I thought this was unacceptable since I pay a monthly fee for their Pest365+. It's been more than two weeks and I've called 8 times. My request has been escalated 5 times. I've talked to 3 supervisors who say all they can do is escalate my request. I have received zero call backs, zero updates on these escalations and I still do not have an appointment scheduled.
