I have decidedly mixed feelings about this place, leaning towards negative. We got the car we wanted here, and like it as a car (the design, etc.,) but it had lots of problems, some of which they were shady about, and I can't recommend them. They get mixed reviews on Yelp, good ones elsewhere online, and a good rating from the BBB, so we thought they were decent. The lesson? You can usually trust Yelp, and your gut. When you buy a used car, it's going to have some issues, and we were ready for that. We were not ready for serious issues that they missed on their checks, or didn't tell us about. Some of the problems they wouldn't have known about, some they should have caught, some stuff they knew and didn't tell us, and some they tried to hide from us. You can't make a good decision, and can't negotiate effectively, if you don't know what you're getting. They did bring the car back and fix the major, missed issues, at cost, but I still feel like the ripped us off. They were a little pushy as salesmen (the old "what would it take to get you to buy today?") They want us to bring the car back for them to work on more, but we don't trust them, either in their ability to do the work correctly or their honesty in what's wrong with it. We trusted them, and were let down. When you're buying a used car, never trust the seller (individual or dealer.) Or rather, trust but verify. Take it to a mechanic for an inspection. Firestone does them for $10, I think. Take it out for a good test drive, and try out everything- move seats, brake hard, test all the lights, etc. And frankly, if you feel rushed or at all suspicious, leave. After spending $8800.00 On a car for my son I was told by the salesman that the spare key was "in the safe" and he couldn't open it today but would send it to us the following week. Well, guess what, no key and now I have to spend $140+ for a copy. He never had the key, He lied. After speaking with the Manager he told me too bad, He also lied when I pointed out the A/C wasn't working. He said that it was too cold outside. Wrong, the A/C was not working and it cost me over $150.00 to fix. These Guys are your typical "Used car salesmen" These positive reviews must be friends of theirs because if they were dishonest to me then they have been dishonest in the past. STAY AWAY !!! We just bought a explorer here on February 15, 2020. I have got to say that I love the fact that they are not pushy, they don't try to get you to add on to your loan anything that you do not need. We had Bill as our salesman and he was terrific. He was absolutely easy to talk to and had a wonderful personality. I would recommend anyone to buy a car here. I found a car on Craiglists that was listed by them, it looked like it was from private person, not a car lot, i called the number listed the sales guy(Mike) was suppose to meet me twice, on the 2nd no call/no show, I called the number listed and they said the car sold...but its back on Craiglist for a even lower price.. read more

Do not trust them. They hide behind being "Christian", but lie and take money that doesn't belong to them. Brandon told us that the $100 we put down in good faith to hold a Jeep we were interested in would be 100% refundable if things didn't work out. We did not like the payment amount of the loan, so we declined. They have not refunded the $100 to our card, and whenever we call we are put through to voicemail. We WILL be contacting Attorney General Mike Dewine's office. Go elsewhere. read more

Hands down, the best mechanic shop in Central Ohio. Not only are they incredibly honest, but they are incredibly cheap. I was looking at upwards of 3-4,000 dollars for one repair on my vehicle. After describing my problem over the phone and the quoted cost, they chuckled and assured me they could do it for much less. After reviewing the problem, they offered to fix it for just a few hundred dollars. I was so happy, I asked if they could give my 10 year old car a good look-over to see what else they could fix to keep my car running for a few more years. After spending about $1,500 total for what was certain to cost $6-7,000 anywhere else, my car is running like it is brand new again. If you want to save thousands of dollars, give them a call at the very least. You won't regret it. read more
