Their pricing and process was straightforward. Our move date was September 13. The communication with Darlene and Rosie leading up to our move was great. I was told I would have a 4 person crew, but I ended up with a 5 person crew with no extra charge. The day of the move, Vince called 30 minutes ahead of the team's arrival and adjusted his arrival time by 15 minutes to accommodate my schedule. Vince and his crew (Emerson, Chance, Mario and D) were excellent. They were professional, on time, courteous and took great care with our furniture and belongings. I really appreciated the special care they gave in helping with small things that could have been big things had they not stepped in to help. Excellent team. Excellent crew! Excellent experience!

We called them at 3:30 or so and not only were they the only moving company who had same day service that late in the day but they were able to send people out between 4:00 and 6:00. We left at 5:00 to get to our new rental property after filling the rest of our UHaul ourselves and the guys came shortly after within the estimated time and finished packing those items by 7:30. They arrived at our location at 11:00 or so and finished unpacking with good coordination. I got an estimate from the representative for two guys and a truck at $209/hr and got excellent service from two young and strong Russian guys Nicky and Eddy. The company charges for the drive back and when we're driving 3.5 hours to our location that is quite steep. We still couldn't have moved out of that place at that pace without their help.

First, the crew arrived in a graffiti-covered truck, which set an unprofessional tone from the start. Furthermore, the three movers were physically undersized and completely ill-equipped for the demands of a 2,700-square-foot home move. Throughout the day, they visibly struggled with the heavy lifting. Despite me providing the exact details and dimensions of my home beforehand, it took them 3 hours just to clear my house, and another 5 hours to unload at my new residence. They worked at a noticeably slow pace and lacked the strength and technique expected of professional movers. Care and attention to detail were also significant issues. During the move, they ripped up the laminate floor transition bars in a couple of areas. While they did attempt to fix the damage after I pointed it out, I had to supply the Gorilla Glue for the repair myself. A specific warning for potential customers: do not let their "no stair cost" clause sway your decision. In my experience, they offset this promotion by milking the hourly clock, moving intentionally slow, and frequently complaining about the weight of standard items. They are nice gentlemen who will eventually get the job done, but they are simply not built to provide an efficient, professional-grade moving service.
