It was a complete waste of time and money. 3.5 hours later I came back to pick up my dog. He looked the same as when I dropped him off. Yet, they charged me $100. The groomer was very snarky, attitudinal and commented, because your son had dropped him off and he is more attached, maybe you could drop him off next time. He just stood on the table awkwardly. Yet he couldnt get him to settle? There will not be a next time at this place. Very disappointing.

I'll rate my latest experience shopping for cat food over the weekend. The store is clean, organized, and usually well-stocked. It has seasonal items (like cute dog outfits and themed toys - Hello Kitty, how cute!). There are often pet food sales. This location has grooming salon onsite that's always busy. I was asked whether I need any help during my visit which is always nice. One constant inefficiency at this store is the checkout line. Usually only one checkout is open and line forms quickly. There was a usual very long wait for checkout. This time someone wanted to get fish promotion (buy 4 fish, get 5th free). It took multiple employees to figure out how that works. The customer had to visit the signage multiple times and take pictures to prove that it was actually happening. It was miserable. While bored in the checkout line, I picked up one of the dog toys for my dogs. I put it down immediately because it smelled like very strong paint or acetone. So much so that another customer could smell it. Please be cautious if purchasing toys for your pet. Overall, if you have a lot of time to spare, shop at this store. If you're in a rush, I wouldn't recommend visiting.

The class has helped us build a trusting, communicative, positive bond with our pup from the beginning. She delights in doing well in her training and is growing into a well-behaved dog who brings joy to all and is a welcome wherever she goes. Dog training seems like something that should be intuitive but it's not! Learning the correct terms, body language, and verbal cues, and an effective pattern of repetition makes the process so much easier. And the social component of a group class is so helpful, too. If there's a new dog in your life - or one who could use some help with their manners - I recommend Sirius.

My young Siberian Husky attended the training for a week last year. When I picked him up, he literally clung to me during my training. At the end, I was concerned about a few things but not enough to speak up during my training for the e collar use. My boy was behaving but something felt off. Once I got him in the car to go home, I gave him his toy that he supposedly had access to all week. He literally whimpered and cried and held the toy. He curled up in the seat during the trip home. It was unusual. I did receive pics and a message praising his progress everyday. That was a positive. One year later, we do not use the e collar and I've spent a lot of time working with my boy. My advice is to ask a lot of questions. Specifically about the daily routine of training, play and socialization during the stay at their facility. I don't think I'd go this route again with my dog.
