Fortunately I I trusted my gut and called County Wide because it turns out the wall separating the solids from liquids in my tank was deteriorated, and the two were close to mixing, which would have destroyed the whole system. I very highly recommend this company…read more Our primary septic tank was overflowing and not draining to the secondary. We needed a pump out and a diagnosis of the problem. The company is family owned and it shows. Father and son team showed up. They were very good about responding right away. They actually called to say they could come early if that was alright (oh yes it was!). They were good about getting the hoses to the tank and making sure they didn't run them over any plants. They flushed clear water through to make sure they didn't dump sewage on our sidewalk. Pleasant and unfailingly polite. No attempts to nickel and dime us with upcharges. Our filter was clogged (which was the root of all our problems) and they diagnosed it right away and cleaned it for no extra charge. A month ago another company pumped our tank and never checked this very simple thing.

His guys were a few hours away with the camera and hydro jet. He hung out the entire time till they got there. He said we are in this together! Soon as the boys showed up he informed them on what we knew and got to work. They cleaned out the roots and the clog. They located the septic tank with pin point accuracy.
