The manager Travis Rausch and finance group were also very helpful in getting all the paper work to me because I live in Indiana and Germain is in Columbus Ohio. This type of purchase involves moving the title between both the Ohio and Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles and to the bank where the loan is held. By the way, getting the loan through Germain was very quick and at a great rate. The Germain people communicated via overnight mail, phone calls, emails, and text messages and this also made the purchase easy. Also, service was excellent. However, they would not budge very much on the price at all.
