I can't tell what quality of actual work they do because I couldn't get them to do any work. I brought my car into their shop for an estimate. I was quoted two prices, once with a new spoiler and one with a used one. I chose the used option, which they recommended, and they indicated that they had called a local salvage yard and had located one. I made an appointment to get the work done 2 weeks later. Two weeks later, after arranging my schedule and my wife's schedule to drop off the car at 8 AM and drive me back home, I get a call at 4 PM saying they don't have the spoiler and can't do the work. WHAT?! You said you had the part. Even if you didn't, you had 2 weeks to get it. And if you couldn't get it, why didn't you tell me before I wasted my day? And why did you wait until 4 PM to tell me? Now I'm a bit pissed off, but mistakes happen, right? So, I pick up my car and they assure me they can get the part and that they will call me the next week to set up another appointment. A week goes by...I hear NOTHING from them. Unbelievably bad customer service. I wouldn't recommend these guys to my worst enemy.
