Wags is a great outlet for all dogs, because there's a big playroom where the dogs can mingle, play, run, nap along the walls . They are not confined to crates all day with just potty breaks and short play times. If a dog gets a bit over the top with playing, there's a time out. Our dog used to run with the other crazy puppies; and the older dogs taught her how to be a dog! After two years, she 's still happy at Wags and comes home tired when she's spent her afternoon there. The staff treats her well and is pleasant to me. I like that they keep records and notify us when our dog is due for a shot. Charlie has also spent time at Wags' kennel when we're out of town. She seems to do well at Wags n Wiggles, and for that, I am grateful to everyone!

I changed my dog from Vandalia Vet to Tipp City last year for a multitude of reasons, but since…read moredoing so, we have had nothing but the best care for our dog and been treated with respect and we don't feel stupid after asking questions that vets might think we shouldn't be asking. My last vet always made me feel stupid for asking questions, but not here. We see Dr. Jacob and we love him. He is relatable and very easy to speak to. We ended up getting our pup on a wellness plan and in the end, it will save us a lot of money!!!! Out original bill for yearly boosters, rabies, blood tests, urine screen, fecal, bordatella, etc. was going to be $600! We paid just $77 at the vet and $32 a month for a wellness plan! I am happy we switched and love that they are very accessible and affordable!

Tipp City Veterinary Hospital did a great job with our family's senior barn cat. Dr. Joel was very…read morepatient and friendly. He verbally walked us through each part of the exam and diagnosis. We never felt rushed. We chose this clinic because they are AAHA accredited, Cat Friendly certified, and independently owned. Their in house lab also allows for same day blood work results, which was important for our 17 year old cat. They were upfront and very fair with pricing. The facility is very clean and adequately staffed. 100% would return again and highly recommend for anyone with a senior cat or geriatric pet. Very thankful we found this vet.

At first, I was uneasy about Charlie's first stay in a kennel, but the employees at Diamond Kennels calmed my nerves. I was able to tour the campus before making a reservation, during which I was able to see the many lodging choices offered. The environment is much like home; I can confidently say that Charlie felt as though Diamond Kennels was his home away from home. On the day of drop off, the personnel could tell I was a bit uneasy. They reminded me that I could call as often as I needed to check on Charlie. Jill sent me photos of Charlie; being able to see Charlie having a good time helped me relax and enjoy my family vacation. When my daughter began to miss our fur-baby, seeing photos of Charlie brought her comfort. I appreciated the updates on Charlie's demeanor, his eating habits, exercise time, and experience during his stay. One day, Charlie had an accident in his room; a staff member called to let me know of the incident. The employees had washed Charlies bedding and offered to give him a bath too. I can truly say that the staff at Diamond Kennels cares for pets as their own. I recommend Diamond Kennels Resort to anyone seeking care for his or her fur-family. Charlie and I look forward to booking his next stay at Diamond Kennels Resort.

I was impressed with the clean facility, nice helpful, efficient staff when I dropped off the pets. My wife picked one of the standard plans that provided walks and play time sessions for the beagle. The facility has spacious outdoor areas for walking and play. I did not see kennel area, but was assured that dog had his own cage. The cats were housed in spacious individual cages that have several compartments - one for water, one for food, a sleeping compartment and nice lounging area each. Before dropping off the pets, we had to present pet's current vaccinations records. Also, provide pet food (bagged for each meal).

When I went to pick her up at or about 1539 (charged for another day since it was after 1200), I was told by the staff I talked to (there were 3) that my dog had not been given her meds at all, with no answer as to why. I asked if someone could call me with an answer. I gave her the dose as soon as I got her in my truck. Mike called and left a VM saying she did in fact get her dose that morning. When I called back to inform him that I just double dosed my dog with Prozac based on their misinformation, all he basically had to say was "sorry " and "better call your vet." If you are considering patronizing this business, please take this incident into consideration. For all they know a double dose could have killed her, and with certain other medications, it could in fact have. It's a shame because I was a regular customer and this location is very convenient for me. However, I think this was a pretty close call. Add the apparent lack of concern by the management, and I can no longer, with any good conscience, trust this facility with my dog.

She acted like someone had hit her? like she was afraid? We thoroughly inspected her for injuries and we found none; however, we found that her underside was not even washed (had loose stool still in her fur), so we had to wash her bottom and trim her hair down there (after we paid $85 plus tip) Also her grinch paws were not trimmed sufficiently and her nails were still long. We ended up giving her Trazadone to relax her, which helped. She acted sickly for 2 days after being groomed. Then, a week after that we found that she had a raging ear infection that cost us $176 at the vet. Be careful if you plan to us this company. I did file a complaint with the BBB.
