The guy that says he owns it is Toan but calls himself Tim. His brother Vu actually owns it. Him and his girlfriend talked crap about us the whole time. And fought and argued with each other. She was telling him that he stinks and smokes and drinks too much is why she does not sleep in the same bed with him. And reminded him he got a DUI in 2020 too. She told him she was looking for a new boyfriend and sending him messages. Her new boyfriend even sent her flowers while we were there and they started fighting and yelling in front of customers about it. The service was horrible. They were calling us names in Vietnamese the whole time. Got a toe infection after too. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

I got them done June 11th and it is the 24th and two of them are peeling off and two have already completely fallen off. Needless to say I'm disappointed because it was over $100 for a pedicure gel, and my acrylic nails. I didn't even get or massage so I don't know if you have to ask for that separately anymore. Maybe I'm out of the game when it comes to nail prices but I would expect quality if I spent over $100. It's always a relaxing environment when I go. I rarely have time for self-care, so this is another reason why I'm disappointed.

Christina was super great doing my pedicure. I kept apologizing because I don't ever get my nails done and she was so sweet and made me comfortable. I also had an ingrown toenail on my big toe that was causing me some pain from where I dug at it and had weird growth. She explained she could help me make it feel better and start growing normally again. She did just that without causing any extra pain and she made the entire pedicure process enjoyable!!! I made my appointment through Facebook and due to being out of the loop I just said a manicure. Not dip or gel. I wanted dip but didn't know I had to specify. Turns out I needed to. John, the owner, came up to me and explained that there's only 2 techs out of the 3 that can do dip while Christina can do gel and regular polish. He was very stern with me about explaining that to them because they are so short staffed which took me aback a little, but I also understand it was my fault for not specifying. Other than that little hiccup, they took great care of me. And I'm very happy and will be returning! If anyone is wondering about prices it's like normal manicure/pedicure cost. I got a gel pedicure and the dip nails and it cost me $100 even.

Today, I went for a pedicure and came out with nail damage and left with old gel polish still stuck in my nails . The nail tech took off most of the polish and while she was grinding off the polish, she actually ground into my toenail. Stung like a bee. I jerked my foot back and she smiled and said sorry. Right then and there, I should have left the chair. Instead, I said, "no color, please" because I thought if I added gel or polish over top, it would cover up the damage and cause more problems. We continued with the service and it was awful. I take good care of my feet. I just started getting gel manicures a month ago. Now, my toenails and skin around them look drier than ever, they are all different lengths, and there is still gel polish left on them. On the big toe, there are two long pink spots where the nail is damaged. It will take me MONTHS to grow it out. I have to look for ways to protect this nail while it grows out. I paid and left because I was distraught and did not know how to handle the situation. I won't go back.

The wait is worth it to me to have good, quality service. They have tons of nail stations and pedicure chairs. It's a pretty huge salon. The girls at check-in are very nice and organized. Once you make an appointment, your name stays in their system. Like I said, it's had almost been two years since I've been to Andy's and they still had my phone number in the system. They send you a reminder text a few days before. And they called me on the day of to remind me again. I usually get an add-on like a scrub or wax with my pedicure. I have never paid that much for nails, and I will never go back because of that and because of the fact that I have had these nails on for one week and they are already falling off.
