HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Do not come here unless you want rude staff, inconsistent nail work, and zero accountability when mistakes are pointed out. I came in for a pedicure and was unable to properly see my toenails during much of the service because one technician was working on my feet while another was doing my fingernails. Between the UV light and the large pillow in my lap, I could not clearly see what was being done to my toenails. The technician cut the sides of multiple toenails without asking my preference and changed the shape of my nails from straight to rounded. As a result, nearly every toenail ended up a different shape, including a noticeably lopsided big toe. The polish was also not applied evenly near the cuticle area. What was most disappointing was the response when I brought up my concerns. Instead of apologizing or attempting to correct the issues, I was met with a rude and defensive attitude and told that I should have said something sooner. It's unreasonable to blame a customer for not noticing mistakes when they cannot clearly see the work being performed and the technician never checks in about nail shape or trimming preferences. A professional nail salon should communicate with clients, confirm preferences before making permanent changes, and handle concerns respectfully. Yesterday 1/26 the main maxing person was not there, so I went with the Second who said she can fit me in thankfully (I didn't make an appointment). Came here without an appointment and was not disappointed! Drove past this place and tried it out and was so glad I did! The salon itself is so clean and so beautifully decorated! All the pedicure machines are new and clean and all the stations are very well kept! This was one the best nail experiences I've ever had! These ladies were all so wonderful and so kind! I came a little past 6 and they closed at 7 but they stayed late Linh did such a great job of shaping my nails! I came here on a whim, had a bad experience at the last shop I went to, and decided to try something new, further from my house! The staff is friendly, answers phones quickly, the shop is clean and fairly priced, and it's in a great shopping center with lots of parking. I called on a Saturday morning to see if they could squeeze me in to an afternoon appointment around 3, they could and so I booked it. Once I arrived, they have an online check in system- store was clean and staff greeted me. All clients looked happy enjoying their services. I went for just a fill, and test the waters. Michelle worked on my set. She was again, friendly, and so great at allowing me to put fourth my vision of my nails to her. Her execution was beyond words. The set is perfect, has held up past two weeks now, and looks beautiful. She also added a nail to my broken nail and told me next time we'll replace it bc of the grow out. One visit the nail polish literally never dried: either she used the wrong kind or put it on too thick. The environment is not really spa like, but also not noisy and crowded like my previous place. Yikes.. hate to give the bad review but the guy who was doing my nails was awful. Didn't know the basic shape of coffin and wasn't the most friendly. All of my nails were uneven with the product and weirdly shaped.. I had to ask him to stop as I didn't want to waste both of our times.. the owner Michelle was nice and felt really bad and wanted me to come back later for her to do them. I'm really sad to do this, but I'm disgusted from what I've uncovered after suspecting that I was being talked about. I put on the translator on my phone and saw her saying racial things about me and talking about the hair on my legs. And they were doing monkey sounds newsflash, ladies and gents. You're not supposed to shave your legs before a pedicure because it will open the pores and you will get an infection easier I digress. what really cut the tie for me was I ended up with a horrific nail fungus that I had to get antibiotics to get rid of it... don't be fooled by the image they put out this place is dirty. First things first read all the reviews & Sorry for the long review but I am trying to spare you disappointment and a waste of your time. I decided to give this place a try because I rather judge for myself. Had an appointment, walked in two girls sitting on the chairs where they do pedicures they were on their phone. No big deal it's dead, except for two older women getting manicures. No one had acknowledged i had walked in & I was standing there; I mean NO ONE. So I said hello & eventually one of the workers working on a client looks up says how can I help you? I said appointment 430, she confirms with the services I had booked for. Tells me pick a color I tell her I will not do a refill only a pedicure and removal of nails . So she says something to another worker; no one moves a muscle so I stand there for couple minutes then I decide to have a seat. I sit there on my phone, eventually one of the "sitting girls" gets up annoyed , gets a pedicure station ready and goes back to sit down. Eventually lady doing a mani tells me go have a seat; I take my shoes off and put my feet in the water. Not once do they explain what I am waiting for? They just leave me there for 5 mins then eventually the mani lady tells one of the "sitting girls" I guess to get me a water Lol. I guess this whole time I was waiting for the lady Lynn or Lin to come do my pedicure. When Lynn or Lin is done doing a manicure, she starts to grab all her supplies wheels them towards me. She starts working on my feet when I finally say; "do you guys have a sample of all the nail colors? She says oh yes , goes and gets them and then continues with her work. Eventually I ask half way, does this place have a list of the different services and prices? She says no just one available! A deluxe pedicure that includes it all. Plus additional for gel. She then goes and grabs the menu & Eventually another girl comes and removes my nails, I had two cuts one on each finger. one on my left hand one on my right. So I could not get anything done. In the end I must say, Lynn or Lin was a nice woman and tried. But I will not be going back to this place. The search continues and I can't understand why it's so hard to find a good damn place for pampering i'm so disappointed. Oh ya btw I can see why they offer 20% off services. My total bill was $52 that's with a 20% discount, this included $10 removal and the "deluxe pedicure". Good luck to this nail shop. read more

Lynn who did my pedicure was really nice and gave me a warm welcoming by offering coffee or water. She is a perfectionist when it comes to doing your toes. We had really nice conversations as well. I hate wasting my self care time getting subpar service. I requested gel pedicure and an acrylic set. I was pushed and persuaded by Vivian to keep my regular nails and just do a gel set so that I could keep my length and avoid damaging my nails. I hesitantly agreed because I really planned to do something different and get an acrylic set but maintaining my healthy nails sounded like a good idea. After our discussion a young nail tech came out to complete my gel manicure no acrylic or tips. She rushed through and cut my nails much far down than I agreed to missing the original idea as Vivian suggested all together. After I saw the length, I went switched back to my original request for Acrylics to which I was denied due to time. Ok fine, I said just give me a regular manicure, no gel. I thought I was making things simple? Wrong after cutting my nails down much farther than requested, the nail tech proceeded to do a sloppy paint job on my nails which were lumpy, painting over debris stuck inside the paint and attempting to cover spotty work. After complaining I needed them fixed, she disappeared and Vivian tried to add another coat to the top to fix the poor paint job. Unfortunately it was too late. Too many coats were applied causing poor end result along with a long drying time ( 2 hours even after being sprayed w nail dry sealant) and my nails are now messed up. It is now 9pm and my nails are still wet and lumpy. Linh did my pedicure with care and patience. She did not rush or do any sloppy work. She also suggested a design and took my direction well. Only downside she forgot the top coat on two of my accent nails and now it's not shining with the rest of my nails. I don't mind she said she had a 30 min commute back home and she did not once rush my service. Thanks!!! I'm happy with the kind service but not okay with the sloppy product especially on my manicure. I rode 2 hours on the bus for this work and I am trying to decide whether I want to waste anymore time coming back for repair. ‍ Request Linh or Vivian they seem like they know what they're doing. read more

I been coming to this nail salon for a few months now and it was my favorite nail salon. I even recommended all my friends and family to come to this place. I never had a issue with any of the girls at the salon until yesterday. They have a new girl who did my nails and it was terrible. I am very shy person so I tried not to say anything but it was very painful when she was cutting my cuticles. She was pulling my skin and at that point It was noticiable on my face she did not ask and kept going. I also told her to just file my nails and she cut them. Then one of the girls came to check her work and they needed to fix some nails. I was there for almost two hours. Today morning my fingers are swollen and they hurt.
