Finding someone you trust with an anxious dog is not easy, and Michelle has been great with mine. We've been seeing her for about two years now, and my dog gets nervous in a lot of environments, but she's always calm in Michelle's arms and genuinely seems comfortable with her. Michelle clearly knows what she's doing and is very patient with the dogs she works with. My pup always comes back looking great, but what I appreciate most is knowing she's with someone who understands how to make nervous dogs feel safe. We're so glad we found her and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a groomer. read more

The message I sent was simply being polite and trusting your work. It does not mean I approved the haircut or agreed to the length. Once I saw the final result in person, it was clear that her hair was cut much shorter than requested and is so UNEVEN, uneven. It is now being explained as my baby "not having enough hair," which contradicts what was said before the grooming started. This is why I am disappointed and chose to share my honest experience. which is why I am disappointed. Even took her to her regular day care and all of them asked me what happened to her and were concerned about the haircut being so uneven. read more

Michelle was sooo great with Dutch. Probably his 1st cut in 7 years (abandon recently) and wasn't a big fan, but she gave him a long bath and he warmed up to it. I can't thank her enough!! read more

Two big issues one she changed the price when someone different goes to pick up dog. Talked to Michelle on the phone to get all possible prices. When my partner picked up our dog she came up with a different price after complaining her next client didn't show up. Two the haircut is so uneven I should have look at the uneven reviews because that is very accurate. Would suggest to check her work cause she will skip over areas and expect to need to touch up pet when you get home. read more

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Pet Perfect Salon and Michelle. Her private salon creates such a calm and peaceful environment -- which is especially important for my two senior dogs, Hope and Skylar. I have been using her for over 3 years now, and my sister has been using her for even longer. Michelle treated both of them with incredible patience, gentleness, and genuine love. Skylar has hip dysplasia, and Michelle was so careful and attentive with her. She did an amazing job de-shedding Skylar while still being mindful of her comfort and mobility. That meant so much to me. Both girls came home looking absolutely beautiful. And for Christmas, Michelle even put the sweetest "Christmas Cookie" perfume on them -- such a thoughtful, festive touch! They smelled amazing and looked perfect. It's such a comfort knowing my senior dogs are getting one-on-one attention in a quiet, stress-free setting with someone who truly cares. If you're looking for personalized grooming and someone you can fully trust with your fur babies, Michelle is simply wonderful. We are so grateful to have found her. read more

What a difference! Michelle really did a great job grooming my schnauzers! The cut was excellent but what I liked even more was how relaxed my boys were. My old grooming salon always l had my boys come back stressed , cuts on the ear and with spots that were missed. Happy to report that I had none of those issues and the environment is very pleasant. Highly recommended! read more

Great groomer, customizes each dogs cut, & my dogs bond with her. She's complete, individual groom, ( as I request ) de-sheds, conditioner, files nails, sanitary trim, de-mats, cleans ears, tear-less shampoo, and takes a memorable season themed picture when done.... EXCELLENT.. read more

If you're looking for a dog groomer, do I have a recommendation for you! Michelle with Pet Perfect Salon is the BEST! She grooms dogs of all sizes and breeds and always does a wonderful job. Michelle is very patient, caring and gentle and our pup absolutely adores her. The salon is in her house (off Kelly near Trinity Mills) and sometimes, if you live nearby, she will pick up and deliver. The cost for her quality and service is more than reasonable. She's pretty busy so leave a message if she doesn't answer and she'll call you back. 2144074280 Give her a try-- you will be very happy you did and be sure to tell Michelle Lil Bit sent you! read more

I give two stars only because Michelle is fantastic. Very kind and loving with our boys. She did also clean their ears, file their nails, extract their glands, which is great and the dogs smell fantastically clean. The issue comes with the quality of the haircut itself. Their legs are not even consistently the same length. There are choppy cuts all over their chest and their ears and tail hair have been cut even though I requested to leave those long. I did also share photos of what we like their cuts to be like and it doesn't look like they were referenced at all. I really wish I could rate higher, but unfortunately the hair cuts just are not good. I will be looking elsewhere for their future grooms. read more

