My appointment was scheduled for 4:45 PM, and I arrived on time. I stood in the check-in line for 5-10 minutes, watching staff check in two parties ahead of me. Bizarrely, another employee stepped in and checked in the person standing behind me in line, completely bypassing me. When I finally made it to the counter, the staff refused my appointment and aggressively claimed I was "late." When I pointed out that I had been waiting in their line since arriving on time--and had been inexplicably skipped--they took zero accountability. Instead, they dismissively insisted I should have arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment. Penalizing clients for the front desk's own incompetence, line-management failures, and disrespect is completely unacceptable. If you value basic professionalism and accountable customer service, take your pet elsewhere.

He was seen at petcos in CA before moving here. He is such a loving (though big) golden retriever. We will try another location to see if there are actual groomers who are wanting to do their job. Seems clear from our most recent experiences (and reading some of the other reviews) this location can't handle any dog. I should mention his ears and paws were soaked when picked up. He is prone to ear infections, which they know about. When we had taken him in with other groomers there he was there 3+ hours. Now, barely 2 hours. He seems really depressed now too. The big box shops have the mass produced feed at, I think, sometimes lower prices, but it's worth it to us and our outdoor family to get the good stuff (and it's not always more money). The back wall at the register is also always a fun read -- they have a regularly changing wall with tons of humorous wood signs/plaques and they carry some other fun giftable items. One of our dogs is very high anxiety when it comes to groomers and they've had no issues with him here, which is amazing. We haven't been able to get his nails trimmed anywhere else because he freaks out too much but the groomers here are magical and get it done each time. It's a bit pricey but worth it to know our dogs are well taken care of. They also come back so handsome each time!
