After reading several reviews I decided to check out Perfect Nails. I went in for a pedicure and walked right in. Tina was the lovely gal who handled my toes. She did a great job. She was super friendly and we talked the entire time. She asked my name and took a genuine interest. They have TONS of colors to choose from and it was very clean. The pedicure was very responsibly priced. For $23 I got a pedicure, hot stone massage, paraffin wax and a leg massage---not bad all. After going to a few other places in the South Bay I think I have found my new regular salon to visit. They do not accept cards--just check or cash so come prepared. Ask for Tina--she is a gem!!! read more

After reading all of the amazing yelp reviews I called to make an appointment and I'm so glad I did! I was seen right on time even though they were packed. This place is so chic and clean inside! I actually saw them sanitizing their tools after EACH use.( as a germophobe this won me over alone) I'm definitely coming back and telling all my friends! read more

I've been coming here since I received a gift certficate at my wedding shower 14 years ago. I love my nails and frequently get compliments (even my dentist & a tec at the blood bank - and they were GUYS). Christina does my nails and has all these years. I love this place. Diane K read more

This nail salon is a true find! I have been a patron at many places over the years and this is by far the best. I have had 3 different gals do gel manicures for me at Perfect 1. All of them were meticulous and the nails lasted 3+ weeks! Spa pedicures are wonderful too. The location is in a not-so-updated strip mall. But don't be deceived. The place is clean, friendly, and affordable! I have gone here for 6 months now and have not been disappointed once. read more

Sitting here yelping as I write this. My favorite place normally but today I got Kathy who isn't that into her job. I'm so disappointed. Always ask for Linda or Tina if you want a real massage with your pedicure. I asked Kathy to apply at least some pressure 3 times,no love. I could have smeared lotion on my legs on my own. What a big disappointment! read more

This will be my go to nail salon from now on!!! Kathy was so nice and gentle she took her time and took care of me I enjoyed it so much I didn't want to leave! read more

I went to see Tiffany based on reviews and referrals from "The Yelpers". I previously went to see Christine during Christmas 2006. However, I stopped getting my nails done, because a nail tech told me that I was ruining my nails and that they didn't need to be done. Well, I recently picked up the "habbit" again and went and saw Tiffany. I have to say that I was impressed by her knowledge and skill at her hand. I don't ever know why I decided to stop coming to this nail place. Oh, I know why! Maybe it's because it's too far from me. Why 4 stars instead of 5? Because I had an appointment at 10:00 am and she was not availiable until 10:15. It always seems as if they never see me on time. If you ever want to get a french set, see Christine. She rocks! She is soo awesome at what she does which is the french set. She is who I saw before Tiffany. read more

It's a pain in the rear to find parking at this place! Not to mention they are always behind schedule. I have waited 20-25 mins past my appointment time. I have made two appointments and both were with My and I was kept waiting, I finally walked out the second time. All they could say was sorry... I asked if someone else could help me but Lynn said no one was available. Not to mention I saw two girls just sitting there chit chatting. I will never ever go back to this place even though its walking distance from my house. Rude inconsiderate place of business. read more

This time was no paraffin and my toenails looked messy and were smudged before I even left! Maybe they are having an off day, but it would have been nice if they would have sprayed my toe nails with the drying stuff, like I had asked for. It was $$ too. read more

There is no way I am coming back to this place. I have no idea of the girls name that did my mani-pedi, but first-I got infection on my left toe there! First time ever!!! I was desperate cos I had a vacation coming, had to use ton of antibiotics to fight it, still was in pain for 3 days ((( means no hills, no closed shoes, no hiking... sad! Second when I asked her if she can do ombre nails she said oh yeah I can do them, I did them like hundred times before. And then she gets the polish and askes another lady to show her how to make them.... and does the sloppiest job ever. And she is doing it so slow, that I am getting late for my eyebrows threading appointment (((third she tells me the price like twice more than I expected and at the end I figure out they do not take cards!!! This is 21st century guys you can have freaking card readers on your iphones nowadays.... I had to run two blocks to the store to get cash back. ...what a mess (((( Seriously, there is no excuse for such customer service. read more

I have been coming to Perfect 1 Nails and Christina for over 14 years. I've had regular manicures for 35 years and Christina is by far the BEST. People actually stop me and comment on how great my nails look. I am in and out of the shop in 30 minutes and truly appreciate the fact that the shop opens early in the morning (8am). I've had spa pedicures by whomever is available and they are always excellent and very relaxing. The shop has been recently updated and looks terrific. Christina is committed to her clientèle and makes certain that the experience is great. I would never go anywhere else to get my nails done. read more

My mom and I just walked in here tonight asked if they could do a Pedi for her and full set for me, very accomodating they sat us down right away and started working. Very friendly and talented staff. I also decided to get my eyebrows waxed. Linda did the waxing and she is an absolute PRO! Years ago I got a small scar on the end of my eyebrow from my teenage years when I had a piercing it is very hard to hide, but this girl managed to give my brows a nice curve and hide it. I am so impressed and will definately be a regular customer. Prices are reasonable too. read more