I was happy to find a groomer that worked out of their home. I thought my cat Alex would be treated well. And she got us in that day. She was very nice and I felt confident leaving Alex with her. She said she had nearly 25 years in the business. I told her I just wanted a trim and to get some knots outs. She did explain that she might have to trim Alex a little more if the knots were too deep. When I went to pick Alex up I could hardly recognize him. She even cut his wiskers, which almost everyone knows no to do. But she said she didn't know that and she let me know my cat ALEX was only the 3rd. cat she had trimmed. When I got home with Alex last Friday 10/7 my other cat no longer recognized him and keeps trying to attack him. My cat spend the first few day back home hiding in the back of the closet. He wouldn't let anyone touch him. He couldn't even meow for the first few days home. He tried but it would hardly come out. He has a very loud meow and uses it when he wants someone, but not yet. She did offer my money back, and I should have taken it. But i still felt like she needed to be paid for here time anyway. I am writing this review so no one and there cat will ever have to suffer again like we have. In all fairness she might be great at grooming your dogs read more

Michelle took us in last minute in her busy schedule, proceeded to immediately start working on our dog and when it was all finished she thoroughly explained what she was able to complete on his first visit with her. We had just adopted our dog Bear that day and Michelle was happy to help groom him after a much needed bath and cut, he's like a different dog! I would recommend Michelle's services to everyone!! read more

Well done puppy cut for our lil poodle. She looks so good from nose to tail. We will be going regular now. Thank you Michelle.

I cannot recommend Michelle and Pet Perfect salon enough! My dog Toby recently had the full treatment - wash and dry, haircut, nail trim, teeth brushing, and even a cute Easter photo! Michelle's attention to detail and care for Toby was evident from start to finish. Not only did Toby come out looking and smelling fantastic, but the pricing for such comprehensive services was incredibly reasonable. I also love that she does each dog by appointment only so that Toby was not stuck in a kennel waiting his turn. He was able to roam and play with Michelle, get groomed and was totally happy spending time with her. Michelle's expertise and genuine love for animals truly shine through in her work. If you're a dog parent in the area looking for top-notch grooming services, look no further than Michelle and Pet Perfect salon. Your furry friend will thank you! read more

Best haircut in 10 years! When I arrived, Michelle was loving on princess & being so gentle with her. Someone I really trust, who always does a great job. You could get a cut at a big pet store chain for 10 or 20 bucks cheaper, but you will get a different newbie each time, doing half the same Job. Michelle knows her stuff, uses quality products, and is very thorough. Recommended. read more

I was looking for a groomer for my brother's Shiloh Shepherd that I'm watching. I found Pet Perfect Salon and Michelle did not disappoint. She obviously loves the pets that she grooms and it shows. The dog had long matted fur and Michelle took care of it well. The new "Summer" cut will provide much comfort in this Texas summer heat and the pup has a new jump in her step. Thank you Michelle for a wonderful experience. I will use Pet Perfect Salon again and recommend this service very highly. read more

She is the worst pet groomer, she demanded for more money in the middle of grooming and she put cuts on my puppy. She didn't even respond to my message(I have screenshots) and videos on how she treated my puppy. All dog owners please be VERY careful with her. read more

I loved bringing our dogs to a groomer who clearly LOVES animals and has good grooming skills as well. The quality of the grooming was great, and the level of communication from Michelle including status updates on the process was outstanding. Highly recommend. read more

There are not enough words in my vocabulary to say how Wonderful Michelle was with our dog. We have an elderly, disabled Aussie who can not stand for any length of time. Michelle came to our home, got down on the floor and brushed her for probably 45 minutes, then got into the shower with her for bathing and then drying. She trimmed her nails, cleaned her ears, and the whole time was comforting and soothing. I am not certain how much time our baby girl has left but Michelle will be the only one grooming her in that time. I HIGHLY recommend her services. read more

Michelle puts her full attention in taking care of my dog. Im a loyal customer for sure.

I ued perfect pet in the past and she did a great job. When I tried to go back to her for my second visit, she was extremely hard to get ahold of took hours upon hours and then did even respond to my 1st then the next day for any further communication. Each response took longer and longer. Finally she told me a time was available. But then wouldn't respond to my messages about wanting to accept the available spot. I sent three separate messages and then eventually called because the time slot was beginning to approach. Finally, my wife called her to see if everything was still on track. As I had not been able to reach her and my wife's number she would not recognize. She did not answer, but immediately called her back Claiming the spot had been filled since the day before with two large dogs and she did not have time to take our small dog. This is a blatant lie.Because she had let me know at noon.To day. That the spot was available at six p m this evening. I strongly do not recommend this groomer because of her terrible communication and the fact she is a liar. read more
