Regular money grabbing dealership Went in there for 2/27 about a possible ballast replacement. Tech Lied stating need to replace the bulb due to it being burnt (tech guaranteed it) . Will charge $600 to replace then will check for the ballast issue. Went to another local auto shop, took the so called burnt bulb out and placed it on the passenger side headlight. And boom! Wasn't burnt or anything wrong at all!!!! FYI asked them to ^ swap sides to verify... they didn't want to do it. Because they knew it was not burnt. Hate dishonest tech. On April 2nd I happened to come across ta Ram 1500 that I was interested in purchasing. I called Performance in Delaware and asked to speak with the sales manager and was transferred but it went to voicemail and the voicemail was full. I called back and explained to the operator that I tried to speak to the manager but could not get through. She said he was busy making deals and I replied that I am a customer and would like to make a deal. I asked that she contact the sales manager and ask that he would give me a call. Shortly thereafter I was called by J*. I explained that I was trying to get in touch with a manager to discuss the purchase of a truck. I specifically asked if he was a manager. He replied that he was the Commercial sales manager and said the sales manager was not available. He offered to help. I told him that I was interested in the1500 and made an offer. He said he would get back to me. He then called me back and said that the offer was accepted. At this point we had a verbal agreement for the sale of the car. We discussed the financing next. He asked that I complete an online financial application. After completing the application, I was told that Performance could offer 5.99% through BOA. I sent J* a text with a copy of an offer from PenFed for a 60-month loan for 5.14%. He responded that he could lower to 5.49%. He also stated that Performance does not take out of state financing. I pointed out that the difference between 5.14% and 5.49% was approximately $480 over the term of the loan. I offered     1-To purchase the car with 5.49% BOA loan through Performance if they could reduce the sale of the car by $480.     2-To purchase the car through Performance with a 5.14% interest rate.     3-To ensure that the credit union check to Performance goes through smoothly. At this point he stated, "I'm sorry, company policy we can't accept outside financing". He then contacted me stating that "(thumbs up emoji) can match 5.14, made an exception." So, at this point we had agreed on the price as well as the financing. I asked that he send me the paperwork at which time he told me he could not sell the car to me online. He said that there was an appt to view the truck the next day. He said , "We are a first come first serve dealership". He indicated that even if there wasn't an appt, the policy at Performance was not to do online transactions ("with no appointments on a vehicle we can make some exceptions and do a Docusign"). I was ready to purchase the car. I had made an offer that was accepted, arranged financing that was accepted and was ready to sign. 1-J* lied about his position. I told him that I was looking for a manager and specifically asked if he was a manager. He said that he was the Commercial sales manager. On the Performance Delaware website, he is listed as a sales associate. 2-J* lied about it being against company policy to accept outside financing. I emailed a sales manager who stated that out of state financing "should not be a problem". 3-After agreeing on a price and arranging financing, J*would not sell the truck to me indicating that online sales were only performed as "exceptions". 4-If there is indeed a policy that indicates that if there is an appointment, no other sales can proceed, I should have been informed of that at the very beginning. I spent the entire day, going back and forth with J*, filling out and releasing financial information to J*/Performance Delaware and to the credit union I was interested in. I acted in good faith but would never have done that if I knew that the sale was impossible. My credit rating has now been impacted unnecessarily. I emailed the CEO of Performance as well as the General Manager and Sales Manager at Performance Chrysler-Delaware. No response to provide an explanation or apology. This must be acceptable practice. Bought a vehicle here in October of 2025. I was told that the CarFax and the work that they've done would be included in my purchase package, but it wasn't in there when I got home. No big deal, I thought, I'll just have them send me a copy. No matter how many times I asked they just couldn't get it to me. Then around 2000 miles later I get a piston failure and am looking at an $1800 repair at the shop. Makes me think these guys were intentionally hiding it. To begin, I absolutely love my SUV I bought from here. However, this location doesn't perform thorough inspections on their vehicles before selling them. Before I left the lot with the vehicle, I noticed an odd sound coming from the vent. They advised me to take it to the dealership since it was "still under warranty." The dealership found a leaf in the vent - easy fix - and said it would normally be a $200+ charge for essentially wasting their time but they were kind enough to only charge me $50+. I reached out to the dealership to reimburse me - not because it's a lot of money, but for the sheer fact that they missed a leaf in the vent! Then I took it to get an oil change a few months later. After the oil change, the somehow got acorns caught in the vent system. I had to take it back, yet again, to get the acorns removed. Needless to say, as helpful as Tyler was at the service desk, they don't seem to have the most competent or helpful employees working here. I was also never reimbursed for the time wasted or money spent on the vent leaf - and they refuse to respond to my emails now. I am thankful for finding a car I love, but I will not be working with them again in the future. read more

