Had a few scheduling problems and they're a bit pricey, but overall I'm satisfied with their service.

I called to have my DE filter cleaned, they were very responsive but knowing they are getting busy, i know my appt might be a week or two out. On the appointment day, they sent me a txt to inform me the staff is coming in 15 minutes. Staff/Dave was outstanding and provided excellence customer service. Not only was Dave very professional, he was attentive by listening to all my pool questions and then addressed all of them. I really trust Pelican pools for their amazing quality service and knowing their staff are SUPER knowledgeable AND they are willing to help in any way possible. read more

I had two repairs made. Water feature grouting and a new cartridge filter installed. The team that did the grout repairs made quick work of the project. The grouting looks great and they cleaned up very well when the job was done. Trevor installed my new cartridge filter. His final product was neatly done. He did a nice job explaining to me how to operate and maintain. I worked with Drew in the office - he responded promptly to my requests. From my initial contact to job completion was only a few days. Pricing was very competitive. I will use Pelican again for any future repairs. read more

I have had excellent results from Pelican Pools for my weekly pool service. They are on time, they keep me posted on any changes and send pictures of the weekly appearance of my pool. We have been monthly customers for 3 years and have always been pleased with their service. Recently we had a few issues, and they responded to our texts over the holiday weekend and sent a technician immediately after the weekend. He had to come back a few times and was always very friendly and professional. In addition to excellent service, their fees are very reasonable. We would not consider changing to another company. read more

Very professional. Great communication and we were not let down. Great recommendations for making the system operate better! Thank you. read more

Pelican was awesome! The communication was great, all of the crews did great work, and they promptly addressed and rectified any concern areas for which there were only a couple. 100% satisfied with every aspect of our pool remodel and would highly recommend! read more

I have a custom-built pool with Hayward LED lights. After weeks of searching for someone who can replace the broken lights, I decided to use Pelican based on the customer feedback. They did a nice job and returned to do a quality check. read more

They are so great. Not only do they do a killer job, they are the best people too. Friendly, informative, professional, and timely.

This company is very unethical. Every other week they are claiming they need to fix something additional and it always costs no less than $25. They nickel and dime you to death. I never had so many supposed problems with my pool until they took over. Then when I complained they stopped servicing my pool. Very unprofessional and unethical. read more

Thank you for quickly replacing our filter when your technician discovered ours had a crack in the bottom.

I would recommend Pelican Pools because they go above and beyond with communication and services. They also can get me in for service quickly and they work with my schedule. I just had a pump replaced and the technician was super helpful and went above my expectations! read more

My twenty one year old sand filter was failing, after a bad experience with another pool company I searched Yelp for a trustworthy pool company. Pelican Pools was highly rated on Yelp. After speaking with them we decided to remove the sand filter and replace it with a more user friendly and efficient cartridge filter. Trevor, the technician from Pelican Pools was amazingly efficient. He removed the sand filter, added new plumbing and the cartridge filter. He is a professional with an excellent skill set. This morning my pool looks beautiful! If your looking for an efficient and trustworthy Pool Company, Pelican Pools checks all the boxes. read more

They did a great job fixing my pool robot! Highly recommend them! Will use them again.

I've had the best experience with Pelican Pools. They did a great job. We have now hired them for weekly service. My pool has never looked better!! read more

We have had a great experience with Pelican Pools weekly cleaning service. After having issues with our last company being unreliable and not following up with me, Pelican has been a breath of fresh air. Our technician, Trevor, is consistently on time and is respectful, always making sure to close my pool fence and house gate - this is important to me as I have dogs and young children. Would definitely recommend working with Pelican! My pool is sparkling and ready for a swim at anytime. read more

They seem very sales oriented and would rather sell maintenance or unneeded system changes. I got the impression they hate sand filters and just wanted to try and sell me on switching to a cartridge system instead of diagnosing the problem. We won't be using them again. read more

Eric came quickly to the house and was great to explain my current pool condition and what it would need to get the water back into condition. I was impressed with the explanation and the companies business model and later we decided to resurface and retile the pool. The pebble tech team completed their step in record time but did not skimp on manpower and quality. The maintenance team (Brandon and Trevor) followed up and completed the last steps of updating the mechanical side of the process. Everyone was cordial, knowledgeable and patient to answer all of my questions. Additionally, Corey in the office was very good at communications on the phone, texting and emails. The whole process was very coordinated and prompt! read more

So happy I made this choice! Pelican is the one to call if you need a little pool redo. So happy I did... They were excellent in every aspect of the project. Communication to me is so important and they went above and beyond my expectations., of course we had a little rain delay, but that's out of their control. Any little issue I had they responded to ASAP. The whole team of the Pelican crew... Outstanding! Don't hesitate to give these guys a call and see what they have to offer. You will be completely satisfied! read more

We used them while back for a repair based on some of the good reviews here. They didn't fix the problem and ended up damaging something else which they didn't tell us (my husband just happened to notice the issue). They never came back to fix it. The lack of professionalism, communication and not taking ownership on their mistake are the reasons I would not recommend them. read more

Good experience, very helpful with cleaning details, very good results. We have a clean blue and no calcium ring pool ready to swim. Wohoo! read more

I've been a customers for two years ... I upgraded most of my very old pool and spa equipment ... all work was fast, completed as expected and reasonably priced. Pelican Pools was able to come out and replace my pool pump and filter, from its original Sand Filter of 95'. In addition, they drained the pool, completed an acid wash, and provided a complimentary chlorine bath. The end result was a functioning and beautiful pool in the home we just purchased. We spoke to the owner and while trying to explain what we wanted he kept interrupting us nonstop, we couldn't get a word in. He was snippy and condescending. We let it slide thinking we'd give him a shot if the price for our pool remodel was right. However..... when he finally sent us his quote, it was 10 times higher than everyone else! read more

Pelican Pools did good work taking care of my pool when I needed help with draining and refilling it. Just wanted to drop an update with regards to my last review. Drew actually reached out to me personally and apologized for the mix up. The company took full responsibility without offering any excuses. That huge is my book and after they came out to do our estimate we decided to use their services after all. Only reason I did not leave them 5 stars yet was because they haven't actually come out to work on the pool yet lol. Will provide another update soon! read more

If you need pool service in the East Valley these are the perfect guys for you! They're competitively priced, thorough, and their customer service is next level. I've had them for a few months now and I will never look for another pool company again! All the techs that come to my house are personable and knowledgeable. If there are any issues they explain the step by step process on how it's going to be fixed and provide a quote before the job. My favorite part about their service is that they email before and after pictures of everything they cleaned to show that the work was done and how well it was done!
