We've been using this pest control company since we moved into our home in August 2025, and I…read morehonestly can't say enough good things about them. They've always been reliable, professional, and incredibly responsive. If I text with a question, they text back. There was one time I was accidentally charged, and they refunded it immediately without any hassle. The owner has always been kind and easy to work with, and every technician we've had has been respectful and professional. One thing that really stood out to me recently was when we got a new puppy. A technician accidentally left our gate open, but instead of ignoring it, he personally texted me to apologize and took full responsibility. That kind of accountability says a lot about the people they hire and the culture they've built. As for the actual pest control--they do a great job. We rarely see spiders or bugs throughout the year. When summer rolls around and the ants start showing up, they come out and handle it quickly. If the ants get especially bad, they'll even come back for an extra service. Honestly, our biggest ant problem comes from neighboring properties, so that's not something any company can completely control, but they do everything they can to keep it under control. I get pest control companies knocking on my door all the time trying to earn my business, and I never even consider switching. Good customer service is hard to find these days, and this team consistently delivers it. Highly recommend.

They only recommend needed services and do not try to instill fear to upsell. We recently bought a home that had pets and we noticed flea presence. Yuck! Barbara empathized with us and scheduled a spray as soon as possible. Elliott showed up on time and performed the needed service. As I was a bit frazzled about moving my family into a safe home, Elliott empathized with us by telling me his home buying experience which put me a bit at ease. Lastly, due to rain in the forecast, he scheduled a re-spray for a couple of days later at no additional cost. This type of interaction creates trust and confidence for the customer. The day of I had contacted them close to the end of the window just to confirm they would be coming to our property to inspect. They messaged back & said they were stuck in traffic but would be there shortly. Two gentlemen in a Tesla showed up and spent a few minutes on the property & quoted me verbally before leaving. I felt like the time on our property seemed short & I waited a few weeks & checked my inbox as well as spam folders for the quote. I never received the quote & also contacted to reconfirm. Needless to say, months later I went with a company that both gave me a physical copy of their quote as well as a detailed email. I just wanted to share my experience as it missed the mark with communication.

Wow, I had a great experience with Rodent Control Services (aka: A-Team Services.)…read more After purchasing our house in December 2020, we quickly realized we had an issue with rats in the attic. After doing some research, I reached out to this company for help. Skyler quickly responded to my request, providing some re-assuring advice. Robert came out the next day. He went up in the attic to perform a thorough inspection. After agreeing to a completely reasonable quote, the team came out to rat proof the attic, closing up all possible entry points and resetting the traps. A few weeks later, the team came back to remove all the old insulation (which was in pretty poor shape.) Due to a big electrical project, (and some ethernet cabling that I wanted to run), I there was a two month delay before we were ready to install the new insulation. A Team Services was totally cool about this... they didn't nag or harass me to schedule the final work. When we were ready, they came out and performed the final cleanup and insulation install. They were even able to do some minor repair on old ductwork that probably saved me a lot of money. So thank you to Skyler, Robert, and the entire crew for helping us with our first home. We are thankful to have a clean, rodent-free, and well insulated attic. If I could give A-Team Services ten stars I would! Highly recommended!