My friend and I made appointments together for pedicures after a day at work- and it was wonderful! Lynn and Hannah did our nails, and made wonderful conversation with us during our appointment. We each had a "basic" pedicure, which included the massage chair and foot/calf massage with a nice exfoliating rub plus warm lotion, and then hot stones! I agree with the other reviews- this place is not like the others! And even though we were the last appointments for the evening, they made no attempt to rush us out the door at closing time; in fact they let us sit around chatting while our nails dried well past closing. This is a great nail salon! read more

Love this place! My favorite part is that they have so many colors to choose from for shellac manicure! This place is very clean and professional. I had an appointment and didn't have to wait at all. Only down side is that they only take cash. So remember to take cash with you. If not there is an ATM machine nearby in case you forget. read more

The price is right, but the experience is not that great. A strange and odd vibe happening in there. Well, at least the day I went. Walked in and saw a full row of broken-down and dirty spa/massage chairs. A young teen was hanging out with staff and brought along her unfriendly dog. The rest of the staff was weird as well, but again...the price was right. read more

I recently had a pedicure done here. I was a little hesitant to go back due to a horrible and pricy mani/pedi shellac experience in the past. However, due to the convenience of the location and the great reviews I decided to give it another shot. The staff are friendly and Tina took care and did a good job overall. I just wished that the scrub job lasted more than a few seconds as well as the hot stone massage portion of the pedicure. One tip is that place gets pretty busy. Making an early morning appointment on a random weekday, if possible, could have you avoiding what may be a long wait. An aside... the brownies that one of the staff members makes and brings for the customers to enjoy are a nice touch and really yummy!:) read more

Love this place! Christina is the best! I've been coming here for 7+ years! I can go 3 weeks if needed without getting a fill and they still look great. Cant say it enough I LOVE this place!!! read more

I was a loyal customer for about 2 years here, very happy with My for manicures/fills and Linda for pedicures but because of the scheduling issues with this place I simply had enough. Of all the times I have gone there they have never been on time you always have to wait at least 15 min to get your apt started. It seems as though the apts are booked back to back with no buffer in between so as you can imagine this creates a ripple effect on the rest of the day when delays occur. The last time I was there I arrived on time as usual and Lynn told me they were 30 min behind and asked if I could wait or come back another day, I did have an apt. I believe in customer service, which totally sucks here. They do great nails so if you have nothing else to do with your day but wait for Lynn to squeeze you into her schedule, this is the place for you. read more

I have been going to lots of nail salons for years, but I am happy to say I have found a salon that I have been going to for about 2 1/2 years now. I think it's hard to find a salon that people go to on a regular basis. Everyone is nice and are great nail technicians. Lynn the manager knows what I like to have done with my nails. Price is reasonable. They do walk ins, but the regular clients make appointments. I feel comfortable bringing my daughters there. I love how they remember Sofiella's name. I gave a 4 star because they are closed on Sunday read more

Got a color change on my toes for $5 and fingernails for $8 (they may have been more because they were a french manicure, toes were one color). The whole thing took 30 minutes. Can't beat that! read more

LOVED IT!! My friend and I just went here (literally, just got home) and we both agree its awesome. This was my first pedi ever and what a great experience. I called at 4:30pm for an appointment and they said 6pm would work (same day!) then I called back and asked if my friend could squeeze in too. They were so nice and very clean. The massage chairs were fun to play with while being pampered. Very affordable too, we will definitely be back!! read more

They did a great job, did not rush me and really took time to pamper. It was very relaxing, but bring CASH. They only take cash or check but have no signs saying so, and if you don't have it they will refer you to the ATM in seven eleven across the street. My nail corner already chipped a tiny bit when I was opening something, but that's probably my bad. read more

I've been getting mani-pedis here for over 3 years now twice a month. The entire staff here is friendly and professional and go above and beyond to make your time in the salon pleasant and comfortable. Whether it's helping you chose the perfect color or spending some extra time massaging your tired toes, I always walk out of Perfect 1 happy and with beautiful nails. Many thanks to Lynn and the entire staff. read more

If you love being ignored, this is the place for you! Stopped in this morning to ask about getting a pedicure and was asked if I could come back at 2:00 - sure, no problem. I get there at 2:00. And sit. Mind you, there are empty chairs and staff buzzing all over the place. At 2:10, they take a lady who came in after me and get her going. I shoot the main lady a questioning look, and am told that they are getting my water ready. I'm taken back to a chair and there I sit. For another 15 minutes soaking in water. Still lots of staff around. Nobody saying a word to me. No indication that anyone is ever going to come and give me a pedicure. So, I get up, put my shoes on and walk out. Plus, the two ladies in chairs on either side of me had really gross looking toenails. I think I got out just in time. read more

