I went to see Tiffany based on reviews and referrals from "The Yelpers". I previously went to see Christine during Christmas 2006. However, I stopped getting my nails done, because a nail tech told me that I was ruining my nails and that they didn't need to be done. Well, I recently picked up the "habbit" again and went and saw Tiffany. I have to say that I was impressed by her knowledge and skill at her hand. I don't ever know why I decided to stop coming to this nail place. Oh, I know why! Maybe it's because it's too far from me. Why 4 stars instead of 5? There is no way I am coming back to this place. I have no idea of the girls name that did my mani-pedi, but first-I got infection on my left toe there! First time ever!!! I was desperate cos I had a vacation coming, had to use ton of antibiotics to fight it, still was in pain for 3 days ((( means no hills, no closed shoes, no hiking... sad! People actually stop me and comment on how great my nails look. I am in and out of the shop in 30 minutes and truly appreciate the fact that the shop opens early in the morning (8am). My mom and I just walked in here tonight asked if they could do a Pedi for her and full set for me, very accomodating they sat us down right away and started working. Very friendly and talented staff. I also decided to get my eyebrows waxed. Linda did the waxing and she is an absolute PRO! Years ago I got a small scar on the end of my eyebrow from my teenage years when I had a piercing it is very hard to hide, but this girl managed to give my brows a nice curve and hide it. My friend and I made appointments together for pedicures after a day at work- and it was wonderful! Lynn and Hannah did our nails, and made wonderful conversation with us during our appointment. We each had a "basic" pedicure, which included the massage chair and foot/calf massage with a nice exfoliating rub plus warm lotion, and then hot stones! I agree with the other reviews- this place is not like the others! And even though we were the last appointments for the evening, they made no attempt to rush us out the door at closing time; in fact they let us sit around chatting while our nails dried well past closing. I recently had a pedicure done here. I was a little hesitant to go back due to a horrible and pricy mani/pedi shellac experience in the past. However, due to the convenience of the location and the great reviews I decided to give it another shot. The staff are friendly and Tina took care and did a good job overall. I just wished that the scrub job lasted more than a few seconds as well as the hot stone massage portion of the pedicure. One tip is that place gets pretty busy. Making an early morning appointment on a random weekday, if possible, could have you avoiding what may be a long wait. An aside... the brownies that one of the staff members makes and brings for the customers to enjoy are a nice touch and really yummy!:) read more

I was a loyal customer for about 2 years here, very happy with My for manicures/fills and Linda for pedicures but because of the scheduling issues with this place I simply had enough. Of all the times I have gone there they have never been on time you always have to wait at least 15 min to get your apt started. It seems as though the apts are booked back to back with no buffer in between so as you can imagine this creates a ripple effect on the rest of the day when delays occur. The last time I was there I arrived on time as usual and Lynn told me they were 30 min behind and asked if I could wait or come back another day, I did have an apt. I believe in customer service, which totally sucks here. They do great nails so if you have nothing else to do with your day but wait for Lynn to squeeze you into her schedule, this is the place for you. read more

I think it's hard to find a salon that people go to on a regular basis. Everyone is nice and are great nail technicians. Lynn the manager knows what I like to have done with my nails. If you love being ignored, this is the place for you! Stopped in this morning to ask about getting a pedicure and was asked if I could come back at 2:00 - sure, no problem. I get there at 2:00. And sit. Mind you, there are empty chairs and staff buzzing all over the place. At 2:10, they take a lady who came in after me and get her going. I shoot the main lady a questioning look, and am told that they are getting my water ready. I'm taken back to a chair and there I sit. For another 15 minutes soaking in water. Still lots of staff around. Nobody saying a word to me. No indication that anyone is ever going to come and give me a pedicure. So, I get up, put my shoes on and walk out. I went to this salon a week and a half ago for the first time. I figured I'd give it a try, based off the good things I've read about it on here, plus it's right by my house. The ladies were very nice and the salon was adorable. Those are the only reasons I'm giving it 2 stars. My lady (believe her name was Christine) took forever. I'm use to being in and out in about 45 minutes. Trust me, her taking a long time wasn't about attention to detail either. Luckily the prices were decent or I would have gone back and asked for a refund. Within a few days, all of my nails were lifting. I have a desk job, so I'm not rough on my nails and they aren't in water often either. Still, ALL of my nails shouldn't be lifting after a few days! This place is pretty pricy, but go to LYNN (I think she's the owner) cuz she's REALLY GOOD. I am super duper uber picky and OCD about my nails. I'm one of those people who will over examine them till I annoy the crap outta my nail lady.. but Lynn really makes them perfect so I always leave really happy. However, she gets busy so make an appointment in advance. She's also really nice because I broke my nail the day after I got it done (stupid bowling ball, I learned my lesson), but anyways.. she told me to come in and she fixed it for me for free. These ladies are great! I happened to go in one day desperate for some r n r, and I haven't been anywhere else since! I always feel welcomed and if I have to wait its never that long even if they are busy. The 2nd or 3rd time I went there I only had time for a pedi and had to rush out but went back the next day for a mani and my nail tech noticed my nail polish was smudged on my toe do to ME not waiting long enough before rushing along so she re painted them for free. So I just moved to Campbell 2 months ago and I have gone to 2 other nails shops in hopes of finding the perfect one, and the first two were horrible, however third time is a charm. I loved the way my nails came out (lynn did them) and my pedicure was awesome(tina did that) I was so happy with the outcome I am definitely going back in 3 weeks. They even stayed open 45 mins longer than closing time. I arrived thinking I was going to get rushed because of the time but I am happy to say tina did not rush me out that was a big plus. Love this place! All of the ladies are very sweet and funny. I've had great pedicures, and always get gelish on my nails which lasts forever! I tell them I want my fake nails short and they listen! Such a lovely establishment. Looks a little dumpy on the outside, but go on in, and it's really cute. The pedicures are long and wonderful. Found this place when I didn't have time to go to my usual salon before vacation. From the outside it didn't look that great but as soon as you walk in it was great! Really clean and relaxing environment. I get the gelish, a pedicure and eyebrows waxed. The gelish always lasts me at least 3 weeks with minor chipping and the pedicures! The best for the price! Usual spa pedicure with hot stone massage and sugar scrub all included, not to mention the 20 minute leg massage too! Would recommend this place to everybody!!! read more
