Somewhere along the way, we discovered our dash air was no longer cooling. I found a mobile mechanic who met us at our park in College Park to take a look. It quickly became clear the problem was far more than a simple refrigerant leak, and he recommended ATEL Bus and Truck. I submitted their online form, and later that same day I received a call to schedule an appointment for Monday. I dropped the rig off and returned late that afternoon. A catastrophic compressor failure meant the entire system essentially had to be replaced. We were scheduled to leave Thursday morning, but Brian, the owner, gave us options. He located everything needed and arranged for air shipment with Wednesday delivery. By late Wednesday afternoon, we had a fully working system. The mechanic came out and explained in detail what they had found, along with his thoughts on what caused the failure. The entire team was professional, and Brian made sure we could take the RV back to the park each night so we could sleep in it. Brian is a pleasure to work with and truly went above and beyond what I expected. I can't recommend ATEL Bus and Truck Service highly enough.

I called Brian and we chatted for nearly an hour about my issues with our MH. Brian invited me to his shop in Beltsville. Our visit was quite educational. First his shop was quite expansive Two paint booths, frame rack and losts of service bays. Again we discussed my repair issues and he assured me he could handled all the repairs. He also recommended some maintenance service that should be done on a MH with 112,000 miles Leaving our MH there was a no brainer. They was lots to do so they had it awhile. Brian called me on a regular bases with t h updates. When the repairs and maintenance were completed the MH was washed and shining. I was quite pleased with everything Our motorhome has never ran better with better fuel mileage. I would highly recommend ATEL TRUCK BUS and RV for any truck or RV mantainance or repair or paint work. Thanks Brian and your entire stuff. Butch Alfred New Windsor, MD.

Come noon the next day I had not received a phone call from A1-Auto informing me that the tires had arrived. I called the shop several times but no one picked up. I went down to the shop and arrived at 12:30 P.M. Dan stated to me in a very rude fashion: "I told you to be here at 12." I informed him that he did not tell me to be there at 12, but instead that he stated to me that he would call me when the tires arrived and that I should then come to the shop after I received his call. Dan then informed me that the closest appointment for rescheduling was 3 days away which was too long for me to wait. I then asked for a refund which I eventually received but still had to pay a $60 tire restocking fee which I shouldn't have had to pay because it was Dan's fault for not calling me to inform me that the tires had come in, which is what he said he would do when I initially paid for the tires. The lady i spoke to on the phone said they had 4. I went to the yard, i walked up and down the Dodge/Chrysler section and only seen 1 dodge magnum matching mines. So i walked to the entrance of the yard to ask the lady at the desk if she could tell me the exact location of the other 3 Dodge Magnums. She said she couldnt, that i had to look online myself. I said i did. But i couldnt find them. She called some other short blonde big lady to deal with me. That lady came from the front door with another customer. The lady behind the register told her my question and the big lady said: where is your phone? I said in my pocket. First off, that is not the way to talk to a customer like she knew me. Second, she dont know if people are up to date with mobile devices, she shouldnt assume. That is not the way to talk or treat any of your customers. I simply asked her for the location of the other 3 magnums and she kept saying i need to look on the website. I told her i did and that it dont match the yard. So we both got heated and she told me to leave. I drove 40mins to the yard because they told me they had 4 magnums, i paid my entrance for nothing. I got kicked out for asking a simple question: where are the other 3 magnums you told me you have?

I haven't even installed the wheels on my vehicle, what type of materials they used that damages with cushions and blankets?
