I have been here once with a large group of people and the staff was exceptionally accommodating and efficient. Not the best menu for picky eaters. One person from our party did have plastic in her food and everyone that ordered lamb chops (no matter how they asked for them to be cooked) said that they were tough. The parking is typical for venues in the city (valet or street and risk boots). The lighting is extremely dim throughout the entire restaurant so it's hard to take quality photos if that matters to you. Definitely not a place I would dine at frequently.

We had such a fun dinner at Pera Bistro for our Thursday night girls' night out! Our reservation for 4 was at 8:15 PM, and parking was super convenient--valet was right outside when we arrived, and it was $10 per car, which we could wait to pay for at the end of our reservation. Everything from the service to the atmosphere, and DJ made it the perfect casual and cozy girls night out! We kicked things off by sharing the Crispy Calamari, which came with marinara, tartar sauce, and a fresh lemon wedge--a great start to the night! For entrées, around the table we enjoyed: Char-grilled Wagyu Burger -- juicy and packed with flavor, topped with caramelized onions, aged cheddar, and roasted pepper aioli. Salmon Kebab -- a 20oz grilled fillet of salmon paired with fried Brussels sprouts, grilled asparagus, mashed potatoes, and a tasty lemon caper sauce. We also sampled a few cocktails: CAFE MIRAGE--An enchanting blend of rich espresso, Ketel One vodka, and velvety coffee liqueur crafted to awaken your senses. This luxurious martini balances bold flavors with a touch of sweetness, thus evoking the mystery of distant lands. Perfectly chilled and topped with a hint of creamy foam, it's the ideal indulgence to transport you to an oasis of flavor. EL DIABLO--Lalo Blanco Tequila, creme de cassis, lime juice, ginger beer and fresh mint I can't wait to come back to Pera Bistro!

Pera Bistro in Atlanta is a vibe. The energy and atmosphere is lit!. Food: the food, drink, and hookah is definitely on point . The pasta dishes are flavorful and the steak dish is well seasoned. The salmon meal with the mash potatoes was plenty. Service: the service with the waitress we had was top notch. She was knowledgeable on all the dish and made great recommendation which was on point. Ambiance: is upbeat with a live DJ playing all the latest songs. The energy and atmosphere with the dynamic of people adds to the energy. The hookah is on point and made perfectly. Pera Bistro gets a 4.9/5

Came for my girlfriend's birthday and it was so nice! The decor was cute and they have hookah but you can't smell it. I'm not a smoker and it did not bother me at all. The valet parking is fast and quick but does cost $10 be aware. Lychee martini- on point! The time to get your drinks did take a little bit of time but it was very busy so not a big deal. I ordered their burger. No joke hands down the best burger I've ever had. I can't explain it just order it. Keep dreaming about this burger since I had it two weeks ago. Over all great experience, music, and food!

The atmosphere is a certified date night spot. Special occasions, celebrations, etc. The tables are low like a Mediterranean style setting. There is a valet, a doorman and the vibe is very lounge like. They have hookah so be considerate of that. It is pricey, so be prepared to spend some money for a quality experience. Because it was my first time, I made an effort to try small plates and taste multiple different things so the next time I could try something different. The wagyu meatballs were good but if you know food, you know it is just a wagyu label. It is likely just a higher graded beef. However, the sauce was the star of the show. The truffle fries weren't very truffley lol. But I am big on truffle so I love the flavor in excess. If you like a more subtle flavor, then these are for you. Now to the drinks, the drinks were great. I love anything with ginger so I got the ginger bug. Not really like a mule, but it was sweeter and the ice bowl was dope. The flavor was great and it wasn't too sweet. The el Diablo was pretty mid. There wasn't much flavor depth, but not terrible. Wouldn't order it again if I'm looking for a drink with great flavor and a good liquor content. The service was very considerate. Our waitress was attentive and continuously checked on the table. Thank you. I can't wait to come back. Next time, I'll likely order mostly drinks and a small plate.

One of the BEST new restaurants in Atlanta! Food: exceptional Ambience: grown and sexy Services: exceptional This restaurant does live up to the hype. The food and service was just as great as the decor. When you arrive you can valet for a fee or park along the street for free. I had a reservation and went on a Tuesday evening around 7pm. It was a calm night with a good DJ. I was seated immediately when I arrived. Sadly, some other similar places still make you wait with a reservation. I ordered the salmon plate and it has such a generous portion for the price. I cleaned my plate because it was delicious. I also had the whiskey sour drink on the menu and it was phenomenal. Well crafted drinks and food. The owners/managers were very attentive and came over to ensure we were having the best experience possible. This restaurant is run with expertise and care - and it shows! I will be going here again.

