    DO NOT BUY FROM CHESACO RV IN FREDERICK!!! We put a deposit down on a camper site unseen with a…read morepromise from Jeff (salesman) and James (manager) that it would be delivered to Frederick so we could do a walkthrough before signing final documents. A couple days later Ty called us to schedule the walk through/signing. We asked if we could do 3pm or later during the week or anytime over the weekend. Ty said the latest he would agree to was 2:30pm and then said, "most people are so excited to make a big purchase like this that they just take off work. Why can't you take off work?" (Keep in mind this is last minute). We reluctantly agreed to come at 2:30. GUESS WHAT!? We show up to do our walk through at 2:30 and the camper was never sent to Frederick from Joppa. Funniest part is that James (manager) acted like he had no idea we hadn't seen the camper in person yet DESPITE being the one who told us we would be able to see it before signing final documents at our appointment. We still gave them the benefit of the doubt and agreed to buy the camper site unseen with the agreement that when the campers delivered to our campsite (2 hours away from us) we would be able to do a walk through and get the keys. While waiting on delivery, I get 4 calls from Jeff asking how we are liking the camper which we DON'T even have yet!!! You haven't delivered it! I get a call from James AFTER signing all the final documents saying the payments will actually be $50 more per month than they told us, never asked if it was okay, etc. We were also told the scheduling lady would call to confirm delivery which never happened, we had to reach out multiple times instead. Delivery finally happens and THEY DON'T HAVE KEYS TO THE CAMPER! We can't get it set up or do anything and have to drive 2 hours back home to fight with James and Ty for days on where our keys were. They kept saying they would call us back, never did. When we finally got a hold of James, he said the keys could be picked up from Frederick the following afternoon, they obviously didn't follow through on this either, didn't even call us to say they weren't there, then blamed it on Joppa per usual. Everything was Joppa's fault, not Frederick's if you ask James. Then they said the keys would be in Frederick the following morning. We kept calling to confirm the keys were in the office as promised since the first go around they weren't. They again kept saying they would call us back when they had a new time to pick them up but big surprise.. no one ever called us back. The kicker is that James had the nerve to ask me to give them a positive Google review..... so, here's your much deserved review, James! You've lost multiple customers over this! Do better!!!

I purchased a camper for my family to enjoy and have only been tormented with issue after issue after issue. My camper is a serious health trap; it is a camper that is unsafe and was sold knowingly. I was told - we will fix any issues that you have within a small warranty period; for Triangle to then keep my camper for part of that time - then to keep it for months just because. Triangle does not stand behind their sales. Triangle RV is a scam. I would not want my worst enemy to purchase anything from them. Who is there to help and assist??? They had it for 2 months and fixed 1 of the 3 problems. They sound like a broken record when you call. All they say is "I don't know what to tell you, bring it in and we can look at it when we get to it". Unprofessionalism runs rampant. They don't know what they are doing. Repair facility is small, old and they have no way to test things on the new model campers. Save yourself a lot of headache and frustration, take your business elsewhere.

Their dedication and professionalism were almost solely the reason we decided to move forward with our purchase, as our experience at the beginning wasn't ideal. When we arrived to pick up our camper, I noticed several issues that I had pointed out to the salesperson during our initial visit. He assured me these issues would be addressed before we drove almost three hours to pick up the unit. However, despite my attempts to call and text him prior to our arrival, I didn't hear back as he went on vacation without notifying us. Unfortunately, when we arrived, nothing had been done. That's when Brandy stepped in and took charge of the situation. She got the service team involved and made sure everything was addressed to our full satisfaction. I was honestly ready to walk away, but after seeing how much she genuinely cared about making things right, we decided to move forward with the purchase. After getting the unit home, we noticed two additional issues. Brandy was quick to respond, asking me to send pictures and assuring me she'd take care of it. Keystone RV Center is very fortunate to have these outstanding individuals like Brandy, Larry, Rodney, Garrett and Joe on their team. Their commitment to customer satisfaction truly turned our experience around, and we're grateful for their hard work. I also want to give a special mention to Jennifer in Finance, who was amazing to work with. This was, hands down, the best purchase experience we've ever had. The lady at the front desk was a delight to speak to as well, and it was clear she loves her job and enjoys interacting with customers. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a unit. I would drive more than 3 hours (maybe 3 days) to do business with them again.

