Then Ciara the groomer was to bath him from his horrible stay and she decides to razor cut his dick and balls to bloody hell causing need for more antibiotics. For a $600 vet bill on top of their boarding. Worst place to take your dog if you love it. Imagine your son crying as someone cuts up his privates - this dog definitely was crying with over 25 razor cuts on his balls and dick! But after a quick conversation with Sam who advised me not to, I was convinced to do the work with his help. Sam ALWAYS have solutions to different behaviors, that actually WORK. Lindsey helped my dog, Leela, and I work through these issues and addressed some basic obedience issues. Leela made such great progress we ended up adopting my step-daughter's 15 lb chihuahua mix. She is a friendly, sweet pup, but she is a beast, and when she's excited she's 95 pounds of love that comes at you like a missile! She's now able to find "place" and calm down when people come in, and is so much easier to walk. Training isn't cheap- but it's so worth it! We are going to do some group training soon, and on Sundays you can rent out the entire center so your pup can play and enjoy the equipment. The staff is so wonderful and they just love the dogs. There was very little turnover and the store was always clean and everyone was great. Then, they decided to make a change and it has been all downhill since. There has been a complete turnover in their team members, the store is frequently filthy and understocked and twice they have closed earlier than their own posted hours. I'll assume the new GM is tasked with running the store into the ground and making sure the customer base is eroded...because no other explanation makes sense!
