William is the utmost professional that I've encountered since my move to this area in the past decade. I had sewage backup issue that led to the need to replace old cast iron pipe under the house. William (out of 5 estimates) notified me ahead that he'll be late to our estimate appointment through text, and showed up ahead of the expected time. He crawled under the house and survey the issue and gave me a detailed explanation of the problem and options. Most of the other company gave me a rough estimate without looking under the house, and the estimate is 3x without clear picture of the work involved. William was forthcoming and very articulate, which helped me understand the issue for someone that is not familiar with plumbing. On the day of the scheduled work, William showed up at 8am as scheduled and went right to work. The original estimate was 1-2 days of effort. However, he completed the work by about 3p that afternoon so I didn't have to keep the water off to the entire house for longer. Throughout the day, he kept me abreast of progress, potential issues, and other concerns as he was going through plumbing that is 50+ years old. In the 8 years I've been in this house, and had no less than 10 plumbing companies that had done various work, I feel William's work is exceptional and wanted to share.
