Three weeks go by, I call and they say it will be another couple of weeks. Stated they had to strip it again because they powder coated the hinge shut. Six weeks from the beginning they call and say it is done. They showed me the now bent up warped and dented cabinets. I asked them if they were proud of the work? They said no. They blamed the sand blaster. Told them the cabinets were useless to me. They said there was no charge. Gee thanks now I'm out two custom metal cabinets from an antique RV. Not only did they bent the metal they also bend the flanges that hold the hinges and several double thickness edges. Then they powder coater over the bent-up metal. Bubbled up dirty powder coating looks like it was coated over sand paper it is so rough. Maybe they can coat a fence post but they should not try sheet metal.

I called and made an appointment for only two days away. The representative called me the day of the appointment when he was on his way. He arrived, removed the damage wheel and repaired it in my driveway. He painted the entire wheel so it wouldn't look patched. He did an excellent job. I can't find on the wheel where the damage was. I emailed them photos of the parts and requested a price, they were responsive and reasonable, when I arrived to drop of the items the truck was unloaded before I could even attempt to help, Coty greeted me as if I was a VIP, advised when they would be done and I left. When I was called informing me the job was done, Lou the production manager told me to come by anytime and they would load me up, when I arrived I again was treated like a VIP, padded and loaded by their guys. The quality of the work performed was fantastic, I highly recommend them for any metal finishing, they have burn off ovens to remove all old paint/finishes and ability to refinish with automotive quality paint. They can do household type rails/parts, to large commercial items. Took the standard half up front that most reputable fabricators ask for but then failed to complete the four-window project. Mr Dicus stopped responding for several months. Then finally installed one simple set of window bars to a single window. I would avoid this business at all cost. Mr Dicus took money and never completed his contract. I do not know if the previous reviews were planted but his action constitute theft. I have started a Better Business Bureau complaint but I just wanted to warn anyone else. Dicus web site also looks professional but has no true contact information or place of business.

Avoid this business at all costs !! I took my brand new 2025 Lucid to them and had a horrible…read moreservice experience. Initially I was quoted 2 days for the work to be completed. It turned out to be a full 9 days before I received the vehicle back. Upon inspection, I noted a few areas that appeared to be flawed with bubbles/ lines, etc. I was assured that this was a normal part of the curing process, and to allow a week or two for the film to adjust. About two days later, I noticed that the film was completely lifting off of the trunk of my vehicle. I was told that the tech didn't cut the piece long enough. I gave them back the vehicle for a second application of the PPF to the trunk area. They took another 4 days to have the film reapplied. Again, I received the vehicle back with imperfections that I was assured would adjust in the curing phase. On my follow up appointment, after the curing phase, an area on my trunk had not adjusted as I was advised it would and required yet another (3rd) application of the PPF. I took the vehicle back a third time, at which point they were also to apply the windshield protection film to the vehicle. I was promised a day, it took an additional two. On the day I was supposed to receive the vehicle back, I received a call advising me that during the 3rd application to the trunk they had lifted the paint off of my vehicle (they are not a body shop). Therefore the vehicle had to be towed to a body shop for painting. That took about 5-6 weeks. Once I received the vehicle from the body shop I was able to fully inspect the windshield film that was applied to the vehicle. Upon inspection I noticed the very same imperfections (bubbles, lines,etc) on the windshield. Some of these are in the actual field of vision for the driver and obscure the view. So now, this is another thing I will have to have redone. Overall, it just seems like really sloppy work. They claim to have 20+ years experience in the business, but I did not receive a level of service that reflected that at all. Don't believe me? Check out Google reviews. You'll see more of the same type of experiences. Beware !
