This company is very unethical. Every other week they are claiming they need to fix something additional and it always costs no less than $25. They nickel and dime you to death. I never had so many supposed problems with my pool until they took over. Then when I complained they stopped servicing my pool. Very unprofessional and unethical. read more

After speaking with them we decided to remove the sand filter and replace it with a more user friendly and efficient cartridge filter. They didn't fix the problem and ended up damaging something else which they didn't tell us (my husband just happened to notice the issue). They never came back to fix it.