I came here with a girlfriend to celebrate her birthday on Thursday night and we sat at the bar and 10/10. Emmanuel at the bar was super friendly and the portions are HUGE. Her and I split kabob and salad and it was delicious and super filling. The drinks were great, highly recommend the Cactus. I heard it does get crowded on the weekends but Thursday night was absolutely perfect, enough people but not crowded at all. I'll be returning for sure!

I'm no stranger to Pera & for good reason. The vibes are always amazing. It's spacious, nicely air conditioned, the food is top tier, and the hookah never fails. The drinks are hand crafted and the garnishes match. The serves are gorgeous and efficient. One of my favorite spots.

Arrived earlier in the day closer to their opening time and sat down. First impression : nice decor! Well decorated. Once we were sat down our waiter came over and gave recommendations with a tinge of up selling. I frowned upon that because it's like ..."read the room".. we are very particular. Anyway, we ordered food and hookah. The salad that comes with red onion, cucumbers, etc is HUGE for $12. It was cool. But I think I would e devoured it alone if it had more acidity like a pasta salad minus the noodles . The hookah was supposed to be soooo good and it was "meh" even after I told the waiter what I usually get . I came here bc I wanted to compare it to the other restaurants in town that have similar menus ,price and hookah. To be frank, the food and hookah was better at the other locations AND they don't charge to park in a small parking lot... it's free. The other spots were Pizooki Lounge and Moustache Lounge. Anyway posting pics for your enjoyment.

Food was 10/10! I got the pesto chicken pasta and it was very flavorful. You definitely got you money worth with the drinks. Service was good, our sever had a party of 10. Valet have you 2 options for parking; either $20 to stay on the lot or $10 to park off the lot. The DJ played a good selection of music as well. It wasn't too bright or too dim as far as the ambiance goes. I would definitely go back.

This is a persian restaurant in the heart of Atlanta, went there for a celebration had the whole Branzino with Jumbo Prawns, the meat is Halal the resturant is very elegant and has a upscale vibe along with hooka lounge, the service is impressive and take care of all your needs. The servers were attentive to your needs

Very nice ambiance, we had reservations for a friend's birthday at 8pm on a Saturday, we were seated fairly quickly. There was fair amount of people but it wasn't overly crowded at the time, but it did start to pick up closer to when we were getting ready to leave. Overall the food was pretty good, although of few of our friends received the pesto pasta with no pesto, my seafood pasta was good, plenty of sauce. They have some cool looking hookahs if that's your thing. The waitresses were also very attentive and friendly. They offer valet parking and there is also parking across the street.

Intro *Full…read moreDisclosure* We only came to this place for hookah and drinks. After grabbing food and drinks nearby, a few friends and I were looking for a place to keep the party going. Enter #HouseOfHookah Ambiance/Vibe The vibe gives very much "club"/"lounge." If you're looking for a spot with a semi-after hours feel, that's dark with low cool/warm lights (blues, reds, etc.), and chill, you've found yourself in the right place. And, as the name suggests, there is hookah - no shortage of it. I don't, however, recall the cost or options, etc, but I think it was fairly extensive. The music was good, from what I recall. 4/5 Service Service was... fine. Nothing outstanding. Just ok. However, it was a hassle just getting in with the different unknown, unposted rules. Unfortunately, I don't recall the specifics, but I just remember it being more complicated/involved than it should be for this establishment. 3/5 Food We didn't order food, nor do I recall even seeing that there was food available, but according to their Google, there are at least light bites available. N/A Drinks This place does NOT sell nor serve alcohol. You, however, are allowed to bring your own liquor in, but there are some rule(s) surrounding it, soi suggest you swing by and get the full specifics before you show up with your liquor. This played into the issue with service. It felt like the rules were being divulged one at a time. Almost like "here is rule 1", then you do whatever it takes to comply, and then it's like, "Oh, but you can't do that because of rule 2, which is..." It just felt overly complicated and unnecessarily, so, again, for a spot that just serves hookah... N/A Final Verdict 3/5 would not recommend. NOT Lord Wellington Approved. I would only recommend going to this place if you fall into 1 of 2 categories: 1) you are either not a drinker or not drinking at the moment or, 2) you're a college student and shouldn't be drinking. While you can bring your own liquor, you had to buy cups, mixers, ice, etc. It's just a hassle if you're looking to wind down your night with a cocktail and a little hookah, having to go through extra steps (particularly at the time considering you would likely be coming after midnight). Not my cup of tea, so I'd personally never return unless things changed.

