I'll rate my latest experience shopping for cat food over the weekend. The store is clean, organized, and usually well-stocked. It has seasonal items (like cute dog outfits and themed toys - Hello Kitty, how cute!). There are often pet food sales. This location has grooming salon onsite that's always busy. I was asked whether I need any help during my visit which is always nice. One constant inefficiency at this store is the checkout line. Usually only one checkout is open and line forms quickly. There was a usual very long wait for checkout. This time someone wanted to get fish promotion (buy 4 fish, get 5th free). It took multiple employees to figure out how that works. The customer had to visit the signage multiple times and take pictures to prove that it was actually happening. It was miserable. While bored in the checkout line, I picked up one of the dog toys for my dogs. I put it down immediately because it smelled like very strong paint or acetone. So much so that another customer could smell it. Please be cautious if purchasing toys for your pet. Overall, if you have a lot of time to spare, shop at this store. If you're in a rush, I wouldn't recommend visiting.

I heard when her dog ripped out her stitches after being spayed and it was a horrendous story, IF Scott was there I'm glad he could help. She does tend to be excited when training dogs, but all of that could easily be misinterpreted by someone peeking over the back fence.

Regardless of whether Terry comes to your home or you go to her classes, you will find a refreshingly simple approach to dog training that is also very effective. There are no gimmicks - no junior trainers with zero experience.. you get what you pay for - a dedicated dog person with over thirty years of experience who understands dogs and the relationship they share with their owners. In my many years living a life in dogs, I have often relied and leaned on Terry Miller for her advice and expertise. As a dog breeder, I take all of my youngsters to Miller's classes because I have found that this gives them a solid foundation they carry with them their entire lives. In my rescue work, I am occasionally stumped by a behavioral problem I just can't solve. That's when I call Terry Miller to brainstorm with me. Her methods are extremely affective and because of her - these poor rescue dogs have managed to overcome their dark pasts of human abuse and have been given the gift of life rather than the " mercy euthanasia" recommend by so called "animal behaviorist."
