BBQ Shrimp with corn potatoes and sausage and french bread
    Seon B.

I recently ate here with my family after getting a recommendation from a friend and the food was amazing! We ordered: Charbroiled oysters both the original (Cheese & garlic butter) and the seafood (Seafood stuffing, cheese & garlic butter). The original was a 4/5 it was well seasoned. The seafood was a 5/5 the seafood stuffed highly enhanced the flavor. If you have to choose one go with the latter. It also came with slices of French bread. The flavor was very robust. Seafood Gumbo, this was very delicious. The rice was well cooked and the gravy/soup was seasoned in a delicious way. You can't go wrong with this. There was a decent amount of meat and shrimp in it too BBQ Shrimp with potatoes, sausage and corn. This was very good. The shrimp was huge and a good portion sized. The accompany sides that was added was good. The sausage wasn't spicy just to note. The corn was boiled and flavored well Stuffed crab, this was crabbed stuffed with shrimp and seasoning. This was very tasty and was surprisingly enjoyable and so delicious. You get two servings with seasoned fries. Kids Meals Popcorn Shrimp, Chicken Tenders, and Chicken nuggets. The kids loved their meals. The shrimp has a great flavors and all the kids loved the seasoned fries. The tenders were plenty full about 6 the nuggets were about 8. More enough to stuff you child full. The popcorn was plentiful as well. Service started off string but faltered as the dinner crowd came in. Other than that this would be a 5 star review. I would come back here and I recommend the food strongly.

Everything goes well every time! The service is excellent the food is excellent and who doesn't appreciate stuff animals! lol Our go to spot when we're looking to enjoy boiled seafood away from the house. I've never charbroiled crabs before that was good and different. I'm not big on cheese with my charbroiled stuff but they seem to get it right here.

We ate a pound of boiled shrimp and my man who isn't adventurous went with the fried shrimp basket. Wonderful food and service. The Deco is interesting and inviting.

Haha Delicious gator just came from seeing them in the swamps to eating them. And man both ways are great but seriously. The gator is very tender the crawfish was great the beer was great. Our waitress was sweet and was great. My guy kept saying they gave him a whole lot of gator and that is all he wanted while visiting in Louisiana. Very very hospitable people here. I like a good restaurant with good conversation and good food and you can't go wrong. With all of that. I like giving 5 stars where 5 stars are due but they deserve a + 10. And not pricy at all. Good amount of food for a good price bravo. I forgot to take photos of the food because we were too busy eating. I can't wait to come back in May. My family will love this place. See you soon

Perino's is one of our favorite spots for crawdads. These were so flavorful and juicy. The oysters were super as well. Service is always friendly and attentive. You don't have to wait long for the crawdads, they just keep them coming. It's over the bridge from the city so best visited if you have wheels. Call first to make sure they have crawdads as the season is limited.

It's a Monday around 7. Dinner rush left, only a few tables of folks. Brenda greets us and quickly gets out drinks. We order and are very hungry. In 6 minutes we get the best onion rings ever! Everything else gets to our table in 9 minutes. Food is perfect. Brenda is perfect. A perfectly tasty dinner.

He made a reservation and upon arriving, we were seated right away. The interior was very clean, beautiful, and I loved the dimmed lighting. Service was immaculate and friendly as well too! We were checked on constantly and our waters were always refilled. They bring you bread and butter with your meal and the bread was fresh, fluffy, and toasted. We ate all the bread up in minutes! It was delicious! I ordered a dozen oysters and let me tell you, it was probably some of the freshest, plumpest, and juiciest oysters that we've ever had in the states. You can tell if an oyster isn't fresh if it smells or tastes fishy but there was absolutely no fishy aftertaste or smell at all. The oysters were pretty big too!!! It came with crackers, horseradish, lemons, and cocktail sauce. Each bite was so delightful and we all agreed that the oysters were the star of the show. I had a hard time finishing my dozen because the oysters were huge and I was getting full! My husband and brother both had the gumbo and they both loved it as well. My friend had the beef carpaccio and she said it was super fresh and delicious as well. The prices were on the pricier wide but honestly, the quality of the food justifies it. Parking can get a bit busy so I suggest you come early for parking. We were able to snag a spot up front but I can see why this place is super busy! Great service, fresh seafood and delicious food, and a great ambience, what's not to love? We definitely will be coming back again when we are in town!

