    I was referred to Central Houston Nissan by BDC Agent Nia Wintz and was introduced to Steven Boyd upon arrival. Steven was a true professional--friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle. Even though I was shopping for a second, everyday car, he made sure it still included many of the premium features I enjoy in my luxury vehicle. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience. If you're in the market for a new car, I highly recommend visiting Central Houston Nissan and asking for Steven Boyd.

    Disgusted and would never recommend! So i receive this coupon-meaning a purchase wasn't necessary; however, I made a purchase anyway. This place is price goughing at it's finest. Here is the coupon without a purchase. I showed it to not only the rep checking me but also at checkout because when I inquired about law enforcement, military or the offers I had in MyNISSAN app the cashier told me that it was already discounted. I'm trying to figure out what was discounted? If I had taken my vehicle to a local car repair shop, I'm almost certain it wouldn't have been this expensive. While this was diagnostic one would think with a 125 multi-point inspection I would have received some type of documentation informing me of what was checked and if at the least whether repairs or no repairs were needed. Appointments was at 12:45pm and didn't leave until close to 2:30pm. The vehicle doesn't even look like it touched no water but because I was flabbergasted with the price I had no energy to argue. My vehicle is still under warranty from what the MyNissan agent told me however I still managed to have to come out of pocket with $492.80 a hell of a lot taxes, labor and shop fees. If oil change isn't included with the purchase of your car you will do best by going to your auto shop because everything at the dealership is overly priced! The cashier gone call herself showing me a print out with the discount and that ticket was $495 and some change so how is that a discount talking about saving $45 Central Houston Nissan Service and management y'all must do better.

    This was a horrible experience. The sales people are liars and unethical. I can only assume the problem is the dealership's culture. We agreed on a price and they confirmed the pricing with their GM. I told them I dont want to waste my time if they can't honor the price I will walk out. Randy called me and said we can do it so I went the next day. When I got there they made me wait for 45 minutes only to show me a sales info sheet with thw wrong price and with $5,000 of dealer add ons. When I said we had an agreement, Randy said "even if we can do that..." at that point I left. I dont do business with liars!

    Bait and Switch (with an advertised price on their website) I called to confirm the price before driving 4 houses to buy that VIN NUMBER AT THE PRICE IN THEIR WEBSITE. No mention of the "alleged website error" for 7 hours with the sales manager, 2 sales people and their customer relations manager. Our full price offer was declined, they wanted $16000" more than advertised??? We offered their asking price. Discrimination suspected.

Joad (Sales Manager) & Zuri (Sales Agent) do business the old school way. They stand behind their product, no B.S. Bait & Switch, and take care of their customers to no end! They offer a 7-day warranty on there vehicles and dont just sell you junk that you have to be worried about breaking down the minute you roll off the lot. They sold me a solid business van for my fleet, that had low miles and it was the cheapest priced vehicle online in the entire country. They are in business for the long haul and understand the importance of reputation. They treat people with the upmost respect regardless of price on car, like some other dealerships. Motors on Wheels went above and beyond for me to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the esthetics and mechanical integrity of my vehicle, which gave me peace of mind! Never experienced this level of customer service and professionalism from any dealership, not even the big manufacturer dealerships. They earned my business for life. I will be purchasing all of my future business vehicles from them!

Since I've moved back to the Heights downtown area, I decided to give them another shot. So close to five stars! I utilized the valet service where they pick up my vehicle, do the oil change, they did a great job as well change the air filter, wipers, etc. that was a 5 star experience! That was an easy five star review for that service. It did an amazing job. I was out of town for three days so they picked up my vehicle. Did all the test and maintenance and everything like that and I come back on my vehicles at my valet. That was super convenient and very nice. I will always utilize that service. However, there was a bit of a scheduling issue. They forgot to pick it up Monday so I had to give him a call, but they got it taken care of that wasn't a big deal. I just kind of falls back to fundamentals if you have an appointment scheduled and sit pick the car up that way there's no confusion and I would have to call to make it happen. They brought the vehicle back and there was like oil stains on the front fender area. Typically most oil change companies cover that that way when you get the car back, it's not dirty. The problem is I just gotta wash at Mister car wash so I had to go take a bath and get it washed again. This is why I give them four stars instead of five. Other than that, it was a great experience. Customer service is great. The convenience of the valet service to pick up and drop off back at my valet. I can't tell you that right there is top-notch service. I'll give them a try again and probably change this to a five star because overall the experience was great.

    I recently purchased a 2021 Ford F-150 Lariat from Tommie Vaughn Ford in Houston. The vehicle was…read moreadvertised online as "Ford Blue Certified," which includes inspection and warranty coverage. After the purchase, I was not provided any certification paperwork or warranty details. Shortly after, I was informed the truck had a coolant issue that could require a full engine replacement. When I returned to the dealership, I had to push multiple times and show proof of the listing before they acknowledged the certification. Even then, there was a delay in providing proper documentation, which raised concerns about whether the certification had actually been completed correctly. During the financing process, I was presented with paperwork reflecting a much higher total amount than expected (around $50k vs. approximately $39k discussed), which I had to question before proceeding. I was also presented with additional add-ons that I had to decline and have removed. In addition, the truck was not provided with a full tank of gas at delivery, and despite the situation, I was not offered any form of compensation for the inconvenience. Due to the condition of the vehicle, the lack of transparency, and the overall experience, I chose to return the truck. I recommend that anyone shopping here verify certification directly with Ford, carefully review all paperwork before signing, and request all documentation upfront. Do not rely solely on how the vehicle is advertised online.

My insurance took a while to send the supplement over to JJ, but once JJ Auto Body received it, they got started right away, which I really appreciate. I just wanted to keep you all informed on what's going on. JJ Auto Body has continued to impress me throughout this entire process. I've never dealt with a body shop before, so this is my first experience, and I have to say...the consistent communication and updates have been phenomenal. You all know how it is being without your car, especially in Houston...it really feels like you've lost a part of your daily life. So staying updated on the progress has been very comforting.
