Will charge $600 to replace then will check for the ballast issue. Went to another local auto shop, took the so called burnt bulb out and placed it on the passenger side headlight. And boom! Wasn't burnt or anything wrong at all!!!! FYI asked them to ^ swap sides to verify... they didn't want to do it. Because they knew it was not burnt. Hate dishonest tech. Also a week before they cancelled my appt to reschedule, after I took a day off work. Notice was less than a hour before driving up there.

That said, I do want to be fair--over time, not just based on one recent visit, I've noticed things improving. It's been easier to schedule, and interactions with staff have felt more respectful and organized. I still think there are some areas that could be better, especially when it comes to service recommendations, but I can see the effort being made. I've bought multiple cars from here, so this matters to me. The improvements definitely make me more open to continuing to do business with them.

That is no longer the case. Consistently, I have issues with workmanship and quality; I have issues with the advisors saying one thing on price or scope and then doing something totally different (and almost always far more expensive) instead and then getting verbally aggressive with me when I dispute it; I've even taken my issues up with their director who did listen to my concerns but apparently has not changed or improved anything given these issues continue. I've even mentioned my complaints to their staff and their response has been, verbatim "Well, if that's your decision as a customer if you don't want to use us", demonstrating a lack of care in the slightest that a long-time customer is willing to leave. Unfortunately, due to these circumstances, a long-time customer that is willing to spend significantly when appropriate and done in an honorable and trustworthy way will no longer be using this dealership or any affiliated with them. I advise anyone coming here for service to ensure you get every single thing they say in writing before you proceed and expect that even if you do, they may still go against that agreement and then get combative and disrespectful with you when you dispute it.

While my truck was in the shop, they told me my transmission lines were leaking and quoted me $1453 to fix. I KNOW they weren't leaking because I park on cement every day and would see it. I decided to tow the truck out of there. My regular garage said THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THEM. NOTHING. GM should cancel this dealership. What they did is FRAUD. They donated great job not just on the gas vehicles but they really know their EVs too, and they have chargers in the parking lot via blink. Today I had my 30k mile service and I can sum it up by saying in the waiting room I had a nice chat with a Lady from W. Va, she wasn't on a trip or visiting, she drives 150 miles one way to have Nissan North service her car and has been doing it for years! That lady drives 300 miles round trip because Nissan North service is that good.

They asked me how many miles were on the car I told them 254,000. They said oh no that car is 31 years old and has too many miles, we won't even look at it or work on it, sorry. This is sad that a shop only wants to work on new cars and only wants to do the easy Jobs. I don't recommend this shop unless you have a 2025 or newer. How sad.
