple of hours after the appointment, we were emailed a detailed (4 pages) document, recording all that transpired during the visit.