A Seafood Spot We Keep Coming Back To!…read more My husband, my daughter, and I have been going to Boil Seafood House for the past few months, and so far, we've really enjoyed every visit. It's definitely become a place we keep coming back to. We usually get the seafood boil with snow crab legs, and this time we went with the medium heat and butter garlic flavor. Everything was really good and full of flavor. My husband and I got the potatoes as our sides, while my daughter got the boiled eggs. We also ordered a side of French fries to share, and let me just say... we ate those so fast that I completely forgot to take a picture! They were good! I also like the whole seafood boil experience here. They offer you a bib and gloves if you want them, which definitely comes in handy when you're getting into those crab legs. The service has been good every time we've visited, and the atmosphere is always lively. One of the coolest things happened after we had finished eating. Someone came around offering little samples for people to try, and they stopped by our table and asked if we wanted to try the soft-shell shrimp. I'm not sure if it's something new on the menu or just something they were serving as a sample, but we said yes -- and I'm so glad we did! That shrimp was delicious! It literally melted in my mouth. I'm usually not a big fan of eating anything with the shell still on, but this was so good that I didn't even mind it. Definitely not what I expected, and it was probably one of my favorite little surprises of the visit. I didn't take a ton of pictures this time, but I'll share the few that I did get. So far, Boil Seafood House has been a winner for us, and since we've enjoyed every visit, We'll be back again for another seafood boil!

It was really well seasoned and had plenty of jalapeño slices throughout, so you get a nice little kick. But what really made it for me was all the avocado! There were several generous slices mixed in, and the creamy avocado went so well with the ceviche. And of course, the chips were good too. For my cocktail, I ordered the Hendrick's Lamar, which is made with Hendrick's Gin and elderflower. I've had this one before, so I already knew I liked it. It's really good! I guess we were too busy enjoying it! Sometimes the best food is the food you forget to photograph because you're already halfway through it. And I have to give a little love to the bathroom too. It's very well maintained and has this nice, slightly dark ambiance that I actually really like. The brass/gold-looking sink and faucet add a pretty touch, and I LOVE the thick, personalized monogrammed napkins with the restaurant's name on them for drying your hands. Good food, good cocktails, friendly people, a nice atmosphere, and those little touches that make the experience feel thoughtful. Whether I'm meeting a friend for drinks, grabbing something to eat, or just sitting at the bar, it's always a good time.I think this version sounds more like an actual person sharing their experience on Yelp and less like a formal restaurant write-up.

It was super close to where we were staying, and since I didn't catch a seafood boil in the Quarter or anywhere else in town, I had to try this spot. My friend and I had our eyes on it, but once our Uber driver confirmed it was a bomb spot, we were all in and it did not disappoint. I even met a lady who drives 45 minutes just to get here, so if she makes that trek, you know this is the spot. I will be dreaming of this place! Being takeout-only gave it that authentic, local vibe, and I loved every bite. Unlike the typical mixed seafood boils, they bag everything separately, and I mixed it all together once I got back to my place. They have some garlic butter you can add, and I got it spicy! It definitely had a kick, and I loved it. I had a pound of shrimp, added sausage, two boiled eggs, the BOMBEST potatoes and corn, all tossed with the spicy garlic butter and I devoured it. Let me just brag on that shrimp and those potatoes for a second: both were amazing. The potatoes were cooked to perfection! Soft, not mushy, and seasoned just right. And the shrimp? Wow. I can still taste it. If you're in NOLA, you have to check this spot out! I will say one more thing though I wish I had room to try the gumbo! I would have loved to taste it here. Lastly, I didn't get to grab a po' boy in town, so we came back the next morning to try one. Sadly, the seafood section wasn't ready yet (we went around 10:30am), but the roast beef po' boy with gravy, lettuce, tomato, mayo, and maybe few other ingredients in it was incredible. I loved it! You'll definitely catch me here again next time I'm in town. 10,000/10. Thank you, cooks! A few practical things: if you're driving, there's parking. My boyfriend and I started with the Creole oysters and OMG... probably some of the best oysters I've ever had. They were incredibly flavorful, and dipping the bread into all that sauce afterward was SO good. My mother-in-law had the fried calamari, which came with remoulade, and she really enjoyed it. For my entrée, I had the jambalaya with chicken and andouille sausage. It was definitely spicy, but really, really good.
