Then finally installed one simple set of window bars to a single window. I would avoid this business at all cost. Mr Dicus took money and never completed his contract. I do not know if the previous reviews were planted but his action constitute theft. I have started a Better Business Bureau complaint but I just wanted to warn anyone else. Their quality of work and personnel were great and turn around time was a week to ten days. WHAT HAPPENED ? Now as you enter, young female (NFD) you are not greeted, no smile just a " how can I help you ?" You feel like you are talking to Eeyore from Winnie the Pooh. My last three visits required a return visit to get work done properly almost. First time: two parts were half done, the backsides were spotted and you could see the metal . Second time: the billet grill had a paper thin coating and exposed the metal. Third time and my last time: August 28, 2024 , I dropped off ten (10) pieces of frontend bracketry, filled out the required paperwork stating 10 pieces. After waiting three weeks,(September 24, 2024) I get a call my parts are done. I arrived and nine pieces are powder coated. I ask the young lady about the tenth part. She (young female, NFD) checks and Kyle (owner) approaches and states this part was missed and would be ready this week. Today is Tuesday. I return on Friday September 27, three days later. The female gives me the " How can I help you routine" and I state I'm here to pick up this piece, showing her what I'm looking for. She states " If I didn't call you, it's not ready". I tell her I'll take it. She goes into the back and returns with the item, stripped of it's coating, hands it to me and walks off, no conversation of any type. Kyle does not appear either. I'm working on a 1973 Camaro with the Rally front bumpers, The part is a front bumper mount, measuring maybe 3 inches by 5 inches. Kyle, should NOT take three plus days to complete the job on this one piece that YOU as the owner failed to complete. I drive 60 miles one way to get to your shop, NO MORE. I also will not be recommending your company to anyone !!!!!!!

Once i got home and started putting the center caps on them, I found those chips, I transported them on the back seat of my vehicle with cushions and blankets. I contact them right after, ( and the Girl that works here is sweet, no complaints on her at all) told her about the issue and send her some pictures! She followed up with me to tell me that, the owners review the pictures and that I damage the wheel lol. I haven't even installed the wheels on my vehicle, what type of materials they used that damages with cushions and blankets? Like this was not cheap by any means and the least i was expecting was for them to correct the affected area, not to powder coat the whole thing again. Anyways i will take my L and walk away, that's how you loose customers, i may be one only, but that's the same way you started with one customer. And please if you reading this check really good before you leave. Because if they would not honor this, I highly doubt they will Honor the year of warranty they offer

I emailed them photos of the parts and requested a price, they were responsive and reasonable, when I arrived to drop of the items the truck was unloaded before I could even attempt to help, Coty greeted me as if I was a VIP, advised when they would be done and I left. When I was called informing me the job was done, Lou the production manager told me to come by anytime and they would load me up, when I arrived I again was treated like a VIP, padded and loaded by their guys. The quality of the work performed was fantastic, I highly recommend them for any metal finishing, they have burn off ovens to remove all old paint/finishes and ability to refinish with automotive quality paint. They can do household type rails/parts, to large commercial items. Here's how my story starts…read more I ordered (what I thought were) higher-end sun louvers for the rear window of my car. The mount plates for the louvers came unpainted, which wasn't good. I tried painting them myself but spray paint was not a long-term solution. This is where Eurobeatwheels comes in. I put out a request to those who do powder coating. EBW responded with a reasonable quote, I brought them over, and recently picked them after a few weeks. (This was not a rush order, I didn't plan on mounting the louvers for a while.) They actually charged me less than the quote, which may have been because it was a small project. With that being said, the very fact EBW took the job makes it more likely I'll be turning to them for additional work, such as powder coating the sun louvers themselves this winter.
