In route doing some other errands are 2023 GMC Denali ultimate died in the middle of a 12 Lane Highway. We were relatively close to the dealership and waiting for a tow truck after texstar got us off the highway. Jared hopped the vehicle we were looking at and picked us up. No questions asked. We were wet dirty in a little frustrated. He was so pleasant and kind and brought us back to the dealership which we then realized was a high-end Bentley dealership. No one looked at us sideways. They were incredibly patient and really took care of us. I will say there is always a difference in dealerships and it shows these guys were top-notch and professional. We were able to make a bad situation great. We can't say how much we appreciate the way they helped us And we are very happy with our vehicle. My recommendation would be if they have something you're interested in don't be afraid of the Bentley tag embrace it because it's way better than your average dealership. Thank you, Jared for the great service.

I'll stick to my GMC lol.

cannot believe how badly The Shop screwed up my MXT…read more Subcontracted by another mechanic; They refused to be supervised. I was not allowed to come see my vehicle and they Would not perform work as desired; only to their own liking. The Shop Literally ruined my truck by cutting a hole in the drivers front frame rail next to the engine mount and welding onto the frame, forever weakening the frame. This when all they had to do is use existing bolts and bolt holes in the frame rail. The airbag on this side between the frame and the axle is offset from centerline. On the passenger side, instead of using existing bolt holes, decided to weld--- terrible quality welds--- onto the frame, thus weakening this frame as well. Look at pics of airbags offset from center with a support pipe on top of the front axle. The undercoating job is awful. Incompletely media blasted. Left rust and debris behind and partially coated the structural members after removing the bed. Additionally overspray on my chrome bumper, various engine parts including hoses, radiator, horn. Partially coated Axle. Overspray on transmission, starter. Skid plate incompletely blasted and incompletely coated. New airbags have paint/undercoating on them. One of my primary concerns about wobble in the front end not even addressed. The list goes on... Charged me 25k and took 6+ months at their shop to ruin my truck. It is a rare vehicle.. It cannot be repaired. I want all of my money back and to be compensated for damages.

Happened 4/15/2026 -- I was looking for a Nissan Altima and unfortunately came across this place…read more This was the WORST Nissan experience I have ever had. I recommend everyone not trust this dealership. I was looking at an Altima at Keating Toyota and wanted to buy it, but I checked online for comparable vehicles in the area before making a decision. That's when I came across Central Houston Nissan. I saw what looked like an amazing deal on an Altima on their website. I called in and spoke with Sarah Simmons in BDC. She reassured me the car was available and that the $20k price listed would be the actual purchase price, with the only additional cost being tax, title, and license--about $2k total. I asked her multiple times to confirm this and whether there were any mandatory add-ons. She said she even called the GM, who confirmed they would honor the online price and that any add-ons were completely optional. I also told them I didn't currently have a car and that Uber costs were adding up, and they told me they would reimburse my Uber. When I arrived, I loved the car, test drove it, and then went into Omar's office to go over the numbers. The breakdown I was given included the retail price plus a $950 window protection fee, $1,590 environmental protection fee, $2,958 recon and certification fee, and a $1,977 LoJack fee--on top of tax, title, and license. I told them this was not what I had agreed to. The manager came out and said the most they could remove was $900. I told them I couldn't move forward because this was not what I was promised or could afford working retail. They said there was nothing they could do, refused to reimburse my Uber as promised, and would not provide a ride back home because I chose not to buy the car. This was honestly insane to me. The car only had 5,338 miles on it, so a $3k recon fee made no sense. They claimed it was for a "lifetime powertrain warranty," which is the same warranty they advertise on their website as a free, complimentary service included with every new and used car.

Gosh, I hate giving bad reviews but I tell 'em like I experience 'em…read more So my husband bought a GMC truck but it didn't come with a key fob so we picked this GMC dealership to get it. First off, trying to call this place and talk to a human is nearly impossible. I called and was on hold so long, I hung up and called back... and sat on hold again. Same thing happened to my husband. When he eventually got ahold of someone, he ordered the part and was told it would be a day or two for it to come in and he scheduled the programming for the next week, just to be safe. Well, I volunteered to take the truck in for the service appointment. I got there a bit early, went to the parts department to get the key fob... only, for some reason, IT WAS NEVER SENT. At no point were we notified. They said they would try to find one locally so I didn't have to come back. Claimed it would be about a half hour. Now, we were told the programming was about an hour so i originally planned to be there for an hour... WHEN ALL WAS SAID AND DONE, I WAS THERE FOR SLIGHTLY OVER THREE HOURS. For my "trouble" I was told I would get 10% off the part but conveniently, their system was down and extra fees were tacked on and honestly, I paid more than we expected WITH the "discount". I still couldn't get the math to add up to what we paid no matter how many times I crunched the numbers. I felt like the guy lied right to my face. Oh, and no one seemed sorry that I was stuck there for 3 hours either. Like, if the part didn't come in, then call so we could reschedule the service appointment. Nope. Big waste of time. There are other GMC dealerships and God forbid we need something from a dealership, we'll try another one.
