As a longtime 10 year customer I thought that possibly they could waive the month or offer me a discount on following this up - but they said NOPE. During last visit in April they rebaited the stations but didn't remove the 7 mice that was on the glue traps I installed. I paid for an outdoor bait station that was never treated with bait. Turns out that bait station didn't have the necessary spikes inside unit to put the blocks of poison onto. Never get the same tech to treat. Company seems not to care and certainly not customer oriented. Subpar service. Seek other company.

Every year, I sign up for the comprehensive plan, which has done an amazing job of keeping insects out of my house. There's always once a year when yellowjackets or wasps build a nest in the soffit outside - I call Ehrlich, they zap it, and the bugs are gone for good. I also have them spray at the beginning of fall to keep the stinkbugs out, and that has worked 100%. However, instead of receiving a callback from Ehrlich, I was contacted by another company, PestTech Pest Control. It appears my inquiry was mistakenly routed to the wrong business. Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed. I was unable to speak directly with a representative from Ehrlich, and the fact that my request was misdirected has raised concerns about the level of service I can expect. As a result, I have decided not to move forward with either company.
