However, as it turned out my water heater type didn't need an expansion tank, but a pressure relief valve. The tech explained the problem very clearly, installed a pressure relief valve, and was even creative by installing a pressure gauge where the previous plumber incorrectly installed an expansion tank. Definitely plan to use them in the future.

He was the first person to respond to my request on Yelp and offered to come out and diagnose the issue but recommended that I call the manufacturer to see if it's still under warranty and find someone familiar with the brand. He spent several minutes talking with me and it felt like he was really trying to help me with the best possible solution--not just get my business. That's rare these days and if I ever do need to replace my system or get other work done, I will be calling them!

We picked a date/time and asked for (1) Flat Mount and (1) Swing Mount and they had the parts at a reasonable price. Constant communication up to arrival, which was great. Marcus arrived in a company vehicle with all his equipment and the two mounts. Marcus was awesome, he slipped on shoe covers before going upstairs. We showed him what we wanted and he went to work. I told him that if he needed help to mount the TVs once he placed the mounts on the wall to give me a shout. I went downstairs, and barely heard him working. He worked so quietly that my nervous pup didn't even bark or get anxious. Marcus worked fast, told me he was done, and he had the TVs mounted on the wall. The swing arm mount is perfectly placed and moves smoothly. It is just what I envisioned and hoped for and no mess. Marcus gave us the different payment options, price was as quoted with no changes. However, when I began to move in and put stuff away I noticed that the inside of the kitchen cabinets and drawers were not cleaned at all. I ran my finger across the bottom and there was so much dust and debris. The same goes for all of the light fixtures. It seemed like they didn't dust anything and just did a surface wipe down. I ended up having to re-clean everything myself. I was very disappointed with having spent $400, I definitely felt like I didn't get what I paid for. I will say that they were kind when I spoke with them on the phone, I haven't had a chance to call back regarding this issue (I had it cleaned in the beginning of April) and I know it's well past that time but Ive had a lot of things hitting me back to back so tried to let it go and I'm sorry, I just couldn't. It bugs me a lot. I'd definitely be happy if something could be worked out regarding this but I also completely understand if nothing can be done because it's been so long.
