    Passenger side gold cerakote headers

Gave them new exhaust out the box to cerakote, I chose gold cause why not..lol. They were backed up but took on the task anyway with a very reasonable price considering the amount of work required. * Hidden Gem *

***RESPONSE TO OWNER REPLY*** This is directly from your company to me on 10.22.2019 "the warranty covers coating failure as in if it were to fail from corrosion or delamination but not physical damage. So for instance if a rock were to penetrate the coating causing rust creep it would most likely not be covered but if were to rust from the inside out it would be covered." It is rusting from the inside out! So per your own words... it should be covered. No where in here did you mention weld fails being an exclusion, only that physical damage would not be covered. ___________________________________________________________________________ I had a set of step rails powder coated for my truck in Oct 2019 with the 'selling point' that the work had a lifetime warranty against rust. exactly 2 years later, I noticed rust on both rails. I took pictures and reached back out to the company regarding their warranty. They did NOT request to see the rails in person, they used the pictures alone to decide that there are chips from road debris and that's not covered. Ok, they're 2 years old- there is going to be some wear & tear but I did not see any chips/dings/etc out of the ordinary. I do not take my truck off roading nor do I travel any gravel paths.. highway & in town driving only. This tells me that they have NO intention on ever making good any any warranty that they mention. I had planned on being a repeat customer - the initial work was beautiful but don't plan on it lasting more than 2 years. Oh and not to mention they charged an additional 3% for using a card payment. Most people do not keep hundreds of dollars in cash on hand- so we had to make a trip to the bank to avoid having to pay more than the work itself.

This shop did a great job powder coating my 3 piece wheels. My wheels came out just the way I visioned it. The owner kept me updated with my wheel status as he was working on it. Make sure you call ahead to schedule an appointment because this place can get really busy. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get their wheels powder coated.

We have a metal/iron work business and sometimes our clients request powder coating. The work they…read moredo is very good, detailed and they have it done in a timely manner. We just had to drop off the item and pick up when complete. Twice they have matched what color the client wanted. So far no complaints and we've been using them almost 1 year now. The cost is in the middle. If item is not too large or a big amount, they will have it ready in a week, and they provide quotes in advance when requested.

Told me there may be some warpage on the lid but they could do it in three weeks. Three weeks go by, I call and they say it will be another couple of weeks. Stated they had to strip it again because they powder coated the hinge shut. Six weeks from the beginning they call and say it is done. They showed me the now bent up warped and dented cabinets. I asked them if they were proud of the work? They said no. They blamed the sand blaster. Told them the cabinets were useless to me. They said there was no charge. Gee thanks now I'm out two custom metal cabinets from an antique RV. Not only did they bent the metal they also bend the flanges that hold the hinges and several double thickness edges. Then they powder coater over the bent-up metal. Bubbled up dirty powder coating looks like it was coated over sand paper it is so rough. Maybe they can coat a fence post but they should not try sheet metal.

I emailed them photos of the parts and requested a price, they were responsive and reasonable, when I arrived to drop of the items the truck was unloaded before I could even attempt to help, Coty greeted me as if I was a VIP, advised when they would be done and I left. When I was called informing me the job was done, Lou the production manager told me to come by anytime and they would load me up, when I arrived I again was treated like a VIP, padded and loaded by their guys. The quality of the work performed was fantastic, I highly recommend them for any metal finishing, they have burn off ovens to remove all old paint/finishes and ability to refinish with automotive quality paint. They can do household type rails/parts, to large commercial items. Very impressive group, I will return when my next project comes up, the 5 star rating does not do them justice, more like 6 because they went above and beyond! CRK

I really wanted to tint my windows to help block out the sun for my infant. Kie and Van were fantastic. The rest of the staff were so professional too. Avoid this business at all costs !! I took my brand new 2025 Lucid to them and had a horrible…read moreservice experience. Initially I was quoted 2 days for the work to be completed. It turned out to be a full 9 days before I received the vehicle back. Upon inspection, I noted a few areas that appeared to be flawed with bubbles/ lines, etc. I was assured that this was a normal part of the curing process, and to allow a week or two for the film to adjust. About two days later, I noticed that the film was completely lifting off of the trunk of my vehicle. I was told that the tech didn't cut the piece long enough. I gave them back the vehicle for a second application of the PPF to the trunk area. They took another 4 days to have the film reapplied. Again, I received the vehicle back with imperfections that I was assured would adjust in the curing phase. On my follow up appointment, after the curing phase, an area on my trunk had not adjusted as I was advised it would and required yet another (3rd) application of the PPF. I took the vehicle back a third time, at which point they were also to apply the windshield protection film to the vehicle. I was promised a day, it took an additional two. On the day I was supposed to receive the vehicle back, I received a call advising me that during the 3rd application to the trunk they had lifted the paint off of my vehicle (they are not a body shop). Therefore the vehicle had to be towed to a body shop for painting. That took about 5-6 weeks. Once I received the vehicle from the body shop I was able to fully inspect the windshield film that was applied to the vehicle. Upon inspection I noticed the very same imperfections (bubbles, lines, etc) on the windshield. Some of these are in the actual field of vision for the driver and obscure the view. So now, this is another thing I will have to have redone. Overall, it just seems like really sloppy work. They claim to have 20+ years experience in the business, but I did not receive a level of service that reflected that at all. Don't believe me? Check out Google reviews. You'll see more of the same type of experiences. Beware !
