When I had contacted BOW WOW asking for prices, I mistakenly understood the service of the $25 daycare meaning overnight! I discovered it was actually $42-ish for overnight ($37 if you buy a 10 day package). It was simply over our budget as we were looking for a place to care for Winston for over 2 weeks. So, going on a misunderstanding, we scheduled for a 3 hour "interview" with Bow Wow. This is how they see if your dog is compatible with their other day stayers. It makes sense really. So it was totally free and they asked that Winston remain for 3 hours. When I came back to pick him up, they had given me a tour and handed me a folder with Winston's picture on it. LOL. This place is amazingly controlled and they literally put in controls that prevent mishandling of certain diets. This is very important, especially after what Winton went through. I am giving this place a 4/5 star because if we every would need to utilize their services, I can not imagine this place going below a 4/5 star. It simply is in a caliber of kennels all to itself. A week later they called asking if I had any questions. Just a class act!

She responded almost immediately. We met a few times to go over details and for her to meet the kiddies. One of my cats is diabetic and needs injections twice a day. Rachel has been a vet assistant and was very experienced with giving injections. Every day that I was gone, she communicated with me and sent pictures of my babies. She fed them, watered them, cleaned litter boxes, and played with them daily. All their needs were met. Rachel was very responsible and professional. Her fee is fair and affordable. We took our dog here for a trial for boarding. We are very invested dog owners. I was surprised to go on to the camera to find there was at least 50 dogs in a small area that only had concrete (no turf or beds) and no toys. I saw one bowl of water. There was nothing for the dogs to do except walk in circles and follow the sitters around. They called and said "your dog is exhibiting signs of anxiety" when all he really wants to do is play like a normal dog. They also said "he has a prey drive and goes after small dogs" which i know isn't true because he does not care about other dogs. After trialing today, i can confidently say this place just wants your money and for your dogs to be okay with walking around in circles and not trying to play with other dogs or much of anything. I don't think this place is ethical and would honestly think your dog would be happier at home in his/her crate.
