There's a saying that goes something like this, if you're looking for something and you find it then you can stop looking. There is no need to look further. In fact you can stop reading this review. But if you want to read my experience read on but seriously there is really no need too. You and your vehicle will be in good hands. A warning msg. appeared advising me to pull over slowly and call the nearest service center because of a charging malfunction. Never a good thing to see, especially if you are 40 miles from home and it occurs on a hot and humid Friday afternoon and the beginning of the July 4th three day weekend when most shops would be closing soon or had already closed . My first thought was this is not good and I have to make it home. My next thought was that there was something wrong with the alternator and I knew that would likely be a costly repair. No good deed goes unpunished, especially if you own a BMW. I was able to make it home and on following Tuesday I began making calls to the BMW dealer where I have been taking the car for years. Yes calls. The phone would ring and ring and finally put me through to voice mail to which no one ever called me back. At 1 PM after repeated attempts to get through to a service manager and without having my left messages returned, I finally called and spoke to the dealership operator who stayed on the line with me until someone picked up. When the phone was finally answered by a person and not a machine I informed the rep of my issue and was told that the earliest available date I could have the car looked at was near the end of the week and that a loaner car would not be available. Needless to say by this time I was flaming hot and replied back that I would be looking for another place to have my "Ultimate Driving Machine" serviced. Every dark cloud has a silver lining. While waiting for the dealer to return my calls it gave me time to peruse the internet to look for another BWM mechanic that was closer to where I live. By some sort of fate and answered prayers I stumbled upon Prestige Automotive Solution. When I called, the phone was answered by the second or ring by the owner himself. When I explained the issue I was having with the car he told me that he too suspected that it was likely the alternator. He also told me that he was quite busy but he would work me in. I dropped my car off on Tuesday and by the end of the day Aries had diagnosed the problem and to my surprise it wasn't the alternator at all but instead it was only a broken belt. He also informed me that the tires were worn past the warning tread, the battery should be replaced along and the rear brake pads. What really blew me away was when he told me how much it would cost. As he was describing everything that was needed, the dollar signs in my head were accumulating faster than I could imagine. But when he presented me with the final amount to do all the need work I was shocked. I agreed to have all the work done. He ended up replacing the belt, plus replaced the battery, replaced and balanced the tires , replaced the rear brake pads and sensors, front wheel alignment, diagnostics, and reset the onboard computer for a lot less than what I thought I would have paid the dealer to replace the alternator alone. And that's my silver lining. And for me, I have no need to keep looking for something that I have already found.

It was a hot Sunday afternoon and most auto shops were closed and this place was listed as open on Google. We called and the man on the phone (I believe Bill the manager) was the most helpful and able to help us fix our problem remotely. We had thought we needed to get a tow truck into the state park, but with the Park Rangers help in detecting the missing component that prevented our car from starting and creating a makeshift solution and Executive Automobile Services verbal guidance, we were able to drive home from the park!! Executive Automobile Service was able to explain to us over the phone that it must have fallen out in the car and encouraged us to keep looking for the piece. They even offered to come over to the park so that they could lift the car up to locate it to us. We told them we would keep trying to look for it and ultimately did find the piece hidden inside our hood. We felt like we had a dream team between Executive Automobile Service and the Seneca Creek Park Ranger . As other mentioned, this is a business of integrity, professionalism, and high caliber of expertise as demonstrated by being able to walk us through the explanation of the how integral it was to find the missing part once we defined the problem to them. Although we never met in person, they saved us from a wasted tow trip to their shop which I suspect other shops would have recommended us do. If we had not found the piece, they told us that we would have to order it anyways and to just keep the car at home. I am very impressed with this business and the patience they had to efficiently explain the diagnosis, solution. I highly recommend to others!! Thank you!!

During the first snowstorm after the install, the salter's wiring harness came detached from the way they mounted it to the truck and it was dragging on the parking lot. This was due to R&B zip tying the harness to the underside of a skid plate which made the Salt Dogg harness the lowest hanging point of the truck. I decided to look over the rest of the installation, and the wiring harness portion in the engine bay going to the battery was resting against the turbo's heat shield causing the harness/loom to melt, I believe the only thing that saved me from a fire was the fact that it was in the single digits which helped with heat dissipation. This type of poor workmanship was disappointing, however R&B's lack of response was even worse. I reached out multiple times and sent pictures and received no response. A true indicator of a person's integrity is when there is an issue needing resolved, Dottie's lack of response showed her true colors during this issue and lost a customer. I hope this post helps others avoid poor workmanship and avoid being abandoned if R&B makes a mistake they do not want to acknowledge or make right. Run far from R&B to an actual professionally ran company.
