Only on final visit did they say it was the airbag that they ruined by gluing it and "removing excess glue" on horn. This was a brand new airbag that the dealership had just replaced under a recall. Havers refused to replace airbag. They said cost of airbag alone was $1400 but they would not replace it. Biggest rip off I've ever dealt with in my entire life. All I can do is give my review since havers made no effort to resolve issue.

When I finally got them look at it again, he lied about tightening some fittings and the leak continued. Took it to a different place and they showed me how the seal was installed incorrectly. Cost me allot to have the seal replaced after this work, which fixed the leak as I had asked Ed to do in the first place. They do not stand behind their repairs and avoid calls to address the problem. Completely let down as a long standing customer.

I liked the experience enough that I decided to give them a shot again for my next paid oil change, and that's when the difference really stood out. Jiffy Lube's main advantage is speed. You stay in your car and you are in and out quickly. But Christian Brothers wins in almost every other category. The waiting room is clean and comfortable (even have cell phone chargers), the people are genuinely friendly, and the pricing has actually been better in my experience. I also appreciate that my car is returned clean, without the greasy or rushed feeling I sometimes had before. Scheduling is easy too. Their website makes it simple to book an appointment, so even though it is not a drive through experience, it still feels efficient and well organized. If speed is the only thing you care about, Jiffy Lube works. But if you value service, cleanliness, and feeling confident about who is working on your car, Christian Brothers Automotive has earned my business going forward.

I figured since I recently bought a set…read moreof four tires from Jensen, and gave my daughter my gold card to get her a set of tires, I'd call Jensen at 7am on Friday morning. 7 am on Friday 12/20/24 I called Jensen to come in to fix a flat tire. The employee at Jensen apologized, and said they were completely booked for the day. I called discount tire, got a friendly person on the phone, told me to come on down, may be a wait, but if I get there soon, he says I can get out by noon. Go down to Discount Tire give him my keys, my info and I go home. 11:00 I get a text my car is done. Head back down to Discount Tire, where the young man thanks me for entrusting them to repair my tire, and appreciates my patience. I ask how much do I owe and he says, "No Charge!" I learned something new. Just because a business preaches customer loyalty, promises free tire rotation and repair, don't really appreciate your business. Their saying is just a gimmick. I also realized where I WILL NEVER go to again, to buy tires. Thank you Jensen for letting me know I ain't poop, to you. My girlfriend needs tires soon. I assure you we'll go to Discount Tire. This close to Christmas, on a Friday, so thankful Discount Tire did not turn me away.

The whole process from the time I arrived to me back in my car with a patched nail hole was about 2 hours. A little longer than they quoted me, but I expected this much given I was a walk in and didn't have an appointment. The staff and technicians here were great and handled everything from start to finish with professionalism. Best of all, for a simple tire patch (nail repair) it is free of charge! I will definitely be back for any future tire needs.