I found some warranty issues , so I took it back to them in August of 2025. It sat up there for a month, after that I started to email and calling to find out what was going on multiple times . No responses , not even parts are on ordered. Went up to pick it up because we had camping trips planned, and it wasn't fixed. Got a call in October of 2025 parts were in, so I took it back in December 2, 2025 after camping was done. Now it has sat up there for a month and I found some more warranty issues. Started to email January 5, 2026 to find where they are at with it and No Response. Communication is a problem with the service department, just tell me parts are on order or something . I just want the warranty issues resolved and they will never see me again.

I was finally ready to make a purchase but after 4 disheartening experiences with other dealers I took a chance and reached out to Wagners with an out the door offer, on a unit that was a bit out of my price range. Not only did they accept it, they didn't surprise me with one single hidden fee. Every single person we worked with, from parts, to service, to sales, was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. We had countless issues with our hometown mechanics prepping our vehicle to tow. The owner himself offered to deliver it so we wouldn't have to come back a third time. I have learned so much from my research and this experience, but the most important thing I learned was that there are still good, salt of the earth people out there, who want to uplift you more than make a buck off of you. I would travel any distance to work with this team of dedicated folks. Thank you to the entire Wagners outdoor family for helping me make a lifelong dream come true!

They fixed the leak, resealed the top, and fixed the door handle. They winterize the trailer for us and store it since we can't. I might be biased, but I recommend them to everyone.

She basically saved my life (well, at least rescued my 6yo daughter's first camping trip). So there I was - after another provider cancelled my reservation at the last minute and Cruise America's website won't even let me book my trip date (because it's tomorrow). I was faced with every millennial's worst nightmare - I'd have to talk to a person on the phone. But, it basically ended up being the nicest convo I had all day. Morgan W was awesome. She was calling around, made deals, and just generally making things happen. She was also just so nice! Even though I'm just some random guy with a last minute problem she worked for like 30 min to facilitate (I could easily imagine an alternative universe where the rep is like: "dude, call back during regular business hours and don't wait till the last minute for things"). So - will the RV be nice? I hope so. Will pickup go smoothly? Fingers crossed. But, the customer service? Amazing. P.S. Cruise America Morgan W is a great rep! Give her a raise (or at least a pizza party)!

Our rental attendant was professional and courteous; he took time to show us around the RV and was good at answering our questions. The RV itself was mostly in good working order; they are def very basic models. Unfortunately, the furnace heater in our unit was not working, so we had to sleep in pretty chilly quarters. Upon return, the attendant comped us one night of our stay fit the trouble, which I thought was fair. Overall, a great experience!

    Getting help from Matt at Fixed It Mobile RV Services was by far the best experience we've ever had…read morewith a mechanic. It felt like a knowledgeable friend with decades of experience showed up in a fully stocked truck, ready for anything. We contacted him to replace a broken AC unit after an incident in a mislabeled parking garage. He finished that job so impressively fast (about an hour) and then went on to help us patch our roof (we hadn't even noticed the tears until he pointed them out), clean paint off our skylight, seal hidden roof leaks we never would've known about ourselves, inspect our propane system and appliances, install a new kitchen sink (with the perfect adapter already in his truck), remove an expired propane alarm (which we assumed was working) and taught us how to replace it. He also confirmed our generator was in great shape and gave us helpful advice for future upgrades to our camper. Throughout the visit, Matt explained what he was doing, why he was doing it, and which products he recommends, even showing us how to make future repairs on our own. He was efficient, friendly, and clearly passionate about his work, especially when installing our new Furrion Chill Cube, which he had studied in depth through recent specialized training. He even asked to salvage parts from our damaged AC rather than see them go to waste, which we really appreciated. Matt truly goes above and beyond. We're so grateful we found him and would absolutely call on him again for any future truck camper repairs.

    We had a tire blow on our fifth wheel camper. It did a lot of damage to the driver's side of our…read morecamper. Matt came out and fixed the side skirting and underbelly insulation with extreme attention to detail. I can honestly say I think the side looks better than the factory. I can say it was well worth my money to have him take care of this project and way better than taking it to the dealer. I will use him for all our RV projects.
