Saw their Instagram ad for $85 flush for water heater so I messaged him on yelp and asked about the special. Roland never mentioned anything about any other price and I told him it's in the 3rd floor attic. Was supposed to come at 8AM but never came until I messaged him asking where he was but said they were tied up and will come later at 3pm. Should've cancelled there but Matt came and did all the work. He said it'll be $285 and I said it's supposed to be $85 and he had to call Roland to figure it out. Roland says they would never do that price for tankless flush and descale and need to charge extra for being in the attic even though I told him it's in the 3rd floor attic and he never mentioned any other price. He said the $85 is for flush only and not descaling the water heater and they would do me a favor by dropping the price to $175 from original price. Went to his website and it shows they have a special for $129 for water heater descale on their tankless water heater page so the special price still not correct. Find out the price before you have to pay more and telling you bunch of excuses. Matt came with a descaling solution and bucket so he knew it was for descale. If Roland thought it was only for flush he would've told Matt it was only for a flush and no need to bring vinegar for descaling. read more

When I discovered my tankless water heater sprung a small leak in its heat exchanger and that it was out of warranty, I did what all DIY'ers do...I put on my tool belt, went on You Tube, and got to work. Luckily I found an almost exact (newer) version of the water heater I had at a local big box store and picked it up. "Professional Installation Recommended" it read and so I smirked. No sooner than I started unscrewing the fittings on the leaking unit that I busted a copper pipe on the hot water line and realized that this hack of a plumber was in over his head and was about to be assassinated by his wife if she couldn't take a hot shower that evening. I started frantically searching for local plumbers after my neighbor's recommended plumber failed to call me back despite leaving messages on his work and personal cell. After calling around I soon found it was a busy Friday and difficult to find a good plumber, let alone anyone with availability for today. "I am going to die tonight, I thought...I need someone ASAP!" Enter ASAP Plumbing Solutions and specifically Roland, the owner and hands-on licensed plumber as well. For one, despite being on his way to Orange County on the road, he picked up my call and allowed me to explain my situation despite having a fully booked schedule for him and his team. I told him that if I didn't have hot water by the evening, I'd be in hot water one way or another! Roland told me to send him some pictures and got an idea of the scope and provided a very reasonable estimate given the risks of not actually seeing the setup for himself. He told me not to worry and that he'd move things around to make it to my place that afternoon. Roland showed up at 4pm (keep in mind it gets dark at like 4:45pm this time of the year) after picking up some required parts, checked the setup in person, revised his quote explaining in full detail what the work would entail and what we recommended given my needs. While a little higher than I originally expected, after seeing just how much work was involved to setup the new tank properly, the replacement parts that were needed, and ultimately how many hours it actually took, I am very confident that the pricing was in the end fair and reasonable. He had to remedy shoddy workmanship and missing features of the previous installation (he detailed it out for me) which is why the previous unit only lasted 8 years when it should have been good for like 15-20 years. Roland was at my home on a chilly South Bay night from 4pm to almost 10 pm making sure he got the new unit working for us. Even when he ran out of fuel for his solder torch or needed parts he didn't have on hand, he found a way to persevere and wasn't satisfied until the new heater was setup to his high standards. Based upon my experience, I can comfortably say ASAP Plumbing Solutions is a great plumbing company and one I'd confidently recommend. I don't write many Yelp reviews, and when I do it's on my terms and only when I'm either extremely pleased (or disappointed) with my experience. Roland was professional, dedicated, and left me with an appreciation for his craft and skill. I was most impressed with his personal commitment, ensuring my satisfaction and for squeezing me in after explaining how much trouble I got myself into. He literally worked into the night in the cold with a high powered LED lamp allowing him to finish with a clean and professional result in the end. Our water heater went out and after calling several plumbing services I received a very quick response from ASAP PLUMBING SOLUTIONS. They said they could come to see what needed to be done and give us a estimate. I received other call backs but they could not come out for 2 or 3 day's which we all know that when we have a plumbing issue waiting 2 or 3 day's would be horrible. But ASAP PLUMBING SOLUTIONS were at my home in about 45 minutes after the time I spoke with them and this was in the late evening, That is when I met two of the nicest guy's Roland and Kevin they went to look and see what the issue was with our water heater. After seeing what the problem was and discussing with us our options We decided to remove our water heater and have a tankless water heater installed. And then they got right to work removing the old water heater and making sure everything was ready for the next morning because by now it was late. They showed up the next morning and got to work.
