Upon arrival, the kindness continued and he was very helpful and knowledgeable on the proper length for Kolby's mane. I really appreciated this because he cut Kolby exactly how we I wanted (we do not do the traditional cut on him). I was initially worried about my fur baby because he gets extremely anxious, but, I felt comfortable once we were able to discuss things. The appointment took the standard amount of time, so no complaints there. The checkout process was smooth as well. Overall, Kolby looked like a new furman! I was very pleased with the end result and will definitely be back.

Michelle clearly knows what she's doing and is very patient with the dogs she works with. My pup always comes back looking great, but what I appreciate most is knowing she's with someone who understands how to make nervous dogs feel safe. We're so glad we found her and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a groomer.

Once I saw the final result in person, it was clear that her hair was cut much shorter than requested and is so UNEVEN, uneven. This is why I am disappointed and chose to share my honest experience. which is why I am disappointed. Even took her to her regular day care and all of them asked me what happened to her and were concerned about the haircut being so uneven.

I did some research and found this place, so I decided to give it a try. IM SO GLAD I DID! From the 1st day, as soon as he got into the car he was snoozing in the backseat. It was such a miracle. At other daycare facilities I have taken him to, he would still have energy at the end of the day, and it would take a bit for him to finally settle once he got home. But here at Top Paw, he sleeps through the whole night! I take him to work with me and even the staff has commented about how calm and sleepy he is after Daycare. I also love that they are so flexible with their times. Somedays I have to be at work before 4pm so I need to grab him before I go in, and they are open from 7a-7p Mon-Fri and I can drop off/pick up anytime during those hours. And they even have daycare on the weekends which is soooo helpful for when I work weekend shifts. The staff is also very welcoming and friendly. They always promise to get him nice and tired and they deliver on it. I have been recommending Top Paw to all of my fellow pup parents when they ask where I take him. Thanks to them for always taking care of my boy!

He has been…read moregrooming my miniature schnauzer since I rescued her three years ago (she escaped from a puppy mill, and we believe she suffered abuse there). Previously, he groomed my elderly miniature schnauzer for five years till he went to the rainbow bridge). It takes a very special person to groom my rescue girl, with patience and care. Randy is that person. Today, it was extra challenging because my back yard has grown some prickly weeds and she was very matted with the little weeds in her soft fur. I had an appointment with her vet to be fully shaved under anesthesia, but thought I would see if Randy could help first. She came out of the mobile grooming van looking like a movie star! He did not shave her but tediously and lovingly combed out her mats. She looks beautiful (and feels so much better, I am sure). Thank you to Pet Love and to Randy!
