So we canceled the party room and made reservations as she advised. When we arrived the day of the dinner we were met immediately with hostility and lack of any accommodation. The hostess and manager proceeded to berate multiple members of our party and told several of us that we "created a mess of a situation". They then proceeded to tell other people entering the restaurant (not part of our party) that we were the reason for the long wait times. Extremely unprofessional. We brought it a lot of business for the evening and were treated like absolute trash. This place has no business being in the "hospitality" industry. - they were aware of the amount of us coming in 4 days in advance of us arriving as all reservations were made via their booking system. - hostess and manager told multiple people in our party that it was my fault for not wanting to pay for all 60 of is on one card - hostesses refused twice to provide me the manager on duties name and refused to come out and talk to me.