I went to this salon a week and a half ago for the first time. I figured I'd give it a try, based off the good things I've read about it on here, plus it's right by my house. The ladies were very nice and the salon was adorable. Those are the only reasons I'm giving it 2 stars. My lady (believe her name was Christine) took forever. I'm use to being in and out in about 45 minutes. Trust me, her taking a long time wasn't about attention to detail either. Luckily the prices were decent or I would have gone back and asked for a refund. Within a few days, all of my nails were lifting. I have a desk job, so I'm not rough on my nails and they aren't in water often either. Still, ALL of my nails shouldn't be lifting after a few days! I've gone weeks without a problem at my other salon. Needless to say, I won't be back. Should have trusted my gut and not left my awesome nail lady.. read more

Amy is fantastic! She's done my nails twice now and both times were absolutely perfect. Make sure to bring cash though! No signs anywhere suggesting cash only. read more

$23 for a sugar scrub, hot oil and hot stone massage. There was a bit of a wait even though we had an appointment. This was such a dreamy pedicure, so it was worth waiting around for. I would definitely go back! Don't forget to bring cash as they don't take credit cards here. read more

This place is pretty pricy, but go to LYNN (I think she's the owner) cuz she's REALLY GOOD. I am super duper uber picky and OCD about my nails. I'm one of those people who will over examine them till I annoy the crap outta my nail lady.. but Lynn really makes them perfect so I always leave really happy. However, she gets busy so make an appointment in advance. She's also really nice because I broke my nail the day after I got it done (stupid bowling ball, I learned my lesson), but anyways.. she told me to come in and she fixed it for me for free. I tipped her of course cuz it was my fault, but MY POINT IS! They're really good about customer service here and it looks like whatever on the outside, but this nail salon is actually REALLY CUTESY inside. Love it.. Ask for LYNN! read more

My new go to place for shellac manicures and pedicures. They are really very nice there and take great care of you.

These ladies are great! I happened to go in one day desperate for some r n r, and I haven't been anywhere else since! I always feel welcomed and if I have to wait its never that long even if they are busy. The 2nd or 3rd time I went there I only had time for a pedi and had to rush out but went back the next day for a mani and my nail tech noticed my nail polish was smudged on my toe do to ME not waiting long enough before rushing along so she re painted them for free. That is customer service! You get a leg scrub, paraffin wax and massage all for the same price as other places that only have the massage part. See you in 3 weeks! read more

Love this place! Lynn does my nails and is great at it .. she knows exactly what i like and what i dont like. She is awesome and this place is very clean. Linda is a great pedicurist as well. must try if you are in the Campbell area! read more

Really bad experience here. The ladies were rude and not professional. She cut my toenails so short that they started bleeding. The foot massage was more like just petting my feet. She cut my toenails all crooked, it looks so bad. My toenails are SO short it's hideous. I'm very very disappointed. read more

I love how they do your nails! Totally different to other places and they last long and don't lift! Amy and Mai are really good

So I just moved to Campbell 2 months ago and I have gone to 2 other nails shops in hopes of finding the perfect one, and the first two were horrible, however third time is a charm. I loved the way my nails came out (lynn did them) and my pedicure was awesome(tina did that) I was so happy with the outcome I am definitely going back in 3 weeks. They even stayed open 45 mins longer than closing time. I arrived thinking I was going to get rushed because of the time but I am happy to say tina did not rush me out that was a big plus. The hot stones felt so great. read more

Love this place! All of the ladies are very sweet and funny. I've had great pedicures, and always get gelish on my nails which lasts forever! I tell them I want my fake nails short and they listen! Perifin wax is free during winter months, total bonus. And when I want my toes to match my nails, they always come up with great matches and cute ideas. read more

PERFECT!! Lynn does the best gel/acrylic sets. I just moved to San Jose like 2 months ago and probably tried out 10 different places. This one is the best. Spacious, quiet, CLEAN, and they are super friendly. Reasonably priced and a bunch of colors to choose from, including gel colors. This is my new go to place! They do waxing too. Yay! read more

Been getting manis/pedis here for close to two years now. I get the gel manicure and regular pedicure. The pedicure comes with hot stone massage and paraffin wax during the winter months. Make sure you schedule an appointment before you go and bring cash! read more

I dont remember who it was but the nail tech was sanding my nail so much that it was burning and kept talking to her coworker. I did not like the shape of my nails and it was pricey for what i got. I only came here because I had a gift certificate. Maybe it was just the lady I went to but overall I'm not satisfied. read more

Such a lovely establishment. Looks a little dumpy on the outside, but go on in, and it's really cute. The pedicures are long and wonderful. I would have given one more star but the paint job wasn't exactly as I would have liked. (maybe it was the color I picked) Now, on to the manicure, I got the gel nail polish. So great! The girl spent a long time and it lasts 3 weeks. So, for a gel polish mani and a pedicure the total came out to $48. (thats bc you get a 10 percent discount by saying yelp) awesome! read more
