Within 10 minutes of my call I had a very very fair price, hassle free and the big news also had a complete spec sheet with drawings on my email that I have waited hours and days to get from other dealers and some never send them. I called the closest dealer near me (that lion) concerned about distance, and like usual they couldn't help me until maybe tomorrow and threw me their price before anything else. Recently they had my RV for almost 6 months and did nothing with it except create 2 big gash in my interior doors and sink area and fix only one of 7 items I brought it in for. One of which was they had bent my bumper the last time it was there and was supposed to take care of it but did nothing. They don't care about you after the sale. They have an extremely horrible business practice. The managers do not even call you back. Buyers beware! They are only nice to take your money initially. Everything negative you read about them online is true. Don't trust your money to these con artists. Ask yourself one thing if you read this review. Why is it that they only comment on people who give good reviews but never address the reviews with issues... just saying the customer care is telling! When we purchased our Motorhome (from a concierge service in New Jersey) I tried to find a local company to service our coach. When I called Chesaco RV, Joppa, MD I was told, and I quote: "... we only service RV's that we sell!" Fast-forward to last month when I was alerted to a recall on our coach. I was referred to Chesaco as the closest Authorized Dealer. I called the Gambrills location (approx. 20 miles away) and asked for service, apparently, I was forwarded to the Joppa facility. I explained the recall and was told that I had an appointment for July 15th at 10:00am Imagine my surprise when I arrived at the Gambrills location only to be told I had no appointment! They checked with Joppa and said that I made the appointment there! I did NOT! Joppa is 50 miles away on the other side of Baltimore! I was not a happy camper. They told me that if I left my coach they would order the parts and contact me when the parts arrived to schedule the work. I checked every day for over a week. Each and every time I called, I was told the service person was on a call and would call me back. That never happened! So, I called Camping World Manassas, VA and started the process there... I explained my experience with another dealer and needed help. They promptly filed a claim with Forest River, which was approved. This proved that Chesaco RV never did anything! Forest River would never approve TWO claims for the same vehicle. I went to Chesaco and told them that I was taking my coach to another dealer. They said they "... already submitted a claim and ordered the parts!" Simply not possible! After a very short discussion, I asserted that I wanted my coach. They were NOT happy but did bring it around and left in a huff. I drove my coach home and will NEVER return. Not that it changes anything, except to warn my fellow veterans! I am a retired service-disabled Marine Corps veteran. I strongly recommend that you NEVER do business with this company.

Because of this, I overpaid dearly for the camper and know for a fact that they manipulated the numbers and ultimately overcharged me by $3,800 on the base price from what I had agreed to and what they posted on their website. Every time I look at the contract, I get pissed off all over again. I will never ever go to this location again - for as long as I live - and if you are brave enough to ignore the overall 2-star rating that this Camping World location has received, MAKE SURE YOU VERIFY EVERYTHING and document, document, document. They will look you right in your face and lie right to it.
