I was unsure of leaving Chevrolet at first since my families been Chevy for decades going to same salesmen But David made this extremely easy and enjoyable. He got me exactly what I wanted a brand new Mazda 3 Sedan with the exact Color Combo I wanted, added on the add ons I wanted no extra dealer add ons, he played no games with me I told him what I wanted for negotiations and he was able to meet all expectations and points of our deal, especially with price for my trade in and my OTD price. All that aside he's been calling and texting me to keep in the loop at all intervals, even with my painstaking requests. I would 100% stop in to see David if I were to bring my new car here but I live in Michigan, but if I do make the trip to Columbus I will most likely stop by to see him, cannot recommend him enough. When I goto buy another Mazda it will be 100% with David Fratianne. The part that brings my experience down a little bit is the finance, document, and paperwork part. We had to restart the singing process over Three separate times due to clinical errors and prices changing on the finalized paperwork that wasn't what I had agreed to, and the long waits to get documents sent over that I needed to sign for the deal to move forward I'm still waiting to sign the trade in paperwork a week later. Thankfully Jason in the Finance department was willing to personally go over the documents to ensure everything was correct before sending them back to me for the final time. Jason himself when finalizing the deal initially was super easy to work with, super informative about the warranties and optional plans. He explained all my options and didn't try to pressure or push things on me that I didn't want simply explained it and left the deduction up to me. I ended up going with the Mazda Maintenance plan for oil changes, and tire rotation. All in all, I am so excited for my 2026 Mazda3 Sedan Preferred, in Platinum Quartz Metallic, with Greige interior leatherette. I'm excited about the future of working with Dave on future deals, cannot shoutout him enough. I hope for next time the document process can over more smoothly and I can give this dealership a better review. My car should be delivered to me sometime next week and I absolutely cannot wait. I spent several days helping him research a used Honda,without a zillion miles on it that came from a well established reputable dealer. As an aside, there are quite a few search engines but if you find one that seems too good to be true, do a streetview of the dealer address. You might find an iffy looking, fly by night place and a bad carfax with a salvage title. Pay a little more and opt for a dealership. My son saw a car he liked at Germain Honda but he moved too slow. But there were 2 potentials here at Germain Mazda, and several more at Honda Marysville if Germain didnt work out. I met my son at the dealership and met with Alec who had our two choices ready for their test drive. He was personable and did not try to upsell us. Both cars were nice but the newer one clearly stood out. It was clean, loaded with stuff that were in my son's wish list and it had lower mileage. Description and pictures were accurate. Yes it had a tiny scratch that was repainted that you could barely see but I was looking for that. We had arrived before the dealership opened and all of their used cars were sparkling and ready for their new owner, we just wanted a Honda but we looked around just to kill time. Everything on the lot was clearly labeled. Buying the car took some time, not unreasonable, and we were offered tea, coffee and water. There were some strange questions related to financing that apparently Huntington Bank wanted answers like do you plan to transport a pet. Any kids riding in the car? We once again purchased the gap insurance. It is a really pretty car. I'm jealous. And Germain has been around FOREVER. And they filled up the tank. Highly recommend Germain Mazda for new or used cars and especially Alex and his team.

I found a vehicle on a website that happened to be at Germain Volkswagen. This dealer was over 6…read morehours from my home so I was anxious about purchasing. The sales associate, Nick, gave me a tour of the vehicle by FaceTiming me and test driving it. He pointed out any marks; however the vehicle was virtually spotless. The price was lower than any others I had researched across the country, looking as far south as Texas and as far west as California. Nick was reliable and helpful. He even drove an hour in the pouring rain to pick me up when I did find a ride to Ohio! He told me his philosophy was to be a good human and not scam anyone in hopes that his customers would return for many years. This kid is truly nailing that. They managed to get within 200$ of my price and although I truly despise buying a vehicle and the way I am usually treated as a woman, I can say this was a pleasant experience. The financial manager, Colton, who worked with me to sign the papers was professional and fun to talk to while we worked. Ask him about his dogs! I highly recommend Nick if you are searching for a vehicle. It felt good to not have to argue about purchasing a vehicle. This was the first time I left a dealership with a smile on my face and it was worth the long drive.

Getting the paperwork completed was generally easy and the sales person Clifton Jordan was very helpful. The manager Travis Rausch and finance group were also very helpful in getting all the paper work to me because I live in Indiana and Germain is in Columbus Ohio. This type of purchase involves moving the title between both the Ohio and Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles and to the bank where the loan is held. By the way, getting the loan through Germain was very quick and at a great rate. The Germain people communicated via overnight mail, phone calls, emails, and text messages and this also made the purchase easy. So, the purchase of a new vehicle was a pleasant experience and I recommend Germain and their staff if you are purchasing a vehicle. THANK YOU GERMAIN!

Also, service was excellent. However, they would not budge very much on the price at all. Granted comparable make and models in the same conditions with similar millage were anywhere from 2 to 8 grand more. Regardless the head manager was a bit rude when I tried to haggle. Nevertheless it's a solid dealership I feel I can trust and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.
