Molly, Halley and their new friend!

Highly recommend Marlie for any of your dog care needs! I found her while browsing the web while planning our road trip through Oregon. Wanting to spend a day on Jerrys Rogue River boats, Marlie's pet care needs were exactly what we were looking for. She even picked up our pups at the boat dock and dropped them off at the end of the day! They enjoyed a great day and can't thank her enough for the love and care she showed our fur babies!

Henry having a blast with his friends at Petventures.

I can't say enough good things about Petventures. I was so apprehensive about where to board my puppy Henry who has never spent the night outside of my home. He has always being weary with strangers, yet Marley and her husband took the time to come and meet him at my home and also made themselves available to meet him a second time and allowed me (very worry-some mom) to visit their facilities to make sure my pup would be safe and happy there. Even more impressive is the fact that they replied to my last minute request and went out of their way to pick up my Henry a day earlier than what we had originally agreed. They sent me videos of my happy pup having the time of his life. They gave me peace of mind and sent me photos and updates...I could not be happier with how accommodating and how comfortable they have made me feel, which is absolutely priceless!

Achilles (morkie) quite possible the most deeply intrigueing pup lol

what Can I say about Marlie and Justin and Petventures? They are amazing and they treat my three dogs like they were family. Tupac, my yorkie, is best friends with their oldest little girl. Achilles, my morkie likes to keep to himself and away from the crowd, but feels compfortabe coming out of his shell at Petventures Daycare. Darla, my malshi, well she doesnt go as often but she is definitely made to feel like the rock star when she arrives. the pickup and drop off is so amazing, I could not do it, if it werent for that part of the service. They always look out for my pups and alert me to any concerns and when my days have gotten to hectic, they have bathed my pups and cut nails when they so desperately have needed it. They are phenomental. I cant say enough on this review. Beyond, highly recommend.

    Beach Adventure!

Desperately needed service in the Brookings, Gold Beach Curry county area. Had to board our two dogs for the first time ever while we made a medical trip to Medford. Our 1 year old GSD/Flatcoat? X puppy, Shadow, adapted easily, but I was most worried about our 5 year old Skye, Tumble. Those who have seen her in dog group can understand. She acts out her fear with barking and lunging at ALL other dogs. Marlie went out of her way to reassure me, coming to our home to meet the dogs, meeting us for a first play date, letting me come and look at their grounds, taking them (with out us Yikes!) for a second play date, and for a trial overnight run. She sent texts, pictures and videos to keep us informed. Miracle of miracles both Shadow and especially Tumble adapted and had a good time. No trembling when Marlie came to pick them up for the 2 night stay. We trust them with our fur babies and so can you.

We've had no out-of-control barking incidents; he can be tethered and remain quiet. He's very good on walks, moving from "heel" to "break" and back to "heel" again. He's very responsive to the "off" command, which we use primarily to keep him off the furniture and out of the kitchen. Last week we had friends over for dinner and after his initial excitement he was a good boy, lying nearby content and chewing on a bone. We even attended the Humane Society Walk for Animals at Kit Carson Park, and with hundreds of dogs and people and non-stop activities, he was again a very well-behaved boy. We are so appreciative of the work that Michelle did with Monty. He is now the dog we always hoped he would be - happy, well-behaved, and living his best life!

Decided to go with the board and train to ensure she was set for success while away on a trip. I can tell you this place is legit, has the skills, and genuinely cares about their guests. First class service and great communication before/during/after. My puppy came in with minimal training and left a star. Sit, down, stay, leave it, more respect with the cats and my resident dog at home, and way more confidence. They have a family dog, there's kids and other family around, chickens, cats, and more to be exposed to + cuddles galore. I'm very happy with my choice. We'll be back for daycare weekly.

From the phone to drop-off they were excellent at staying in contact and making sure everything we needed was addressed. He says his passion is helping people and their dogs, and I have no doubt about that. A month after separating from my partner and moving out to my own place, my leash aggressive, two year-old cane corso, Zeke, lunged at another dog in my apartment complex and took me with him. Fortunately, aside from a few cuts and bruises I sustained, everyone was OK. But the anxiety and emotional trauma that was left behind made me avoid taking Zeke out for walks all together and when I did my hands would start shaking. Thinking that I would be able to do it in my own, I watched hours and hours of dog training videos and even tried using an E collar, none of it helped. Not only were things stressful outside of the house, but inside of it too. My 14 year-old cocker spaniel and poodle mix, Lexi, is very reactive towards Zeke. Because her senses are not what they used to be. She has even mistaken me for Zeke and has snapped at me. The thought of me potentially losing my apartment, having to give up Zeke, and the fear that Lexi may accidentally bite one of my children caused even more stress on top of what I was already going through from the separation, so I knew I needed to get professional help. After just one phone call with Justin I already felt a weight lifted from my shoulders. We have only been working together for two weeks and have already seen improvement, not only with Zeke's responsiveness to corrections while on walks but with my confidence in leading my pups to a calm and happy life. Justin really set me up for success by giving me tools, demo videos, and tips - making me confident in my ability to correct Zeke's leash reactivity. Walks with Zeke are so much more calm for us both! So grateful for what Justin does and how he does it. He is so responsive and genuine, really making us a team with the same goals! Can't recommend him enough! THANK YOU, Justin!

Before training, Forrest was a very playful and excitable pup who struggled with focus and discipline. He was easily distracted, didn't consistently follow commands, and had trouble behaving appropriately around children and other dogs. After spending two weeks with Elaine, our amazing trainer, Forrest came home a completely transformed dog! He's now obedient, focused, and confident -- even in high-distraction environments like parks and public places. He mastered six core commands and continues to respond beautifully to them at home. Elaine truly is a "dog whisperer." She's local (Murrieta), which made drop-off and pickup super convenient, and she went above and beyond to keep us updated. We received daily videos and photos showing Forrest's progress -- we looked forward to them every day and loved watching his transformation in real time. We are so impressed with Elaine's skill, patience, and dedication. Forrest is still the same silly, lovable dog we adore, but now he's also well-mannered, obedient, and an absolute joy to be around. The dog trainers at IQK9 in Valley Center are amazing -- you can tell they truly care about every dog and have years of professional dog training experience. The whole process was easy, clear, and very well-organized. They even trained us during pickup so we understood how to stay consistent at home. This made all the difference because it is so important for us to continue their training at home to instill everything they learned. Our dogs absolutely loved their trainers and were so happy the entire time. If you're looking for obedience training, leash training, or dog behavior correction in Valley Center or North County San Diego, we 10/10 recommend this place!

We haven't boarded them yet (not needed for a while), but we are working on getting them comfortable with her so that it won't be a big shock and trauma to them when I leave them for the first time. They've met with her twice and already love her. Just one of the dogs has extreme anxiety and separation anxiety so when I'm not around, they easily freak out which is why I scheduled for more frequent day care days before the boarding date in order to make the boarding less stressful.
