She was a true blessing. After meeting her and introducing her to my Roxy, who warmed up to her right away, I booked her to watch Roxy during a recent business trip. She was amazing, not only by staying at my house allowing my dog to stay in familiar surroundings. She walked her, played with her and kept her happy. She also went above and beyond by sending me regular pictures and updates. Tammy took what could be a very anxious time for me and put me at ease. She responded almost immediately. We met a few times to go over details and for her to meet the kiddies. One of my cats is diabetic and needs injections twice a day. Rachel has been a vet assistant and was very experienced with giving injections. Every day that I was gone, she communicated with me and sent pictures of my babies. She fed them, watered them, cleaned litter boxes, and played with them daily. All their needs were met. Rachel was very responsible and professional. Her fee is fair and affordable. Yes they require shot records and a trial day which is standard. They have gone above and beyond . My Dog loves this place . She loves the no harness / collar approach as soon as she gets there . That made me a little apprehensive at first but when I saw how much of an effect it had on her after the 3rd time there I knew exactly why it is done this way ... she enjoyed the independence of it all . She loves to run the wrong way out of excitement at the end of the day but she finds her way because staff guides her through the process.. It's pretty awesome. Love it .

I was surprised to go on to the camera to find there was at least 50 dogs in a small area that only had concrete (no turf or beds) and no toys. I saw one bowl of water. There was nothing for the dogs to do except walk in circles and follow the sitters around. They called and said "your dog is exhibiting signs of anxiety" when all he really wants to do is play like a normal dog. They also said "he has a prey drive and goes after small dogs" which i know isn't true because he does not care about other dogs. After trialing today, i can confidently say this place just wants your money and for your dogs to be okay with walking around in circles and not trying to play with other dogs or much of anything. I don't think this place is ethical and would honestly think your dog would be happier at home in his/her crate.
