We took our pets here for years. Recently they hired a young man(not sure but think he's owners son) our poor dog was there all day only to have his coat backed up, nails not trimmed, and was not even bathed! Never again read more

beware! This place groomed my dog and cut her pretty bad under one of her hind legs. It's about a quarter sized flesh wound. She's in pain and actively still bleeding 3 days later! She's being taken to an emergency vet on 4th of July weekend because someone was irresponsible! I learned my lesson that just because there are positive reviews, does NOT mean there aren't some bad employees that hurt animals and don't tell their owners! I am reporting them to the BBB and reporting against their license to be in business! read more

I've taken my dog there for 'in case of emergency' haircuts, but will no longer be taken her there! They butchered her ''hair cut''! This was the worst haircut ever! She appears to have been tied down to 'trim'. Her ears were so closely chopped that she was nearly nicked in many areas. Her body was chopped. NOTHING was uniformed cut anywhere! This was the worst cut EVER! The hair on her belly/back legs was the best clue that she was tied down, since that hair was not cut/trimmed at all! That was the real clue! Very displeased! Our dog is a very docile dog. Never growls or bites, but she couldn't get out of that place enough! She even peed on their floor going out the door, since she was caged for so long. They didn't even give her a bath! They were supposed to and said they did, but I know what a clean dog looks like! She was not clean at all! Plus, she smelled awful! She sure didn't smell that way when she was taken in! I suggest shopping around and finding a professional groomer! This was NOT a professional job done. It was a hap-hazard 'job' done and had to wait too long for even that! She will not be going back, even if I have to trim her myself! I had to take her to the Vet right afterwards and he even made a remark about her haircut and smell. He gave me the name and address to his groomer. He said it was a shoddy job done to her. Now, that takes a lot for him to comment on a haircut! She will now be going to a Professional Groomer who does their job as it should be done! Very displeased! No, scratch that! I'm ticked off by knowing she was 'tied down' and chopped at! The vet also had to cut her nails, that was supposed to have been done, too! It was certainly paid for, since they no longer take credit cards! I've never been this mad before! I don't write reviews, as a rule, but thought this is too important for someone else to go through the same thing, or worse, as I have read and seen the evidence. They shouldn't be in business if they can't care for people's pets/family! They should never tie a pet down to groom them! NEVER! Another groomer will need to do their best to (somehow) fix this chop job! Everyone have a good day, but ALWAYS stay aware in all that you do! Today is not like it was yesterday, a week ago or a month ago! It's getting worse and GREED is peaking! read more

This is the worst grooming place to take your pet to. I tried to make an appointment but they just said I could bring my girls in from 9-11 am if I didn't mind waiting. Well I took my girls and they kept them for 8 hours. I tried again to make an appointment because they did a good job and the price was very fair. But this time they didn't even return my call. My girls are not use to being caged all day. The one was so upset she wouldn't even eat. read more

I've taken my dog here a few times for grooming and I would highly suggest it. The staff is incredibly friendly and really treat the dogs well. I've taken my dog to pets mart a few times and when I'd pick her up she'd be so mad I left her, not in the case she is not stressed or upset. She's a happy and clean dog! read more
