Love the staff and enrichment Wynn gets at ITD in Mentor. All areas are very clean. The staff knows…read morethe dogs and their habits and preferences. They interact with my pup remembering what pups and activities he likes and encouraging those relationships and activities. Wynn has learned a lot of commands and manners in enrichment. He enjoys his friends at ITD. A big thanks to everyone for caring about and for my boy!

Our experience with Inn the Dog House started out great and quickly turned into a nightmare…read more Our two-year-old Golden Retriever passed her trial day with no issues. We were told she was great with other dogs and a perfect fit for daycare. We then boarded her for a weekend and suddenly she was nowhere to be seen on the daycare cameras. I called multiple times. My husband called. My dad called. I left a voicemail asking where my dog was and why she wasn't in daycare. Not one person called us back. When we picked her up, we were told she had "too much energy" for some of the older dogs, so they kept her in a kennel basically all day and night and only took her out a few times to use the bathroom. That is completely unacceptable. If you run a dog daycare, maybe have a plan for dogs who actually want to play. I paid around $60 a night because I wanted my dog to socialize and be active, not sit in a kennel all day. I could have paid a private sitter for that. The worst part was the complete lack of communication. They have cameras, and I could literally watch staff in the lobby ignore our calls while we were desperately trying to get an update on our dog. We will never be back. I completely lost trust in this place after seeing how they handled both my dog and our concerns.