I stopped in on Saturday afternoon for an appointment to look at a new gladiator. I had the appointment with Brad but ended up working with him and Ethan. Ethan was extremely helpful while Brad was helping some other customers. He was very personable and easy to talk to, didn't feel pressured in anyway. Ethan even had the insight to bump up to a rubicon trim for a better lease rate. I left with a new rubicon gladiator for cheaper than the Willy's trim I had originally intended on leasing. Look elsewhere to buy with a better service department!! The service, or rather the lack thereof, at this dealership is atrocious. If they tell you it will take 2 days, expect it to be 15-20 days. I feel like a fool because this is the second time I've experienced this. The first was for general maintenance, after which I swore I'd never return, until a recall forced me to take my truck back to the dealership. They've now had my vehicle for 10 days. I have to call for updates, only to be told they'll get to it "soon." They haven't even started on the recall yet, 10 days later, which is mind-blowing. It's extremely inconvenient; they've essentially taken my truck hostage and left me with a useless loaner vehicle that's completely impractical for my needs. I'm now facing the prospect of loading straw and animal feed into the back seat of their brand new vehicle if I they get my vehicle back to me in the next day or two. What will they do about it? Teresa Kirby is the Best ever!!!! I found my 2023 Ram Rebel Luner edition. On August 02 at 9:22 am I contacted Teresa to tell her they have a truck I wanted. Well, where to start? I bought my 2023 Ram Limited from this store. I was highly pleased with the purchase process with Bill Green. I had brought it in once for warranty work, so I didn't hesitate when I was experiencing some electrical issues. That's where things went off the rails. I dropped it off the night before my appointment. The next day I was contacted by my service advisor. He stated that the connectors from my aftermarket taillights got water in them and that he had to order a wiring harness, and a jumper and it wasn't warranty work. Well, I thought, oh well I must have messed up somehow. They reset the codes and installed, I thought, the 2 parts. Well, after paying almost $900 for the work with 2 hours labor and parts charges, the turn signals went in error again before I even left the parking lot. My service advisor witnessed them as well. I was told then they only did the right side and the left side still needed to be done, and that was causing the errors on all the turn signal errors. They even gave me the part numbers I would need when I got back to Lexington. I work at an automotive shop, so I approached my service manager about ordering the parts. Because they were special order, my shop foreman diagnosed the problem. I was told only the jumper had been replaced, and not the harness. I had paid for both. He also traced down the short to the wiring harness connector under the bed. It was wet with some corrosion. He notice the same on the drivers side. He cleaned all the connectors down the line from both taillights. And charged me 1 hour labor. He fixed it all. I sent all this info to my service advisor. He forwarded my email to the service managers, or that's what I was told. I wanted some sort of resolution, but nothing from the managers up to now. So, now here I am. Out $900 for work that did not fix the problem and 2 parts in which only one was installed. I feel as though the service department just took my money and just wanted me gone. I purchased a used Audi Q5 from here a couple of months ago. I noticed immediately that the car was burning through oil at an unusually rapid rate. Initially I just thought that it needed an oil change. I went to start the car the other day and the engine started smoking and smelled like an electrical fire. When I had it looked at, they said that there were some major issues that they were surprised a dealership did not know of or did not disclose. All of these things needed to be replaced: The starter. Spark plugs. Engine thermostat. Turbocharger. The latter is a $1,300 part in itself, not to mention labor. It was also the reason the oil was being burned through like propane. All in all it is going to cost me almost 4k plus towing and a rental car just 2 months after I purchased from this dealership. I'm not sure if it was just negligence or intentionally not disclosed, but they obviously denied any wrongdoing on their part and refused to assist in any of the cost. If you are looking to buy from here, I would suggest having someone you trust look at the vehicle before you purchase, or buy from somewhere else that actually inspects their vehicles before selling them. I'll not be going back here. I scheduled an appointment for my RAM 1500 to be serviced for 50K mile checkup which would include oil change, tire rotation. I also wanted them to address a recall and check a possible heating issue in the cab. My appointment was for Saturday morning at 10am. I left the truck with them on Friday evening. I heard nothing all day. At 4pm I called to ask for a status. I was unable to get to the service department and so had to go through sales. Service called me back close to their 5pm closing time and told me that they have been working on heating issue but needs more time. Can they have the truck until Monday or Tuesday. I stated that I need the car on Monday and so I would be picking it up. The manager stated he would have to determine what was done to understand the fee. (Mind you, no call all day to let me know of estimate). Manager calls me back and states that essentially nothing was done on the car all day. I drive over to the dealership to pick up my truck and go inside to ask where it's parked. I saw the salesman who sold me the truck, I stated to him what happened (loud enough so the other employees at the sales desk could hear). They avoided me like I had COVID. The salesman apologized and said this should not have happened. He stated that he would talk to the service manager on Monday to see what happened and would call me. When I found my truck, it was very clear to me that it never left the parking spot since Friday evening. The seat was not adjusted (as it always was), no paper mat on the floor and the cab was ice cold which would not be the case if it was in the bay all day as it should have been. To wrap a bow on this, my salesman never called me back to explain, nor did the dealership offer an apology or any kind of remediation for the inconvenience. They went silent! Where