It truly is a left hand right hand issue. We have cancelled our service multiple times and they still send a bill to renew. I ended up paying them $100 even though they said in November that everything was fine NOT to pay. Just save yourself the hassle and do not sign up. Note to ones self....they are also $1.50 more per gallon versus Murphy Oil. Just think on a 250 tank fill that is $375 more. I rarely post negative reviews.....but this one had to be done.

The part was to be ordered and the "front office" would be in touch. The glaring issue I had was that I was never kept in the loop. I had to email for an update days later because I wasn't called. They stated via email the date the part should be there. When that date came and went, I had to file a complaint with my home warranty company to get an accurate date from him (that I heard because I was on the other line). When the dates he relayed to my company came and went with no update to me or them, I had to bail. The company tried to reach back out to him before reassigning and he never picked up nor responded back. He didn't have the common courtesy to let me know anything nor apologize for the constant slide in the dates. Instead, he just ghosted....never to be heard from again. I feel the entire interaction was very unprofessional. Not to mention, the price that was quoted was much more expensive than what I got the system replaced for by another company (by approx. $1500). The new contractor actually laughed at both estimates that were given to me by On Q Services to replace or repair. As a woman, I feel I was being taken advantage of. I do not recommend.

Logan's Mechanical misdiagnosed my 2022 furnace, claiming the gas valve was defective when the real issue was corroded gas burners. They quoted $500 for a valve that retails around $200, and a total of $1,500 for the replacement which is extremely expensive based on standard pricing. They also failed to check whether the unit was still under warranty. If I had approved the repair, the actual problem would have remained and I would have paid $1,500 for nothing. I tried to resolve this directly, but the supervisor said he would call "when he has time." It has now been about a week with no follow-up, only contact from assistants. I recommend getting a second opinion before approving any major repairs here.
