My sweet pup just adores PawsCLE! I have been taking her for daycare roughly 1x/week for about 6 months. She gets a chance to improve her social skills and she comes home happy and tired at the end of each day! My girl is a lively and loving rescue pup who had a somewhat rough start in life and spending time with her friends at Paws has helped her blossom and overcome some of the timidity that she used to feel around new dog friends. The staff are all so wonderful; you can tell that they really enjoy playing with the pups and I know that she is well cared for while she is there. My review is only about the grooming. Molly is too old for daycare and I am on the waitlist for boarding. So the waitlist tells me a lot. Place is clean, organized, and somewhat big. I didn't ask for a tour, next time I will. I also wished I would have taken before and after pics. Molly is a 11 year old Black Puggle. She has a collapsing trachea and bad legs, but she has a positive outlook on life, so I spoil her. We went in over a week ago for her first de shedding bath. What a difference! She still looks good now. Definitely will get the de shedding next season and will bring her in for a touch up bath in between. Noticeable less hair in my apartment and she still smells good. Groomer was very good with her and even sent pics of her on the grooming table. read more

I can't recommend PawsCLE enough. A few years ago, I adopted a blind french bulldog and wanted to find him a daycare so he wouldn't be home alone all day while I worked. When I first took Romeo to PawsCLE, they were super open and helpful and let me see the layout so I could determine that it would be safe for Romeo to stay there due to his limited sight. I was anxious about leaving him somewhere new, but everyone was so helpful and thoughtful. Fast forward four years, and Romeo can't wait to go to daycare. He learned to climb steps because of PawsCLE, gets excited when he realizes we are driving to daycare, and literally runs toward the staff when I drop him off. They go above and beyond to accommodate his blindness, from tapping on the floor and surroundings to help Romeo orient himself, to giving him a lift up when he doesn't feel quite sure of himself. When Romeo had to have his second eye removed, his schedule got thrown off and going to daycare was the only thing to keep him on schedule and sleeping through the night. We are forever grateful to PawsCLE for helping us keep our sanity and keeping Romeo happy. I feel so safe dropping Romeo at daycare. I know the staff genuinely care about him and that he is super excited to be there. read more

Making frequent trips to Cleveland with my initially anxious, timid, "rescued" dog, Grace, the staff at PawsCLE has really done wonders with her shy, reserved nature, over the past year. She has blossomed into a more confident, playful dog. The daycare has been fabulous and affordable. This has led to boarding Grace there for short trips, & recently have added the bathing option. The staff has consistently taking care of my concerns with her. I look forward to taking her to PawsCLE whenever I am in town. The photo gallery & report cards are great. We brought our dog, Parker, into PawsCLE for his first day assessment and I already can't say enough great things about this place. When you drop off your dog at a new place, I always want to make sure they are going to be well looked after, safe, and will have a great time. PawsCLE checks all of those boxes and more. The waiting area is so cute and stocked with complimentary coffee (which I can se being a huge perk as you drop your dog off before work). The system they have for bringing dogs into and out of the facility is well thought out and will certainly make early morning drop offs easy! Parker didn't want to leave when we came to pick him up and he's been sleeping since we got home- he's exhausted! I love that they give you your dog's "report card" upon pickup so you can make sure they're behaving and having a great time! We will certainly be back for daycare and boarding! read more

We brought our dog, Chewie, to PawsCLE last week while we were in Cleveland to visit family. We needed to board her one night so that we could go to Cedar Point for the day and evening. I wish PawsCLE was in my hometown. The staff is professional, the space is clean, and the treatment my dog received was excellent. I love that they had us bring her for an assessment prior to daycare/boarding. We also received a report card with photos and comments which was great and put me more at ease. Thank you, PawsCLE! My dog loves it here! He hangs out in Tiny Town, the area for smaller doggies. The owner is very friendly and supports all different organizations in the city. They take really good care of the doggies here and send report cards of how they were. Excellent addition to Cleveland Heights! read more

PawsCLE is amazing. Our Goldendoodle has been going there almost every day for 2 years in their daycare program. We have also boarded our dog there for up to 2 weeks at a time. Jeff and the rest of the Paws staff are incredible- friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, responsive and professional. The facility is spotless and the staff are constantly cleaning and sanitizing the indoor and outdoor spaces. Jeff et al. treat our dog as if she is their own. They spend an incredible amount of time interacting with the dogs which enables them to learn all of the dogs' particular quirks and idiosyncrasies and likes & dislikes. For example, they know my crazy doodle likes to play in the snow for hours and that she needs a timeout most afternoons to chill. We have used a variety of doggie daycares/kennels over the years and there just isn't any comparison. So if you are looking for a safe, well run environment for your furry best friend, check out PawsCLE. 9.10.2020-- Owner reached out to me a few days after the incident with a complete lack of information and weak apology. Frustrating that you do not have any record of that occurrence. My dog has gone onto another daycare which has had zero issues with him since they actually watch the dogs and know how to detect when dogs are provoking each other. My dog has not had any sort of altercation or alarming behavior besides what your staff saw. In addition, it would be ideal that in a situation where there was actually a violent occurrence for BOTH dogs to be expelled. In this situation my dog was obviously scared and it was clearly brought on by something your staff or other dogs were doing. You should own your mistakes instead of hiding behind your lack of video footage or competent staff. Dogs get annoyed with each other, and your staff should know how to spot and deescalate those situations. I have heard from multiple other dog owners in the area about issues with PawsCle and do not recommend leaving your dog with them if you care about your his/her safety. read more

PawsCLE is the best dog kennel we had the pleasure to support. Our family moved here from overseas and our dog has experienced quite a few long stays while we've been travelling. Though my dog was ecstatic to see me after a recent long stay at PawsCLE, this was his first boarding experience where he had had no anxiety in the following days as he settled back into his normal routine. The staff are very caring and genuinely liked my dog, and it was clear he had exceptional care during his stay. The staff observed his various quirks and managed the social situation with the dogs well. It's also great to have shorter and longer day care options available to prepare him for some overnight stays and for him to have the opportunity to socialise with other dogs. They are a fantastic addition to the Cleveland Heights neighbourhood and I encourage you to frequent their business. read more