can I start. First off, I have to recognize Jon Barnett and Kurt Keyser for their hard work. Initially I researched quite a bit on the forums for an appropriate dealer to order my truck. I found Kurt's thread on the forum and reviewed how they operated the order process thru Ram. Long story short, my truck was ordered thru Jon with ease. Jon was patient and explained everything in terms of the ordering process. Let's just say, I was very eager to get ahold of my new truck I just ordered. Jon and Kurt both updated me throughout the build process when there were updates! They were both quite speedy with their replies whether it be email, texts, or calls. The transaction process was seamless, keep in mind I am 2300 miles away from the dealership. Lots of trust was inserted here. Jon arranged the shuttle from airport to their dealership prior to my arrival. From there on, the truck had been PDI'd cleaned and ready for me to take delivery! Paperwork portion, all the tech items and features were explained by Jon. Kurt on the finance side did everything quick, fast, and super efficient. Jon and Kurt are fine examples of exemplary customer purchase/service oriented experience. They did not waste my time by fluffing things up, or rather did not make it difficult for me to spend my money. My wife went to Chrysler Performance in Delaware Ohio for an oil change and tire rotation. Upon leaving Chrysler her tire fell off. Seems one of the mechanics forgot to put the lug nuts on her tire. This caused damage to the fender and the front rotor. My wife was given a loaner car by Chrysler. My wife could have died because of Chrysler's negligence. At first I thought I finally found a trustworthy dealership I can return to. However, it's been a real struggle to stay happy due to their lack of communication and followthrough. I'm changing my review from 5 stars to 3 stars based on experience with the dealership post purchase. The biggest issue I've had, is they NEVER CALL YOU BACK. I've left several voicemails with different people. I've left notes with people to call me back. Everyone is always busy. I've only been able to see people a few times by driving 40 minutes to the dealership to talk to them. I call every couple days to talk to someone to no avail. I purchased the extended warranty at time of purchase. 30 days later, I requested a cancel. They said they would send me an email with all the details a few days later. They never emailed or called. After the first two weeks I went there and they said they couldn't cancel it until it was fully registered then they'd send the checks to the bank and that they'd let me know when that happens. They never called. I finally talked to a new person and they said they'd have someone else call me 3 days later. They never called. I've called every couple days for the past 3 weeks to try to get ahold of someone to help or update me but always go to voice mail or I'm told they'll call me back. THEY NEVER CALL BACK. It's been almost 4 weeks since and they still haven't cancelled the anything or called me back. I'm leaving 3 stars because the initial sale was great and the service department has been helpful fixing several ongoing issues with the vehicle after purchase. I loved buying from them. For one, they have an awesome lobby with slushies, popcorn and a great kids room for families. They had the car ready for me to test drive when I arrived. The whole process of buying was super smooth and quick. I loved leaving in a freshly washed new vehicle. I will buy from them again for sure. If you go, ask for Christine! Booked an appointment to have a part replaced on my vehicle and everyone was so nice. I wasn't sure how long the repairs would take so I requested a shuttle take me home for the time being. I was only home for about 30 minutes when a gentleman from the service department called to say my vehicle was ready. It was so fast and they wanted to let me know that the shuttle driver was on his way to pick me up. The entire service experience was great. The shuttle guy was awesome, sociable, and kind. The service guy who checked in my vehicle was also really nice and explained everything to me. I believe he was pretty new but did a great job. I will definitely return. Bought a vehicle a year ago that had a check engine light on. We were told it was not a problem but that the service department could not find the issue. The vehicle was back in the shop 2 months later for the same check engine issue and have been there 3 additional times since then. This last time they had it 2 months and we continued to not hear from them at all. We had to continue to ask for updated. We were given the vehicle back and told that it was fixed and had to tow it back 10 hours later because it was undriveable. Then we were told the issue it is now having they knew about but just did not fix it. The staff were very knowledgable of the vehicles and always give a helping hand. Had minor complications after purchasing because the auto detailer locked the keys in the car, so we had to come back the day after. Yes a very inconvenience since we live 30 minutes away, however, Brooks and Brian valued my time with respect and gave me the option to borrow a car until they got my keys unlocked. They even had the courtesy of making a separate remote key for the Jeep and that was very nice. As long as a company values a clients time instead of not caring then they are great in my books. Recently purchased a used vehicle to which the dealership stated they inspected and nothing was wrong. After asking if there anything I needed to be aware of to fix in the near future the dealer stated no, that the car was basically brand new and it had a warranty on it. I have had the car for 6 weeks and the dealership is telling me that my driving patterns are responsible for me needing new brakes and rotors to the tune of 1300.00. SIX WEEKS...COME ON. If anyone is looking to buy a Chrysler, DON'T! We leased a Pacifica and we have experienced issue over issue. It stinks that the biggest problem has to do with corporate, but unfortunately the dealership isn't doing much to help the situation. I loved this vehicle and was hoping to get a new one when this lease is over, have convinced two others to get this van and now I feel absolutely awful that I recommended this choice.
