Ok, no big. The battery I order specifically states on it, "guaranteed fit." Well, it comes while I'm at work last last. I go to put it in today and guess what....it's not the right one, ALTHOUGH their website says it is a "guaranteed fit." Well, they are very very wrong. This was not even close to being the right fit. The posts are on the opposite side of the battery, but the picture online does not have it pictured that way. "Guaranteed fit," remember? Take the battery up to the parts store, they won't help at all. They want me to spend ANOTHER $120+ to order a different battery with ANOTHER "guaranteed fit" and hope it fits when it gets delivered. Ummmmm, NO!!! This is their fault for false advertising and misinformation, not mine. To top it off, they are claiming they physically cannot order batteries for the store. Like, wtf? So, all they did was credit my card, with a nice "f'u stupid," and sent me on my way. God only knows when I'll see that $$$$ back on my card. Ugh. I'm just over it. I will NEVER come into your store again.

Apparently, the items were by mistake sent out without being checked over for defects. The company acknowledged this and credited me for their mistake. They did advise to always get pictures emailed before ordering from a salvage yard which will be very helpful to anyone who orders. Since I couldn't remove the rating from before , I wanted to give credit to the staff who graciously helped resolve the issues with our order.