We hadn't even had a chance to look at a menu. He was terribly rude. We all planned to order hookahs, but were not even given a chance too before they assumed we wouldn't. The attitude of the employee angered us and half of our group left. The rest of us ordered the required amount of hookahs. It gets worse. The last hookah we ordered never came out. We had to wait over 30 minutes for it because they forgot about it. We had to ask about it three times. So they rushed us and then forgot a hookah. We have been to HofH several times and never had an issue. We do not plan to return with this type of service allowed. The ladies restroom was clogged and was out of order the entire time we were there. Also, the music was going in and out the entire time as they are in need of a sound system. I hope they make some changes or they will continue to lose customers.

For a Friday night, there weren't as many people inside as I was expecting so the reservation I made wasn't needed this time. We were sat immediately! One thing I noticed was, when I walked in there was no security but by the time my friend came about 8-10 minutes later there was a security guard checking IDs and bags. I'm assuming they start this service after a certain point in the evening. Inside, the ambiance was dimly lit and had your typical restaurant/lounge decor and music. I enjoyed the bright colors and think it will look great for brunch due to their patio area allowing natural sunlight in. The only thing I didn't like was the FLOOR WAS VERY SLIPPERY. Like hazardous, greasy slippery. They do have a carpet you can walk on but the bare floor parts almost took me out every time. Drinks: I had the (1201?) margarita and my friend had the lychee martini. We both really enjoyed our drinks. Dinner: I had the honey glazed lamb chops which were actually delicious and cooked to perfection. The crispy Brussels and mashed potatoes were also very flavorful. Everything tasted really good! My friend had the Rasta pasta and she said she enjoyed it as well. I found pricing to be fair as well. They have 50% your tab hookah drinks food a straight 50% off. Me and my homegirl met for drinks and chit chat. **This would be my second time here ( came for my birthday gathering but I was drunk so I didn't leave a full review since it's not that accurate)** During the visit, our soccer was very nice. We sat on the outside patio. We had a couple rounds of drinks and Hookah on Friday. They have a free lemon drop shot. The shot didn't taste like the drink so I personally didn't like it. But I enjoyed the lemon drops that I paid for. Initially, I wanted to espresso martini, but they were short the ingredients at the bar so I was not able to indulge. Our server asked if we would prefer double shots and what type of liquor. And here's where the story goes wrong.- I did accept the double shot unknowing that the double shot was the same price of another drink plus a five dollar up charge for using termana. My drink was $12 but ended up being an extra 17 because of the double shy in this amount of making each drink almost $30. This was deterring because we were not advised upfront. We did not find out until we got our check so if you come be aware of the day do itemize every single thing we got extra bread with our muscles. We paid an extra four dollars for bread. We asked for water I believe the water was four dollars. The only thing we weren't charge for was the extra coal for the hookah. Again, the ambience wasn't mad. The service wasn't bad. Just be aware that they will nickel and dime ask 100,000 questions. I could've had two drinks for the price of one drink once they added all the extra add-ons..... and I went for the special so I probably could've got four drinks for the price of one drink had I been advised of the up charges. Other than that as a typical Atlanta spot, you are going to pay $20 to vallet. The music was pretty good. It was a good mix, but it's nothing to write home about. The vibe was very chilled just amongst the restaurant so they should've considered doing like a 90s vibe on Fridays it's real relaxed. I would definitely go back, but I would go back knowing not to get extra anything take it as the base price if you go for the 50% off weekend specials . It's the only way you're special. Will feel like you're actually getting something out of it.

Thank God we came before they started charging for parking, because $50 to park in an 8‑spot lot at what is basically a hole‑in‑the‑wall is insane. Are y'all well? And I still don't know what vibe they're going for. The decor is all over the place... and then they have hookah. Hookah. HUH?!! The smell of hookah hit us the second we walked in, so we chose the patio. I loved the natural light, but the space itself was giving run‑down. The seat cushions looked like they'd been stepped on, dragged, and stepped on again. Now, the service -- I'll give credit where it's due. Our server was great. Attentive, friendly, on point. And the music was a vibe! If you come, come for the vibes and the vibes ONLY! The drinks? Meh. Not terrible, but definitely not memorable. I wasn't expecting much, and they met that expectation. The menu isn't huge, but a few things sounded promising. I ordered the Chef's Crab Soup, and honestly, it reminded me of stew beef or pot roast... but with crab. Weird description, I know, but it actually worked. It was chilly outside, so it hit the spot. We also tried the Grilled Oysters, decent flavor, but way too much breading. Then came the Shrimp Basket, which was... there. The shrimp had no seasoning, the fries had no seasoning, and the chipotle sauce tasted like absolutely nothing. The Seafood Fettuccine Pasta? NASTY. Whatever that sauce was should be illegal. Just no. I sent it back and swapped it for the Salmon Alfredo Pasta. Better? Yes, but nothing I'd ever order again.
